So I have already been to here to review plan.com about their poor customer service I received. There was no real resolution in my previous problem and it escalated to the point of me terminating my contract. I wont go into further details about that as you can find that in my previous review of the company. So after speaking to a guy called Tom in the company I was given a termination fee price. I had argued due to the loss of income and the amount of time (many hours over multiple days!) I had wasted trying to solve me signal problems originally that I think it should of been quashed but I was told this was not possible. So I went ahead and terminated the contract anyway because I could not face another wasted call to them when I had no signal or data again. When receiving my termination fee it was higher than the price I was quoted. So I queried this, I emailed, got a response 3 days later saying do I still want help with the problem...and I'm still waiting a week on. I then called to speak to an agent about it who told me he could not understand why that was and he would get someone to call me back on it. Guess what? They still havent almost a week on. The money has left my account and I can see that this will be irretrievable now. So id just like to make people aware of how poor the customer service has been. I've come to waste a bit more of my time putting a review hoping that it will just give someone a heads up and make them think twice because quite frankly its been ridiculous.
