This is a new experience, though it proceeds from the previous contacts with Messrs. Steve Ensum and Richard Cartwright of the Ware, Hertford and Welwyn branch of Fine & Country. Therefore, I pick up from the last two paragraphs of my review titled 'Fine & Country experience - further thoughts', repeated in part here. "Perhaps Fine & Country might show a little goodwill regarding the misbehaviour of its staff that I allege. Please reimburse a part of the money initially taken at Mr. Ensum's request for a contribution to the expenditure relating to the unsuccessful marketing of my property. ... I have e-mailed the address recommended in the reply to this comment in pursuit of a partial reimbursement of the marketing expenditure relating to Marigold Cottage. ... ." After a little communication with the Group Compliance Officer, I was put in contact with Mr. Cartwright again. I quote from his last e-mail to me. "Graeme, I am disappointed that you have decided not to withdraw your review as I do feel it is not a reflection of how we operate, however to move on for both parties I will forward you the marketing material if you would still like it and I will refund you 50% of the marketing fee. Please let me know your account details and I will make a transfer." (e-mail from Richard Cartwright to Graeme Baber copied to Stephen Ensum dated 11th May 2026 sent at 17.03; address, first and second paragraphs). I replied thus. "Thank you for being prepared to return 50% of the marketing supplement of £594.00 that l paid at Steve’s request in October 2025. I accept your offer of return of this amount. As you would like to make this reimbursement of £297.00 by bank transfer, then please note the following details relating to my bank account. ... Please keep this information strictly confidential. Thank you also for your offer to send me the debranded materials relating to Fine & Country’s marketing of Marigold Cottage, which l accept. When l have received confirmation of this payment and also these items, I will add a note to my second review of Fine & Country, together with the date of receipt, stating that this payment was made and the debranded materials sent and received." (e-mail from Graeme Baber to Richard Cartwright dated 12th April 2026 sent at 16.23; second to final paragraphs) I received no reply from Mr. Cartwright. In the evening of Thursday 14th April, I forwarded the last-mentioned e-mail to Mr. Ensum. "Dear Steve, I didn't copy you on the e-mail below to Richard Cartwright, because I prefer my bank details - which are stated therein - to remain confidential. Accordingly, I would be grateful if you would respect my wish for their confidentiality. Please would you inform me if Richard will be replying to that e-mail?" (e-mail from Graeme Baber to Stephen Ensum dated 14th April 2026 sent at 20.53; both paragraphs) I have thence received no reply from either Mr. Ensum or Mr. Cartwright. Maybe I will hear next week, prompted by this review? Maybe not. I suspect that, without this review, I would most certainly not have heard from Fine & Country again.

Previously, I had taken a two-step evaluation funded account from The Funded Room. In both Step 1 and Step 2, my ratio was below 10%. When I received the funded account, I was not eligible for a payout in the first week because my 7-day trading period was not completed yet. Now, when I became eligible for a payout on Friday, my ratio was still below 10%. Also, for the last three days, I did not close a single trade before one minute. If my trading behavior was really considered toxic because of one-minute trades, then they should have breached my account on the same day when I made those trades. However, instead of doing that earlier, they breached and failed my account for “toxic trading behavior” only when I became eligible for payout. This is totally scam and thier human support team is just a feature in their website.They even not response on mails and after 3 to 4 days they reply and just ask that its "Toxic trading behavior" and then they are again disappeared. My brother's account failed due to toxic trading behavior when he was eligible for payout and now they do the same thing with my account. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Windsurf looked promising at first, but the real experience is frustrating. The paid models randomly stop while working in the terminal, completely breaking the workflow. And the worst part? If you switch to their free models like SWE-1.6 Slow, even the simplest task feels painfully slow; something that should take minutes ends up taking hours or even days. As a developer, flow matters. Constant interruptions, unfinished terminal tasks, rate limits, and extremely slow responses make the whole experience unbearable. It feels less like an AI coding assistant and more like fighting against your own tools. Honestly, this has been one of the most disappointing developer experiences I’ve had. I gave it multiple chances, but the instability and terrible performance completely killed my trust in the platform. After this experience, I genuinely don’t see myself using Windsurf again.

Please don’t use this company. Very different to ALL other skip companies. Came to collect the skip almost 10 days of waiting as they very were busy. When arrived they didn’t call me, didn’t ring the doorbell, didn’t speak to anyone (luckily we have CCTV). They ‘claimed’ to have spoken to someone at site (this didn’t happen). They stated it was overfilled and sent me a diagram of what ‘overfilled means’ and so wouldn’t collect and have said I need to pay £110 plus vat for a failed collected. This is our sixth skip, our builders agree that the skip was loaded like a skip would usually be, and if they had have called or rung the doorbell, we could have skimmed the top immediately so they could have taken it. I sent the photo to our usual skip company and they were in disbelief. Please save yourself the headache and don’t use this company

I placed an order with NYUSEKAI on 28 January 2026 for a Sasuke Uchiha x Curse Marks Balaclava Zip Hoodie, order number NYU-62917, totalling £82.50 including shipping. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely poor from start to finish. Communication was almost non-existent, and despite requesting a refund, I received no meaningful response or resolution directly from the company. I was ultimately forced to rely on PayPal Buyer Protection to recover my money, as NYUSEKAI failed to respond properly regarding the issue. For a company selling premium-priced clothing, I expected far better customer service, transparency, and professionalism. Very disappointing experience overall, and based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered an electric water gun for my sons birthday over 30 days ago. I live in Iceland. I have been getting emails regarding my package every other day. The last one said "Your package has arrived in Kopavogur"... Kopavogur is about 5 minutes drive from my home. I than waited 5 days before receiving any updates. So I decided to write back for the first time to ask about the status. I then received a reply saying that there were some shipping issues and I will be refunded in 6 business days. I decided to ask what was the shipping issue and why have I not been notified earlier, thats when I get this reply "The order has been closed. Please simply wait for the refund to arrive. Wishing you a wonderful day—goodbye!" Never using this service again.

Connecting FiiO JM21 digital audio player (Snapdragon 680) which runs Android to a MacBook Pro 11,5 macOS 12.7.6 and MacDroid quickly enables a connection via a good USB-C data (not just charging) cable. Then choosing 'Show in Finder' one treats the Android device as an attatched drive to manage files across devices. And a plus for me is to undertstand the file structure of the Android device. The GUI is a bit basic and improvements could be added to the user experience for those who rely on visual prompts in their workflow. But for me, MacDroid is very good. I've been using it for about 24 hours and it's done everything I wanted to do. As opposed to other Apps, some OpenSource which are very clunky.

It is totally inundated with scammers. You can still meet genuine people on smaller platforms like J4Meet.com where they manually control female accounts. They have strict verification protocols. There is no profile verification at all on AFF, so scammers run rampant. Admins do nothing to root out scam. They don't monitor suspicious activities and they don't react to customers complaints and reports. AFF is on the decline nowadays. It's not what it used to be two years ago.

Booking 78541603. The driver arrived 45 minutes late and repeatedly appeared to be struggling to stay awake while driving on the highway between Granada and Málaga. At several moments, he seemed close to falling asleep at the wheel, which made me genuinely fear for my safety during the trip. This was not simply poor service — it was a serious road safety concern. I strongly recommend that the company urgently investigate this incident.

If I could give zero star i would.this online store unis a joke. Completely waste of money. Every product they sell is absolutely rubbish. Lack of quality in every single product. I do not recommend to anyone.if you buy anything from them it will go straight to bin.thats where their products will end up don't waste your money and delivery is a joke too takes ages to reach you.its a massive fat NO.from me.dont go near them.

So far, I have bought 2 Doona covers and a set of sheets. Each order has arrived within a few days, and I have been more than happy with them. The sheets fit the bed perfectly, and the sides of the top sheet actually have enough length in them to be able to be tucked in, which I am extremely happy with. The Doona covers I have bought are very well-made and look great on the bed. I couldn't be happier. Dianne
