Very disappointed with this company. I purchased a course for $1, expecting a one-time payment, and later discovered that I had been charged for a monthly subscription that I never intentionally signed up for. The subscription terms were not made clear enough during the purchase process. I contacted customer support and requested cancellation within what I believed was the free trial period, but the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. Please read everything very carefully before purchasing from this company.

The support is terrible. I have an issue that nobody responds to — they simply close the ticket every single time. I’m getting nowhere with this situation. Unfortunately, because of this experience, Apex has fallen into a very poor rating in my eyes. This issue has been ongoing for 5 months now. If they told me they couldn’t solve it, or even told me to leave the company, I would at least accept the answer. But being ignored without any response is outrageous.

After being on hold with my previous supplier, sometimes for over half an hour and not getting anywhere with them, it was such a pleasure to speak to Maddie, she sorted everything out with no problems at all, explaining everything in laymans terms.
