Two Years and 120 Boxes Mean Nothing to HelloFresh: A Masterclass in Toxic Customer Service... After two years and nearly 120 boxes, HelloFresh proved that customer loyalty means absolutely nothing to them. While past minor issues were easily fixed via the app, this past week was a total disaster. A milestone celebration turned into a cascade of billing errors, delivery failures, and shocking customer service. Long-term subscribers are clearly nothing more than a number to this company. The Breakdown of a Disastrous Week The Phantom Reward: I unlocked a milestone reward offering £15 off "Specials." HelloFresh ignored it at billing and charged my credit card the full amount. The Incompetent "Fix": I contacted customer services to claim the £15 that was rightfully mine. The agent agreed to the refund but completely botched the system process. The Ghost Delivery: On delivery day, 8:00 PM passed with no food. The app bizarrely marked the box as "Delivered," forcing me back onto customer support. The Accidental Cancellation: A second agent revealed that the first employee had accidentally cancelled my entire order while processing the £15 refund. The "Tough Luck" Attitude: Instead of apologizing for deleting my week's groceries, the support staff showed zero empathy and essentially told me "tough" when I challenged the error. Final Verdict: Unacceptable Neglect HelloFresh gladly accepts thousands of pounds from loyal, multi-year subscribers, yet treats them with utter contempt when the company blunders. I lost my groceries, my time, and the reward I spent two years earning, all because of internal staff incompetence. If you expect a meal kit company to value your loyalty, look elsewhere.

Smartphone Updates
1) Fake likes. Every night, I get between 1 & 5 fake "likes" emails from Match. I check my account & none of them appears in my "they liked you" list. Looking online, it's a common "bot" tactic from dating sites to entice people to use the service & pay subscription. 2) Can't hide your profile (which I like to do if I'm going on a date - I don't date 2 or 3 people at a time, only 1 - so if I'm dating, I like to hide my profile until I know whether my date works out or not). Well, you CAN hide your profile - but you have to pay more. This was implemented AFTER I paid my subscription. Trying to get a refund or return the feature - I got nowhere, dozens of emails (mostly with bot responses) only proved it was absolutely pointless trying to deal with a company that does not care one bit about the quality of their service or the user/customer experience - only profit. 3) Support is dreadful. Absolutely dreadful. IF you get to deal with a human (which takes a lot of work), they do absolutely nothing to help. Given the profits of companies like this, it's appalling. 4) I paid for a 6 month subscription. 2 months later - they are STILL taking my money. It's virtually theft. AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !

THE "SOLD OUT" SCAM: They offer products only to lie that they are unavailable! TEKST (Review/Email): LITFAD’s manipulation has no end. After two years of holding my money, they try to settle by offering a product as compensation. BUT EVERY PRODUCT I CHOOSE—AND EVERY PRODUCT THEY OFFER—SUDDENLY BECOMES "SOLD OUT" AS SOON AS I ACCEPT IT. This is not a coincidence; it is a scam. They use "sold out" as an excuse to avoid fulfilling their promise and to keep dragging me through their cycle of lies. They lie about delivery. They lie about the "130% limit." They lie about product availability to avoid giving me what they promised. They are not running a business; they are running an exhausting psychological game. I repeat my offer: Send the desk I selected, or admit that you are professional scammers who break every promise you make. I will continue to post this daily until you stop lying. shocking behavior, after ordering and only getting the delivery date after I needed it, I tried for hours,No now days to cancel, no one answers the online chat, nowhere to cancel on line, tried the phone number constantly engaged, x, wats app etc all I got was hundreds of emails to say sorry I missed your calls and then bombarded by wats app messages phone calls and voice notes from a Mr Thomas who is obvs from an overseas call centre demanding I have to fill in a form for a refund with all my details inc banking details and I would also receive compensation obvs not kosher. I have had to go through the bank now to try and get my money back !!!!!

I’m really disappointed in their resolution of an issue around pay for service not delivered. We communicated via online chat, rather than voice to voice and after a 41 minute wait the brief discussion ended with a position on a service discrepancy with no evidence offered. It was like, we have your money and that’s that. I’m angry about the injustice as I write and feel ripped off by system dishonesty and ambivalence. After 10 years plus with GD I’m packing up and moving on. The quality of service has been on slow decline for a while now. Plenty of better options out there it seems.

Avoid Uvora / GetUvora. They continue charging my card even after multiple written confirmations that: the subscription was cancelled; a refund was issued. The refund never arrived and they charged me AGAIN today. After searching online I found many people reporting the exact same pattern: hidden subscriptions, unauthorized recurring payments, fake refund promises, impossible cancellation process. I strongly recommend not giving this company your card details.

I had booked a test for my daughter on Saturday for Thyroid (T3/T4/TSH). Still waiting for exact reading for TSH. Have been calling them continuously but they told me to wait for 24 hrs. Now after that there is no coordination with front desk and lab report guys. Really pissed of. Will not book from them.any more. ID VL5D4F79. I was told that I can claim a refund of required. What about the wastage of time , energy and blood.

He made the experience very easy, taking me through the stages of buying and trading in my car. He had full knowledge of the vehicle I was buying and answered all my questions. I placed an order online, they cancelled one item so I asked them to cancel the entire order as it doesn't make sense to pay shipping for one item only. They confirmed they had cancelled it and hadn't. Still sent it out, charged me and didn't care to resolve the issues once I contacted customer service again.. Absolutely awful customer service
