So happy when I seen this beautiful product to give to my husband, will love to make him cry LOL. I ordered the product and then received an email to receive 10% off on my first order. I emailed requesting if I could still obtain this 10% discount even though I already ordered and Jay responded and applied the discount, already received credit on my credit card. Worried about tracking
I had made a purchase and got worried when my son hadn’t reached out to me to let me know he had received it. I contacted Ziella.shop to find out what was going on with the tracking because it said tracking was unavailable. I contacted them, got immediate response, long story short, my son received the package and Ziella helped me every step of the way!!!

Meaningful and Beautiful
I bought a beautiful heartfelt message bracelet for my son battling a disease. He wore it nonstop from the date of receipt and a few months later was still wearing the bracelet when he passed. It meant do much to both him and me. I had him buried with it on and ordered a replacement for myself to wear from here on. I got a personalized bracelet for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately the bracelet broke only a few weeks after I gave it to him. I contacted Ziella and they were wonderful to work with and understanding. They sent me a new one free of charge very quickly!

Needed help with size
I ordered the black infinity bracelet for my husband for Valentine's Day. It was perfect because at our wedding, we had an image of an infinity sign with our names on it shown on the wall the whole time. I measured his wrist but didn't think about leaving extra space. When it got here, he put it on and it just fit. I felt awful so I contacted the company and asked if they had an extender or anything to make it larger. Jay wrote me back and said they would send me the next size up no charge and I could keep the other one. I just needed to pay for shipping. The new one came today and my husband absolutely loves it! He put it on right away. Then I asked if he read the card enclosed. He read it and he actually cried. It was so sweet and since we were allowed to keep the smaller one, he wants me to wear that one so we match. This is one of the nicest companies I have ever worked with. I will definitely be using them in the future.
