If I could have given them a zero I would have. Bought a pair of women's boots size eight and a half u.s. women's sizes on March 16th. A few weeks later I received a man's European 43 which equals a size 10 in men's sizing in the US. Tried to call them their number was vacant. Googled their address it was a ranch house at the end of a cul-de-sac in Wyoming. I'm guessing that was the USA base. Sent them an email, they said oh my goodness we're sorry you can just donate those boots we'll send you another pair here's a link to pay the shipping. I said you guys sent the wrong boot I'm not paying for shipping I didn't pay for shipping for the first ones. You made the mistake, I'm not paying the shipping. I told them a few days ago May 30th to never contact me again. When I asked for a replacement boot they said they didn't have the size, then I asked for a cheaper boot they wouldn't do that either. It felt like I was talking to AI. This is a london-based company I believe. They drug everything out and then said I was past my replacement window. I even told them I'd gotten a refund from my credit card but they still promised to send me another pair of boots anyway. Of course that never happened. This is the worst experience I've ever had with anything I've ever bought online. I would strongly urge you to look somewhere else. I fell for the website, it was very well planned and I'm pretty sure I bought them off of Amazon but when I looked them up for my Amazon orders they didn't even show up. Something fishy going on with that company. Beware

I clicked on an advertisement and signed up for what appeared to be a monthly subscription for two people. To protect myself, I used a Privacy card with a $25 monthly limit. A charge of $22.99 was successfully processed. After downloading the app, I expected to log in and access my account. Instead, the app repeatedly pushed me toward subscribing again and upgrading. I could not find a clear way to access a member account or the service I had just paid for. What concerned me most was what happened next. My Privacy card showed numerous additional charge attempts within minutes of the original purchase. Several attempts were made for $22.99, and other attempts were made for $183.90. Fortunately, my card protections blocked those transactions. I have paused the card and will be contacting customer support and my financial institution. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage others to carefully review charges, use payment protections, and monitor their accounts closely. This was my personal experience. Your experience may differ, but I wanted to share what happened so others can make informed decisions.

I have used FF for a number of services over the last year or two. I used the subscription for at least six months which were always joyous (and luxurious) to receive and always delivered first thing in the morning. I have used them for ad hoc birthday deliveries with great success too. My latest delivery with peonies were delivered (thurs) and I took them with us to France for a week away (Saturday) keeping them in the box. I put them in a sink of water to soak when we arrived and then arranged them. Given the recent heatwave we had I was impressed that they lasted so well all week. Caveat, we had aircon. I will always recommend the quality of the flowers sourced and love the illustrations to go with them.

I did not sign up to this company, I looked at the site I tried to process a photo to see how it worked and this company used this to take £49 out through my PayPal account. I never received anything to advise of a yearly subscription or that I was signing up for it. I have been back and forth with them and they refuse to issue my refund. This company is a fraud and thinks it is ok to take what they shouldn’t. I have never looked at anything before and got money unlawfully taken off me for it. Avoid at all costs.

We have recently reached two years in our new Story home. We love it. There were some remaining issues that needs sorting under warranty and Michael has been amazing helping us to get them sorted. His communication and coordination has been really good. Several of the issues were sorted by Lee who has also been extremely helpful. His work is excellent and he goes above and beyond to make sure our home is in perfect condition. He’s a credit to Story Homes.

Highly recommend! I desperately needed some documents with an apostle asap and had no idea how to go about doing either. Ginkgo Advisory gave me instructions on how to do the process myself and provided me with two options for utilizing their services. I did the first part on my own and they completed the apostille process for me. Exceptional service, excellent communication, and quick turn around time.

The individual that was in my home, has a key. I moved here from Boulder, Colorado. I told Mom, that I would never put her in a home. Pam gave this key to a kid that was here with his mother, "helping" steal items that I used in my home office operations. I have been with PES for nearly a year and in that time they have created a more diverse program that supports our learning experience. I Can’t say enough good about this program and the people that make it what it is. Cost is a bit high but you do get good individual attention.

They say audits are done by real people, but it took exactly 5-6 minutes from the time i placed the order, to receive a 15 page audit. After reading it it is 100% made by AI which is dissapointing. To be honest i received a better and more detailed audit from ChatGpt. Just lost 8 bucks there. Maybe they do real audits i dont know, but this one ceirtainly was not made by a person

Sending massive amounts of spam mail, I got at least three mails to mail addresses that are listed as support addresses in the AppStore. I am not and will never be a user of this service or have corresponded with them in any way or form. Extremely unprofessional behavior, as to be expected by a service that prides itself in worsening the experience of your paying customers.
