I bought travel insurance from Avanti in August 2025 for a year, incl. covering an overseas trip in October 2025. However, that October trip had to be cancelled due to FCDO travel advice. I have since been trying to make a claim for expenses that I couldn't recover directly. I called them by phone only to be told that the email address on the Avanti claim form was incorrect and so I subsequently emailed my claim to multiple emails addresses. After some 4 months from my initial email (+ several more emails) I had not even received an acknowledgement. Additionally the online claim form has not worked each time I've attempted to use it. I recently resent my claim documents to Avanti again and also rang their contact number. This has finally got some progress and I'm now told that the claim review has been given priority. It's disappointing that whilst Avanti are clearly very responsive at the time of policy purchase, I have to complain bitterly over an extended period to get a response when attempting to make a claim. I should add that I've travelled overseas quite a bit in recent years and this is the first claim I have ever made a claim.

I have never known a more incompetent company. The awful quality of clothes some items arriving completely see through. Further more the customer service and communications are awful and some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced! Completely unhelpful and refuses to refund anything i am entitled to and make it impossible to get any money back for anything. Charged me £10 for the royalty service they provide for free DELIVERY AND RETURN and next day delivery and none of these were met yet still refusing to refund me. Communication with anyone is impossible and those who do communicate are completely incompetent and dont seem to have any idea what they are doing or what your talking about even though have multiple previous emails and images. The items are poor quality and the customer service is even worse do not give your hard earned money to this company.

By default my booking commencement was set by the company for 10am. I arrive in Dublin Airport at 17.00 in two days time. WHY DOES THE BOOKING SOFTWEAR HAVE A 10AM DEFAULT SETTING? People arrive at many different hours. When I tried to change the time on completion of the booking (1 minute later) and two days in advance, the softwear blocked me. No verbal customer phone service either. The customer service phone number electronic voice shouted BLOCKED in an agressive, unacceptable tone. So I was unable to sort out this error two days in advance of my arrival in Dublin during and immediately the booking process. Default settings in softwear are not customer friendly. Overall not a good experience. PLEASE NOTE I HAVE NOT YET ARRIVED IN DUBLIN. I want my pick up time set for 17.00 NOT 10.00.

I had an issue with a bracelet bought by my husband for my birthday this March. Unfortunately, it broke, so I contacted the customer service team to see if they could help. They responded swiftly within 24 hours and were polite, understanding, and genuinely lovely throughout. They resolved the situation to my complete satisfaction. As someone who has worked at a senior level in customer service for 30 years, I can honestly say this is exactly what customer service should look like. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I rented a Porsche and the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The car was spotless, well maintained, and even better than expected. Huge thanks to MOUAD for providing outstanding customer service throughout — very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from pickup to return. He made the whole experience feel premium and effortless. Driving the Porsche was unforgettable and I’ll definitely be renting from them again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury car hire with excellent service.

Flowers were yellow and pink and white. I purchased pink and white and paid extra for a full vase. Flowers were not full, some were wilted, a bunch were not open and never opened. Wish I could post a picture so everyone could see what I received vs what they showed on the website. It came with no food for the flowers. The added strawberries were damaged in shipping. About half of them were cracked open. Sadly this isn't the first let down from this company. Should have learned my lesson. I've never felt so embarrassed. I DO NOT recommend!

Michaels Estate Agent have always been friendly and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but I need to write positively about my experience with Michaels and especially Kyle Hockley. I have 3 rental properties and have used various agents over the years woth mixed experiences but I would only now use Michaels going forward. Kyle was professional, accurately priced my properties and got the asking price all within a week of being advertised. Kyle also takes very good photos!

After 4 years of absolute misery, 29 reference numbers, 7 surveys.... 3 'pre-work' inspections, over 200 photo's from MTVH and "MetWorks" , yet, after being presented legal action they are now blaming my family and i , for 'aggression' in prevention of access??!! These underhand illegal tactics do not, and willnot work. You have defied the courts and an extremely high rate of scruitiny. When will you take damp , mould and distepairseriusly @MTVH?

After being a loyal customer for 7 and half years. I’ve had a terrible experience over the weekend and today. The company changing things without my permission which led to me not being able to get any help. To then have someone ring me this morning to say they will help me for me to ring the company back and they have no record of the person I spoke to this morning and there’s no help they can give but yet my meters are off.

The shop are great and staff very helpful. But the customer service afterwards is awful. Tried to change the date of a delivery 2 days before and I had to pay a further £49 fee for the chap at the end of the phone to click two buttons and change a date for me. If the furniture had been on the van, or it was a failed delivery, absolutely fair enough, but to click a button and charge £49 is day light robbery and Im appauled.

Unfortunately i dont think im the right shape for these tshirts, despite the tshirt fitting i find its too short, the second i lift my arms from by my side, it rides up and exposes my belly, im not the tallest guy 5'11 on a good day i have given in amd.orsered the 'tall' range one to try as i struggle to get tops to fit, theyre either too tight and too shprt..or theyre like a tent and i look like a bag of rubbish.
