We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Wickes and wanted to share what has been a very positive overall experience. A huge thank you to Emily Cassidy, whose design skills were outstanding from start to finish. She really listened to what we wanted, brought creative ideas to the table, and helped us make the most of the space. The final design is both beautiful and practical—better than we had imagined. Installation was handled by Phil and Geoff Simpson, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for better craftsmen. Their attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in what they do really stood out. They were also incredibly calm and reassuring throughout, which made a big difference during what can often be a stressful process. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional. We did experience some shipping delays along the way, which was frustrating at the time. However, once escalated, the situation was handled well and resolved. We’re particularly grateful to Kara, the Regional Installation Manager, for her support and responsiveness in getting everything back on track. Despite the initial hiccups, the end result speaks for itself—we now have a stunning kitchen that we absolutely love. Thank you to everyone involved!

I purchased this product with the expectation that it would provide meaningful support for improving iron levels, as implied by its marketing. After using the product and not experiencing results, I contacted the company for clarification. In their response, the company acknowledged that: Iron is a large molecule that does not easily pass through the skin Absorption through transdermal patches is limited and highly variable There is limited scientific evidence supporting consistent absorption of iron through the skin This information raises serious concerns about the product’s ability to perform as advertised. The product is marketed in a way that suggests it can support iron levels, yet the company itself admits that absorption is uncertain and not well-supported by scientific evidence. Based on this, I requested a refund. The company refused. My concern is not only about the effectiveness of the product, but also about transparency in marketing. Consumers are being sold a product for iron supplementation without clear disclosure of the limitations that the company later acknowledges privately.

ask me to download app. so i do. i provide you with a pin location via your own app and i provide you with a photograph of my gates along with very clear instructions to drop packages over the green gates. so the idiots that are evri don't come to the pinned location and leave my package at some random place. evri is not fit for purpose.. this is package number 5 they have been unable to deliver. and the third in a row. dpd can do it. royal mail can do it. iceland,tesco.asda and amazon can do it. parcelforce can do it. what is wrong with you idiots? i mean...after 4 failed deliveries do you not have a note on file to maybe try do better for me...oh no of course not as it is plainly, obviously and disgustingly apparent that evri don't care about where the delivery ends up. your customers are the market places and not us end users..jog on you mugs

I used diverse diagnostics for my daughter’s adhd assessment. The admin team were very helpful and prompt at getting us an appt with dr Basra who was lovely. Her diagnosis took 4 weeks from start to finish. Medication reviews are always very good and they send detailed letters of updates to gp and myself. I’d recommend diverse diagnostics to anyone looking for help with neurodiverse diagnostics. In fact I regularly recommend them on Facebook when I see posts from parents needing help with their children. I’d no problem getting my daughter on the camhs waiting list after diagnosis and I’m lucky to have a go that does shared care so we only pay for reviews and not meds as well. I’d advise people thinking about going diverse diagnostics to ask go if they facilitate shared care before booking so you know exactly what the costs will be.

I want transparency when I ask for information and accountability from the parties I'm engaging about progress or needing simple information on a variety of topics. Put yourself in the other person's shoe's mentality. Not the " just another day at the office attitude " . Be a people person who leaves others feeling like you are genuinely concerned about their feelings and issues. We all have those moments. A little understanding goes a long way in this life. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Can't be about the paycheck only. Without the people there won't be a paycheck! Remember that simple philosophy when you deal with others.

Smooth Onboarding, Impossible Redemptions. My initial experience with Win Bonanza was deceptively positive. Creating an account and making my first purchase was a seamless process. However, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse once I attempted to redeem my winnings. I have been waiting for a successful redemption since April 12th. Despite emailing customer support multiple times, I have received nothing but generic, automated responses. There has been no genuine effort to communicate or resolve the underlying issue. It is disappointing that a platform so quick to accept payments is so reluctant to honor payouts.

New rapid charge unit installed at Manor Walks, Cramlington. Has been out of use at least four times since installation just over a month ago. When finding it was out of use on Sunday morning I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and wait a couple of days - still out of use on Wednesday- on calling to report the problem I was informed that it has been reported and someone will be out soon. The pathetic infrastructure for electric car owners is exacerbated by companies likeAMPEV who treat their customers with contempt in shoddy management of their charging points.

My loan officer, Joseph P, was professional, sincere, human-friendly, and tenacious, guiding me expertly through challenges—including running an art gallery business from my mixed-use home, a hospital stay, and a long recovery. Joseph stayed supportive throughout, even checking in to see how I was doing. Thanks to his help, I now pay only one bank and save significantly on my monthly payments.

After 16 years with the company with ZERO claims! We missed an attestation (they said they mailed it, we didn’t receive it), every 6 months we have to sign an attestation in Michigan. So, they canceled our policy! GEICO did not notify us via text or email about the cancellation, so we were without insurance for more than a month! If this is how they treat great customers, I hate to see how they treat others!

Pillows were ordered on April 11th. It is now May 6 and the pillows have not gone beyond ordered. The wait time for these pillows is outrageous and it’s not worth the time or the money that I spent on them. Don’t waste your money, there are many other providers of throw pillows who are as good and provide much better and faster customer service.

Dpd driver came put parcel on floor push my ring door bell took photo left never even waited to see if I was in it states if not in plz deliver to neighbour number stated and didn't I request this due to parcels go missing from my front door as it the 1st door entering the block if flats that reason for my ring door bell in 1st place

I always hesitated to read what it was about until I saw the video and I could relate 200% with what the other woman where going through. I always thought it was me. I have lost the desire to do anything and didnt want to go and get anti depression pills. So I’m going to try this and pray it will work!
