I signed up with Zuto and was assigned an account manager called Felix Irving. I hadn’t even found a car yet, but rather than help me with that, he immediately tried to push a warranty on me. I told him clearly and repeatedly that I wasn’t interested he kept going regardless. I ended the call and rang customer service to speak to someone else. I was put straight back through to Felix Irving. He then told me he couldn’t transfer me to another member of staff, hung up, and closed my account without my consent and without any explanation. All because I didn’t want to get warranty - which is optional by the way I have since submitted a formal complaint and a Subject Access Request for the call recording dated 11/05/2026. I hadn’t done anything wrong. I simply said no to a product I didn’t want. Disgraceful way to treat a new customer. Be careful because the agents act sour when you don’t want the warranty they try to pressure you into buying.

I had my surgery with Estevien Clinic in Instabul on the 30th of April 2026. I did a breast reduction and uplift, 360 liposuction and liposuction on my thighs and curves and a body contour on my butt. Sounds like a lot to do right? The team were kind, compassionate and supportive. I was a bit difficult as this was my first surgery and wasn’t fully prepared for the recovery journey but they were very patient and understanding and constantly reassured me and made sure that l was comfortable and in less pain . Dr Okan was also very very kind , and l am so happy with my results, when l look at my new body l tear down 😭 l am still in disbelief that l look this great. l would re do this again given another chance. 10 days post recovery and l am nearly back to my normal everyday routine looking after my 1 year old. Dr Okan is got extensive expertise in his field and sure knows exactly what he is doing.

I came to the Website providers with a shell of a website and a drained bank account. I had been working with another company that after seven months, and thousands of dollars left me with nothing. After making many phone calls, I was turned down by everyone. My initial contact at the Website Providers was Ricardo Castleton, a senior manager of design and development. He asked to take a look at what I had, and when he got back to me and said they could definitely help me I was so encouraged. He and his team had a completely reimagined website for me to preview in less than 10 days. They were magic. I cannot say enough about how hard he worked to get me back on track. Your best bet would be to come to them first, but if you find yourself in a situation like mine, Rick will go the extra mile to give you the website that you need.

In general, QVC are providers of interesting items, that are useful as well as trendy. If there isn't a trend, there certainly will be by the time you have your goods on display and everyone is asking you, "Where did you get that from?" My last orders have been consistently good, I tend to buy things like Beauty, shoes and electrical goods. They have all been excellent prices and excellent quality. The odd occasion I have had to return things, the customer service line is there to help, and not kept on hold for a lifetime before getting through, the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Service in general is very good, well trained and friendly, the delivery service QVC uses is consistent and most things arrive in good condition, and ordering is very easy to manage online. Although you can also order over the phone too.

Very easy-to-navigate ordering on their website and lightning fast shipping make for a great experience. I've ordered several times and find them very consistent! I returned one clothing item that was too big to the actual store, and the return process was quick and painless. The Calia line of women's clothing is a new favorite of mine because it offers excellent quality and great style. Their considerable online selection of Brooks running shoes makes shopping fun and easy to find something I like. I highly recommend!

We had our annual boiler service check done today, our 12th one, carried out by Phil Boobier once again. Phil is such a great guy who's very knowledgeable in the work he does. Over the years he's maintained our boiler and has taken great care to provide an excellent professional service. Arrives on time and always happy to talk through the work he carries out for peace of mind and gives excellent advice (no sales pitches!) Straight to the point. Great guy, good company 👌

Web site is difficult understand how to pay for a parking is disaster not like other places u get your car picture and u pay. Made payment 1 day later with friends help then they sent me a letter to pay 60 pounds due late payment. I tried to appeal that and what they did was just send me an email back that they refund my 10 and I need to pay them 60. how they make money this company

The products I've gotten from Glisten cosmetics have always been excellent and extremely waterproof. Their service is also as equally wonderful. Not too long ago I put in an order with the wrong adress on accident, when I emailed in to undo my mistake, I got same day reply from a wonderful assistant called Alex. 10/10 would recommend. Great product and great staff :]

I always check online whether a service I want to use is on the WPA approved list. This is easy to do. I always submit my invoice for the cost of the treatment I have received on the same day. I always receive the money back within just a few days. Perfect service, easy process and speedy refunds! What more do you need? Thank you for such a great service 😊

I gave one star cause we cannot rate below that. Honestly such horrible organization they asked me to pay for the products that has already been prepaid and now neither the delivery boy or the customer service is responding for the extra money they took. The most surprising part is that apparently the customer service number doesn't exist.

I bought resident evil 3 and after 2 days, when am in the middle of playing the game the account i got logged out automatically and it got locked. I contacted the seller and the customer service they just keep saying restart the console. I did that several times and no change. So everyone, don’t expect everything will go smoothly.

Great choice of wedding invitations available. Turnaround for amendments of wording was excellent. Delivery was complete, well packaged and very quick. Product was of a very high quality, fully met expectations and was easy to put together. Would definitely use again- hopefully not for wedding invitations though 😉
