Perfect Customer Service

So happy when I seen this beautiful product to give to my husband, will love to make him cry LOL. I ordered the product and then received an email to receive 10% off on my first order. I emailed requesting if I could still obtain this 10% discount even though I already ordered and Jay responded and applied the discount, already received credit on my credit card. Loving the customer service at Ziella. Thank you.

A thoughtful gesture for the hubby

A thoughtful gesture for the hubby. He loved it and he is not the jewelry type of guy. Additionally, their customer service is great! I had the pleasure of working with Pau. Pau replied to all my requests promptly and professionally. It was very reassuring to work with someone who made me feel heard.

My husband ordered a beautiful necklace…

My husband ordered a beautiful necklace for me for Valentines Day. I just LOVE it! Both out names are beautifully engraved in the heart! One of the birthstones had fallen out so I emailed them. Pau from customer support responded right away & sent me a new replacement immediately! Thank you so much. I highly recommend these folks.

I ordered 2 bracelets from this company…

I ordered 2 bracelets from this company and the first time they got them wrong but I reach out to them and they did reply back to me and they worked very hard to resolve this problem and they got it fixed and I did receive my right bracelets back thanks to Pau for getting it fixed and me and my husband appreciate it and love ❤️ the bracelets that they sent back to us problems solved. Thank y’all so much for caring about your customers. Mrs Duffey sends ❤️

I purchased a necklace for my wife for…

I purchased a necklace for my wife for Valentine's Day. The first time she wore it the chain broke. Contacted customer service who very promptly sent a complete new engraved necklace and chain.
Could not have been more satisfied by their service.
Buy with confidence as they stand behind their products.

Worried about tracking

I had made a purchase and got worried when my son hadn’t reached out to me to let me know he had received it. I contacted Ziella.shop to find out what was going on with the tracking because it said tracking was unavailable. I contacted them, got immediate response, long story short, my son received the package and Ziella helped me every step of the way!!!

This company is also a part of Noviera Health or similar name.

I complained and the response was from Ziella!

My complaint was over expecting an elderly woman to trapse around the locality to collect her delivery.

It was returned to them and reposted to me via Royal Mail!

The product itself? On the results of the various companies involved, I won't hold my breath regarding its quality. The tests will show me shortly.

Meaningful and Beautiful

I bought a beautiful heartfelt message bracelet for my son battling a disease. He wore it nonstop from the date of receipt and a few months later was still wearing the bracelet when he passed. It meant do much to both him and me. I had him buried with it on and ordered a replacement for myself to wear from here on. Thank you, Ziella, you’ll never know how much your bracelet meant yo this family.

Great customer service

I got a personalized bracelet for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately the bracelet broke only a few weeks after I gave it to him. I contacted Ziella and they were wonderful to work with and understanding. They sent me a new one free of charge very quickly!

Needed help with size

I ordered the black infinity bracelet for my husband for Valentine's Day. It was perfect because at our wedding, we had an image of an infinity sign with our names on it shown on the wall the whole time. I measured his wrist but didn't think about leaving extra space. When it got here, he put it on and it just fit. I felt awful so I contacted the company and asked if they had an extender or anything to make it larger. Jay wrote me back and said they would send me the next size up no charge and I could keep the other one. I just needed to pay for shipping. The new one came today and my husband absolutely loves it! He put it on right away. Then I asked if he read the card enclosed. He read it and he actually cried. It was so sweet and since we were allowed to keep the smaller one, he wants me to wear that one so we match. This is one of the nicest companies I have ever worked with. I will definitely be using them in the future.
