I'm writing this as the actual paying customer behind the widely circulated Signal Genesys complaint. This is my firsthand experience, and I have the recordings, emails, and Basecamp threads to back up every point below. What I was sold. On recorded sales calls, Signal Genesys was pitched to me as a proven, AI-powered SEO system that would rank my pages for competitive keywords through press-release syndication and "authority entity optimization." Specific outcomes and capabilities were promised on those calls. What I paid. I paid $10,500 upfront, in good faith, based on those representations. What I received. After following the prescribed onboarding and implementation process exactly as instructed: Target keywords did not move. Many of the pages produced were never indexed by Google. Several capabilities described on the sales calls either did not exist in the product or did not function as advertised. Even Signal Genesys's own web properties ranked for essentially nothing — a hard thing to reconcile with the claims being made. How the refund request was handled. I requested a refund and supplied detailed documentation, including references to the recorded calls. The response was, in substance, "no refunds; you implemented it wrong" — despite my providing extensive evidence that I had followed the process and that the platform had not delivered what was sold. What happened after I raised concerns. Rather than focus on resolving the dispute or fixing the product, I was met with personal threats and an active effort to damage my reputation. This included a public "research report" attacking me personally, and outreach to people in my network attempting to frame me as the bad actor in order to deflect from the underlying facts: money was taken, results were not delivered, and a refund was refused. All of this is documented. Why I'm posting this. I'm a long-time digital marketing operator. I understand that SEO outcomes vary, that algorithms shift, and that no vendor can guarantee rankings. That is not what this review is about. This review is about a large upfront payment, specific promises made on recorded calls, non-delivery, refusal to refund despite evidence, and retaliatory behavior toward the customer when they pushed back. My recommendation. In my opinion, anyone considering Signal Genesys or related entities should, at minimum: (1) refuse any large upfront payment, (2) insist on milestone-based, performance-tied terms in their own contract, (3) get every promised capability and outcome in writing, and (4) talk to references who are not on the company's own testimonial pages. Happy to share documentation with anyone evaluating this vendor in good faith.

During the sales process, the service was presented to us as a flexible monthly subscription/pay-per-use service. The quote we signed also referred to a “Monthly Subscription”, which gave us the clear impression that this was a monthly service rather than a long-term contractual commitment. Only after signing did we discover that BrightPay considers the subscription to be a one-year contract with cancellation requirements that were never clearly explained during the sales process. We attempted to cancel the subscription within one week of signing and before making any meaningful use of the system. To date, we have never used the software, yet cancellation has been unnecessarily difficult. The main issue is not the software itself, but the lack of transparency around the contractual terms and the disappointing handling of the situation afterwards. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering BrightPay: carefully reviews all terms and conditions, requests written clarification regarding cancellation rights, and confirms whether the subscription involves any minimum commitment period before signing. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing customer experience.

sending completely the wrong thing and then taking so long to give a refund is completely unacceptable. as is trying to get me to keep the totally unwanted item by offering 50% off. I was completely ignored every time I asked about actually getting the bag I wanted absolutely ridiculous.whu not just say it's out if stock? I've spent hundreds of pounds o BargainFax since I discovered it, and the stuff has been mostly very good indeed. however, the website , with no sizes or measurements at all on so so so many items of clothing and shoes is an absolute shambles. I have complained repeatedly about this, but it still remains a dreadful website. you cannot even search for something that you know they have, as the website search function is also absolutely hopeless. just hire some decent web designers for god's sake🫣

I had a great song made for my wife. I listen to it now and I also tear. I love this company so much. The song was right on point. It made my wife and kids turn thier heads when I started to play this song in the corner while my wife and I were having our morning coffee. Erik contacted me via email and he wanted to know how everything went and that was such great customer service. I really want to make more songs now. I am so impressed with this song. It was fast and I made a few revisions but they all worked out. You can switch to male voice, female voice or even a duet like I did. AMAZING! I even told her friends about it before I did it... 🫡 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Item was meant to have been delivered for the morning- delivery driver called at 830 am to say the delivery will be between 930 and 1130. Recieved a call from the driver at 1125 to say they were half hour away heard nothing for another hour when I recieved a message saying the delivery had taken place. Called the driver who said they would be with us in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later still no delivery so phoned the customer support- person who picked up said they would call the driver on hold for ten minutes to be told that the driver was 15 minutes away. Half hour later and still no delivery absolute shambles if your going to be late try communicating!!

check out and car were fine, but the return was a complete nightmare... the agent at check in was so aggressive in his manner, and almost deranged, as he tried to claim damage that was not there. Surreal discussion as he kept asking if i understand the english meaning for the word scratch (there was no scratch!) and then repeating -'maybe it is, maybe it is not' - as I disputed his claim. The situation escalated to the point where I asked the police to be called. they calmed the situation. I entered a complaint, which received a std response and 3 weeks later my deposit (security and fuel) has not been refunded...

Had a very difficult time with LanderLab, which caused me to lose money, and more importantly, data. Their tech is completely broken. The pixel disappears from the page. Leads suddenly stop getting collected. Moreover, there is no support. I drove traffic from Meta to their page which got wasted due to their poor tech. The support team is useless, they have no clue. Instead of fixing the mistake, the team blames the customer. The founder is a big liar and a bully. Instead of solving the issue, he shouts at customers. Doesn't own up to anything. Would highly recommend avoiding Landerlab. Never had a worse experience.

Really prompt delivery and excellent care when left at the front porch as requested with the door pulled over ! Only comment was that the box was bashed and punctured in a few places . The item wasnt damaged on this occasion but I am in the of having to return another item where the item inside had been damaged So… just something to note when the item comes in original packaging only and additional cardboard box around this No harm done on this occasion .

I order a lot of my supplements from BULK because the discounts are usually very good compared to Amazon and other websites. I take multiple supplements daily, so buying larger quantities at reasonable prices really helps. The quality has been consistently good for me, delivery is usually reliable, and there’s a huge choice of products. For the price-to-quality ratio, I honestly think it’s one of the better supplement websites in Europe.

I'm just starting this first month at a cost of 9.99. Yesterday was the first day of my subscription; I was not able to find the time yesterday although it was only a few minutes. So, today, I should have been able to access both days and do two of them; however, yesterday's walk workout was already gone with no way to access it. If I'm wrong about that, please let me know. I don't think I will renew, but we will see.

honestly the most jarring website builder, started off well, then the colour pallettes dont seem to work properly, have to click on about 200 different options before you can change the colour of specific things. Still not working properly, and im pretty good with computers im 28years old!!! Wish you could just click the area you wanted to change the colour of, has put me in a bad mood. Wont be using this.

I love this product! It has helped this 55 year habit made so much easier to quit! I don't like that it takes so long to get your order. I placed an order on May 1st, on May 7th I get an email asking to confirm my order, when I had their confirmation from May 1st! So now it's May 10th & it's not even shipped! However you can order from Amazon, same thing, a little cheaper, & receive the very next day!!

I’ve been using Pocket for two weeks. After sharing the notes from the first meeting where I used it with my boss, he ordered one immediately! I’ve used it in multiple meetings with notes and follow up items that make sense. Last week, I took it to a doctor’s appointment. It gave me great notes and I could pay attention during the appt. I've rented from Sixt three times in the last 9 months. In Provence we got a really nice Peugeot hybrid diesel, a BMX X7 in Hawaii and a Mercedes E class diesel hybrid just recently in Stockholm. All three experiences were super smooth, customer service was impeccable, and the cars were all in mint condition. Definitely my "go to" rental company.

They cancelled my course one month before it was due to start. I had already arranged accommodation, booked flights, and paid for everything, so I couldn’t get any compensation for all these expenses—not to mention the money I spent applying for the master’s program, including document translations and language exams.
