Unbelievably poor customer care. Had confirmation that after having a mattress for 6 years, it is covered by the guarantee and offered a refund or replacement and this is where the saga begins. The replacement offered was a much cheaper mattress so I asked them to include a new mattress protector which they refused to do despite there being a difference of over £100 in the replacement mattress cost versus what I paid. They sent me a replacement mattress that I refused delivery for and I’ve had to now arrange to send back the faulty mattress and wait for a refund. A very simple and easy customer friendly process would have been simply to add in a mattress protector and it would still have been less than the amount being refunded and this could have been sorted in days as opposed to nearly 6 weeks of pointless emails. Products and guaranty may be good but customer service is extremely poor

For years I’ve been trying different deodorants and I haven’t stood with any because I keep switching to find a brand that would work best for me. 2 days ago my brother tells me about this deodorant he ordered because we was both having the same problem, We picked up our package and showered applied the carpe after and I was hoping it wasn’t just another deodorant that leaves that sticky residue on the armpits that leaves you sweating and most importantly the smell after hours. I went to the gym a hour after applying and did a hard training session, When I got back home and realized there was hardly any sweat compared to when I wore my old deodorants I knew there was something special about carpe I was shocked and absolutely happy, I texted my brother while he was at work and told him this is the best deodorant ever. Carpe yall got a customer 4 life

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The vehicle was in excellent, very clean condition, and the whole buying process was easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and the team did everything they could to make sure I was happy with the purchase. They were also extremely flexible with my work schedule and kindly waited for me until I could travel from my home to collect the vehicle. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and I really appreciate it. 100% recommended! I would definitely buy from them again. Excellent company and fantastic customer service. 👌🚐

Tired of painful bras, I was so excited to receive my tanks. The comfort around the normal bra area is fantastic - as advertised, however the material is such that the bottom continually rolls up unless tucked in. The breast support is minimal. My order confirmation had the wrong colours & I had to email to correct it.

I had an outstanding shopping experience with Lilysilk again. The delivery was so quick—only 4 days—I couldn't settle into bittersweet anticipation ;-). The item arrived barely wrinkled; a quick steaming did the job. The quality of the blouse is really high: smooth 100% silk, absolutely elegant and chic.
