Very disappointed with this experience. My driver cancelled my Hitch ride at the exact time of pickup, leaving me stranded when I was supposed to travel from Dallas to Houston. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the cancellation happened at the last minute and I had already planned my trip around this ride and paid them in What makes this even more frustrating is that I had planned my entire trip around this ride. A cancellation at pickup time is completely unacceptable, especially for a long-distance trip where passengers have very limited options at the last minute. I contacted Hitch expecting them to take responsibility and provide a proper explanation and compensation. Instead, I feel like the situation was not handled with the seriousness it deserved. Hitch needs to do a much better job protecting passengers from last-minute driver cancellations. If a driver can simply cancel at pickup time, passengers should at least receive meaningful compensation for the inconvenience and any additional costs caused. Very disappointed with the experience. I would think twice before relying on Hitch for an important trip.

The costs I was charged do not match the actual costs I should have paid at all; the invoice presented to the carrier was for a completely different amount—several times lower—than what I was charged. Their system caused issues with shipping the package, and slow email response times meant the entire process—from the package arriving at their warehouse to its actual shipment—took three weeks, resulting in an additional fee being charged to me. I confronted them about both issues; regarding the extension of my mailbox service, I received compensation in the form of credits for a future service. However, I stated that I had no intention of using their services again and wanted the money refunded to the account from which it was originally taken. I also raised the issue of being charged a tax amount several times higher than what they had actually paid—and that was the moment they stopped replying. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Holland Bikeshop based on my experience with an SKS Infinity pannier bag. The product failed completely on only its third use, demonstrating poor quality and a design too weak for its intended purpose. When I attempted to exercise the warranty, the process was unacceptable: - Financial Penalty: I was forced to pay the return shipping fee out of pocket. - Extreme Delay: The shop held my item for four months before providing any update. - Dismissive Resolution: My claim was ultimately denied via a brief note claiming no manufacturing defect existed. As a result of their handling of this case, I have neither a functioning product nor a refund. Avoid this company if you value customer service or product reliability.

Misleading UFC 330 broadcast and no refund I subscribed to MEGOGO specifically to watch UFC 330. The broadcast was titled “UFC 330: Makhachev vs Garry” and the preview clearly featured the main event. However, the stream ended after Dern vs Robertson, and Makhachev vs Garry was never broadcast. I contacted MEGOGO support and requested a refund, but they refused and blamed Setanta. I understand Setanta provided the content, but I purchased my subscription from MEGOGO, and the misleading title and preview were displayed on their platform. If you advertise a specific event and charge customers for access, you should take responsibility when the advertised content isn't provided. Very disappointing customer service.

I've worked with Evan for a few years now, and I have consistently found not just a little bit of value, but truly, a ton. I'm not a new tutor, I have been "in the game" so to speak for almost 5 years, and have a running practice. That said, Evan changed how I looked at my summers in one quick conversation. Less than 5 minutes and I wasn't surviving anymore, I was having the biggest summer that I have ever had revenue-wise. I know Evan does a great job at helping clients get started on their entrepreneurship journey - he also holds a ton of value for those that have been on the journey already.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wished I'd checked on here first. The previous reviews are correct. I ordered a jacket for my husband, which took weeks and weeks to arrive (from China.) When it finally turned up, the material was really thin, the quality was extremely poor, it looked nothing like what I ordered and the sizing was completely wrong and so did not fit. I emailed them and did get a response, where I was offered a 10% partial refund or a 50% store credit!!!!!!! I am waiting to hear what they say next as I've refused both options surprisingly enough!

This was a surprise for all of the guests at my daughter’s wedding. Even herself and the groom had no idea this was taking place. All of the guests were waxing lyrical about the surprise. It completed the wedding breakfast stage of the day and kept the guests talking, laughing and sharing what a fantastic surprise it was. I would 100% recommend this to my friends and family as one of the top entertainment suppliers. Thanks so much to our two fantastic singers who performed at Mythe Barn on 07/08/26. You were bloody amazing!!!

It was difficult to get the mold correct, I had to purchase about three additional kits at $24 each! However, everything finally got accepted the shipping time for the finisher was very fast. It said standard 3 to 5 weeks. I don’t even think it’s a two weeks!! You can definitely tell that you have fake teeth on especially on the top. I’m not real crazy about that. They just feel so thick but the bottom ones feel great!
