The product itself is fine but the way…

The product itself is fine but the way they get you locked into a subscription is really sneaky . Then to try to cancel it you have to be very careful as they try to get you to not cancel by making you jump through hoops . You need to be very careful what button you press . This makes me feel this company is sneaky and not clear and upfront which I don’t like so definitely won’t be buying from them again

Feels very scammy

Feels very scammy, even Facebook asked me what my opinion was of the company, whether I felt it was a scam. The company must be on their radar. Interesting that they recently changed their name, perhaps they received too many negative reviews. My reason for the negative review echoes what others are saying. You’re locked into a reoccurring subscription unless you cancel, but in order to cancel you must jump through hoops and be very careful of the option you click. For example, you must click a box five times and each time they ask you a different worded question about staying. They change the location of the box so if you’re just clicking through, you’ll likely end up clicking the box that says ‘cancel my cancellation’ or something tricky like that. The product itself is just ok. Average really. They do a good job at marketing and packaging the product but I would not recommend or purchase again, I’ll go back to my usual eco brand that costs a fraction of the price and doesn’t trick you into a subscription. Purchase with caution

I came across the negative reviews and…

I came across the negative reviews and felt I had to share my experience.
I signed up and received the starter pack for $35 (usually $70). It clearly states at sign-up that it’s a subscription billed every 3 months, and that you’ll receive an email 3 days before any payment is taken — which you need to agree to. So I’m not entirely sure why some people are surprised when they’re charged. My first renewal isn’t due until May, so I can’t confirm that part yet, but I can log into my account via email and check all the details easily.
As for the products themselves — all three (seasonal) scents smell amazing. They’re even better when diluted with water and the fragrance lingers nicely. That said, the bottles are quite small (around 20ml of concentrated essential oil).
The glass bottle is really cute, but I wasn’t overly impressed with the cloth — it started to look dirty after a few uses from its original beige colour. A darker cloth might have been a better choice.
Because the scents are so nice, I find myself using them often, so they probably won’t last the full 3 months until my next order. However, with the next shipment costing $42 for three bottles, I wouldn’t purchase extra in between.
Overall, it feels like a bit of a luxury product given the price, but I genuinely love the scent and how it performs for cleaning.
I haven’t tried cancelling the subscription yet, so I can’t comment on how easy that process is.

I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS PRODUCT…

I WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS PRODUCT BUT WAS KIND NOT TO SEND IN A BAD REVIEW BUT NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN $42.00 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, AND THEY SAID THAT IT WAS PART OF A SUBSRIBED ORDER. THIS IS NOT THE TRUTH AND THEY ARE DELIVERING AND WILL NOT CREDIT MY BANK ACCOUNT. I AM SO ANGRY AS I HAVE TO CANCEL MY BUSINESS CARD AGAIN, AS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE AND THEY WILL TAKE MY MONEY AGAIN. I WILL NEVER ORDER STUFF ONLINE AGAIN. I WILL SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE I KNOW

Terrible Website and customer service

I was initially very happy when my package arrived, and everything looked great. However, after using one of the products, I found the scent very unpleasant—it reminded me of a dirty ashtray.

Because of this, I decided to cancel my subscription, but the website wouldn’t allow me to. I planned to try again later, but life got busy and I unfortunately forgot until I received a notification that payment had already been taken.

I then made several attempts to cancel my subscription, but it still wouldn’t work. I contacted Marlow & Peach, and while they eventually responded, they told me it was too late to cancel and sent me a link to manage my subscription. Unfortunately, even using that link, I still couldn’t cancel—only adjust the delivery frequency.

I have since emailed multiple times requesting cancellation and explaining that I will not be a returning customer due to this experience, but I have not received any further response.
