Had very bad customer service and was made to feel very angry and upset by a member of staff he disrespected me and was very rude even though I had told him I was suffering with my mental health and feeling anxious due to the death of my mum which I made him aware of. The whole company have a lack of respect and sympathy for their customers. I took my complaint to the financial ombudsman and they awarded in my favour which has taken almost 2 years due to being given endless opportunities to comunicate and put their case across the chose to ignore any communication with the ombudsman or myself. They have still not any attempt to make contact to put things right and pay me the compansation the ombudsman asked them. So I'm now having to go to court all for the sake of an apology and £150. It's now about the principle of the matter to think it was OK to speak to a customer the way this man did to me and to tell me I could not take it to the financial ombudsman as I did not have a case and they can come take the carpet back. Well I proved him wrong!! Avoid at all costs they do not care about their customers. They think they are above any decision the financial ombudsman makes. All they had to do was get in touch and put things right!

The entire experience, down to the smallest details, was extremely well coordinated and executed.The transfers from and to the airport went smoothly and the drivers made us feel comfortable and the one on the incoming transfer gave us great options for places to visit the day before we sailed. Anita was above and beyond helpful in all aspects of the cruise. She communicated any and all details very well and in a timely manner. She made sure to coordinate excursions and dinners in port that would meet our interests as well as making sure we knew where specific amenities we may need were located on shore. The chef and sous chef did an outstanding job with the meals. The beautiful presentation, fabulous flavor, and broad range of menus for each onboard meal was amazing for such a small kitchen.Lunch and the captains dinner felt like a fine dining experience. Ivan and the crew made us feel welcome and preformed their tasks smoothly.. Bravo to the team at Sail Croatia and Romantic Star!

Absolutely terrible experience with Esdemarca. I returned an item from outside Spain and the entire process has been extremely slow and frustrating. I was told the return would be processed within 15–20 days, but that timeframe has long passed with no update and no refund. Customer service has been unhelpful and vague, offering no clear answers or timelines. For an international customer, this level of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. It feels like once they have your money, they don’t prioritize resolving issues at all. I would strongly advise anyone ordering from outside Spain to think twice before purchasing from this company. Returns are a nightmare, and getting your money back takes far longer than promised.

After having waited a long time for our covers to arrive, we discovered they had been incorrectly ordered (completely our fault). Following discussion it was agreed that we could return them for a refund, this we did some 6 weeks ago, needless to say we are still awaiting payment despite reassurance from Inka that the refund would only take between 3-5 days. A company that doesn’t have a phone number is not being more efficient as they would have you believe on their answer phone message, they just don’t want to deal with their customers. I would not trust them again….. If a representative from Inka would like to prove me wrong then I will gladly alter this review …..

I had a really positive experience with customer support at WalkingPad, especially with Anna. She was incredibly understanding of my situation and went out of her way to help resolve an issue that had been causing me some inconvenience. Anna took the time to make an exception and helped waive my return shipping fee, which made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. I’ve been using Aabsolute Self Storage for a few years now, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. The facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gives great peace of mind. I got a flat tyre at 3.30pm. My husband came and fixed it but we both realised I needed my car in the morning and couldnt use my emergemcy tyre on the freeway. He rang the closest My Car dealership and organised for me to take the car straight there. I arrived about 4.45pm and the mechanic did the rest. He relpaced my tyre and had me on my way very quickly. He was very friendly, helpful and worked smartly. I think his name is Rullah.

We discovered Wallsauce purely through a happy accident, and we're so glad we did. We've just had our house valued for sale and the estate agent said our murals in the kitchen, conservatory and one of the bedrooms as added literally £1000's to our asking price, which FAR outweighs the cost of the murals (one of them is 7m long by 2m tall, wrapping round two walls in our conservatory!). Phenomenal product...😎

Very good product but costumer wise it seem not very profesional. I can understand some time overlapping interval to react for a certain problem but my experience with them is sometimes not replyng at all.. even by phone. Then you as customer have to find out by yourself what logistic hickups there are on the back side. This all in spite of the very nice people, the logistic is not.

Good quality products. I didn't keep everything I ordered because a couple of items weren't true to their sizes. However, I absolutely love the ones I'm keeping. Customer service is easy to navigate and friendly. The website is designed clean and organized. I will consider buying from them again!
