So I have already been to here to review plan.com about their poor customer service I received. There was no real resolution in my previous problem and it escalated to the point of me terminating my contract. I wont go into further details about that as you can find that in my previous review of the company. So after speaking to a guy called Tom in the company I was given a termination fee price. I had argued due to the loss of income and the amount of time (many hours over multiple days!) I had wasted trying to solve me signal problems originally that I think it should of been quashed but I was told this was not possible. So I went ahead and terminated the contract anyway because I could not face another wasted call to them when I had no signal or data again. When receiving my termination fee it was higher than the price I was quoted. So I queried this, I emailed, got a response 3 days later saying do I still want help with the problem...and I'm still waiting a week on. I then called to speak to an agent about it who told me he could not understand why that was and he would get someone to call me back on it. Guess what? They still havent almost a week on. The money has left my account and I can see that this will be irretrievable now. So id just like to make people aware of how poor the customer service has been. I've come to waste a bit more of my time putting a review hoping that it will just give someone a heads up and make them think twice because quite frankly its been ridiculous.

Scammers ! if you make profit they will not pay you your money even the intial deposit , About 3 weeks ago i make a deposit of 104$ on my account 110399 standard , I did manual trades and make profit to 857$ then i put request for withdraw for 350$, that was rejected because they said it is HFT ( not really its all manual trading ) but they put this eligation which they cant prove it JUST THEY DONT WANT TO PAY...........after many arugments on support I said its all right dont pay the profit atleast return my deposit amount 104$ , , SARA the agent gives me time for 21 days ,,,,,No tina jumps in she said it will take 1 to 2 Months as they are investigating it.....REALLY ......all they want to linger on and want me to make tired thats all they want but its my hard earn money and i will keep fighting for this .... IN CASE: if they think it HFT which is actually not, then dont pay the profit pay back my deposit...There is no terms that you can stop my money..... DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY OTHER WISE BE READY TO HAVE SAME ISSUES AND YOU WILL LOSSE YOUR DEPOSIT AS WELL

If I could give them a zero I would. My experience has been absolutely a nightmare it has been going on for 5 days now. Unfortunately my carrier was bought an out by them and the transition to them has been a Non-Stop nightmare. My supposed first day of service I had none had to call for an extension supposedly the free phone they're sending somehow and did my service doesn't make sense. Tell them had to have the service temporarily set back up only to be told in 2 days to call them again if the phone had not come in imagine that the phone didn't come in so I called them again supposedly for an extension told everything's going to be great my phone numbers changed over everything only to find out now I have zero service of any kind can't even call the place back because it says I'm no longer on network. I don't recommend these guys to anybody run run fast it's all smoke and screens and lies and b******* when you talk to the people on the phone. They make it sound nice but it's not

Customer service is shocking... Sakshi was who dealt with my query... Over paid and sent proof of two payments leave my account ... on a fixed tariff and yet even after proving two payments was made in one month by error he is refusing refund and not understanding what I am telling him... I believe he is failing to understand what i am saying. I noted already that there is children and vulnerable adult at this address and unfortunately made no difference what so ever... Ovo was way better I feel like I might have to leave this company will be ringing ovo today. Asking numerous times to open a comparing too and got absolutely ignored... honestly terrible customer service! If your reading this they don't care about vulnerable people or there customers don't change to them...

I had an excellent experience with this company, and I would especially like to mention Solomiia. Their approach was very clear, professional, and well organised from the beginning. Pegasus Airlines is making it impossible for me to track down my refund for a disrupted flight from Istanbul to Albania. To track a refund through a booking agent like Kiwi, you need a transaction number called an ARN. Pegasus is flat-out refusing to give me this number, claiming my own reservation data is "copyrighted." This is just an excuse to trap my money in a black hole so I can't prove where the refund went. Airlines are supposed to help passengers when flights go wrong, not hide basic transaction data. I have escalated this to the Turkish Ombudsman and aviation authorities. Be careful booking with Pegasus—they do not care about accountability once they have your money. Status: Unresolved

I worked here and had a very negative experience with one of the managers. While my interactions with other staff members were generally positive, this manager was disrespectful and unprofessional in his communication with employees. He spoke down to me and staff and created an uncomfortable work environment. In my experience, many of the workplace issues were related to his management style. Because of this, I would not recommend working here. I have now purchased 3 pairs of beautiful shoes from Nokwol. The quality is exceptional, they are very stylish and look similar to certain designer shoes and are just as comfortable. The service is amazing, shipping is quick and you are kept up to date until delivery. Cannot comment on the returns process as I will certainly be keeping all the shoes I have purchased. Highly recommend these shoes if you want designers looks, quality and comfort without the price tag.

Lovely chap Joe Tudor helped us choose and order a sofa bed. We had spoken to him couple of times after several visits to the shop. It had been a drawn out search.He helped us by measuring sizes and showing us colour options and demonsrating how bed pulled out and crucially for us not to pushy just left us time to think about things but there to answer questions when needed. It is a uselss product recovery does not do the job porpeorly after it did a recovery over one day the data fiels were not recovered and the support wanted another 300 USD to do recover the fiels dont ever use it isa money making exercise not used frull should try other products likke dsik drill

Usually always very skeptical about competitions but I thought I would give it a try last night! To my surprise I won on the instant wins £1000 straight to my account this morning! Excited and happy!
