I have never had the displeasure to speak with such a vast group of incompetents! Customer Service Representatives” in particular the leasing department. I called, left about 10 detailed voicemails with no response. Called, waited 20-45min on hold and then someone answers and hangs up. Call back, leave message….did this for 4 months trying to get an itemized bill so I could pay them. The few times I did get through I received a different payoff amount. Went to the local branch. They tried to help but did not get a call back either! The manager entered a complaint and voila I got a call today. I attempted to discuss the added fees; late; interest and sales tax that should be removed from the final bill and was told and I quote “pay the bill today or we will charge it off!” Really. So now I will attempt to get those fees refunded.. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. Beyond frustrated.

It’s hard to tell how good supplements are without blood tests. In this case the products I bought for specific health conditions are not only useless for purpose, but harmful to my health. I bought six packets of magnesium as I take this daily to prevent cramp and peripheral neuropathy. Due to the high citrate content this gave me daily diarrhoea as it’s a gut irritant. To make matters worse, the glycinate content cannot be what the website states as my night cramps and Reynauds returned when I was half way through my first packet. Tried taking two and reducing dietary fibre but it still didn’t help. I’ve gone back to using a magnesium bisglycinate brand that I’ve taken for several years and given away the remaining five packets to someone that suffers with constipation. No matter how many discounts and free offers, cheap but ineffective supplements are just a waste of money.

Do not trust this company. Avoid unless you want poor customer service and canned responses to your questions. I originally ordered 18" extensions. They were too short. Exchanged for the 22" extensions for an additional charge of $25. The whole process from ordering to exchanging to receiving the 22" extensions took a month and a half of frustration. When I received the 22" extensions, I was so disgusted with the lack of customer service and no phone number available that I immediately returned them. About a week later I get an email that I've been refunded $25! Um what? That was just for the exchange, I still have not been refunded the original purchase price (minus shipping/handling). This company is shady! I will give them a few business days to make this right before I contact my bank. Thankfully I kept the entire process documented.

So far, Innago has had some hiccups. Some are on my end learning the system. But it's a nightmare trying to reach support, especially when issues are urgent and you have no idea when you will hear back. A rude man called me this morning, and I was in the middle of handling a leak for one of our homes. I asked if I could call right back, his response was that if I did, no idea when I would hear back. I tried asking additional questions, he abruptly said he had to end the call because he was going into a meeting. It would be nice if they could provide at least a 4-hour callback window. Based on my experience so far, I am not a fan of being talked down to and no knowing when they will call back. As of right now I would not to recommend this software to large landlords/property management companies.

My experience with Erie Home was was excellent. The two young men that came out to our home were very friendly, fun to talk with and knowledgeable about there products. The roof inspection was thorough and explained the problems that were found and so glad we had it done. We decided to go with the shingles and with in 2 1/ 2 days from the time the materials were delivered the crew showed up and they were excellent we had a new roof. They did a wonderful job cleaning up going around with a magnet cleaning up any nails that had fallen. I had a couple questions later and called the service manager, he was prompt in answering my call, very friendly and explained the answers to my questions with out any hesitation. Very happy and satisfied with my whole experience with the company and love my new roof.

I got the item on Wednesday and by Thursday the screen had green lines. No crack, no dent. I sent photos to support by Sunday because I felt was too early to complain, but they said it was “impact damage” and refused a return, said it was past 3 days. They didn’t check the device, just judged from a photo. A display fault like this can also be a manufacturing defect... and 4 days is too short for a new product to fail. Their policy doesn’t seem to separate returns from warranty for factory faults. I’m handling the loss myself, but I wouldn’t recommend buying electronics from Shopyaba unless you’re okay with no support if something goes wrong within the first week.

As a professional in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, I expect transparency from my lead sources. Recently, Thumbtack has been charging me "Direct Lead" fees ($20+) for leads that already have 5+ professionals responded. How can a lead be "Direct" (meaning the client specifically chose me) when the client is already engaged with five other vendors? To make matters worse, the messages aren't even addressed to my name. It feels like the app is blasting notifications just to collect fees from pros. I have requested a full refund and will be closing my account if this is not resolved. Pros beware: check your "responded" count before you trust their billing.

After reading that my order would take 10-12 weeks (after pre orders) I asked to cancel my order and mentioned "I've never seen a wait time this long for ordering online", I received an email back: "we'd appreciate it if you didn't tell us how to run our business, we've been operating for 10 years, etc". "You obviously didn't read our guidelines". Yea, it's my bad for not catching the 3-4 month wait time, but to fire back insults and just plain rudeness was something I've. never experienced in a business.

Excellent experience with Switchify! The customer service was really, really good. Jason helped me with everything regarding my electricity and gas comparison and made the whole process very smooth and easy. He explained everything clearly, sent all the required links promptly, and sorted everything professionally. I truly appreciate the support and excellent service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. Definitely a five-star service!

Auto leap has been a good experience. It makes my job smoother and more efficient having all my work and vehicle info right at my fingertips so I don't have to leave my work area. I can complete vehicle diagnostics and send the report right to parts and then move onto my next job while waiting on a go ahead. The website works well but I hope to see some smoothing out of some of the menus and an app would be nice so its not always web based.

Shitty company , robbed me out of 25$ and 50$ like how broke are you to steal money from customers who buy stuff from you ?! I lit was gonna buy something off from my 25$ gift card and it said invalid funds and when i checked why it said 19$ on google play support ?! And 4$ on a carpentery ?? I need a refund this why I cant buy non online ? I have the card and everything just rotting away from the money that got stolen from me !

Jonathan the representative was everything! I have never been treated so well by a spectrum employee as I have with Jonathan. I can't believe how supportive and good he was. I feel that this purchase was totally justified in part from the awesome customer experience I had with with Jonathan. I also want to mention the activation specialist Talisa was wonderful and very helpful to helping me get my new iphone 17e activated

The onboarding process went smoothly, but ultimately, they are refusing to issue a payout. Our funds are currently completely tied up with this company. They keep telling us we must continue processing transactions in order to receive a payout; however, what reason do we have to trust—and continue using the services of—a company that refuses to release our funds? If they release our funds, I will remove this review.

After the intake questionnaire, and got the steps completed to get online, which were easier than the questionnaire process, the rest was very good. The face to face meeting with the dr for 30 minutes was excellent; there was a good clear connection with good visual images of both of us, good audio. It was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

This is a money grabbing site that blames the user for its problems and fails to give compensation for its problems. It just happened again. The owners of Design Home, it's most popular game, were cited by government officials for unfair practices and yet they continue them. They need to be reported over and over again,

First of all, the customer service team was superb. They respond swiftly and answered to all of my queries well and even give recommendations. Overall, my online purchase experience was really great. I ordered Purple Ruyao travel tea set, it looks good and packed well. Same goes to the tea, cant wait to try it.
