AVOID Dr Ahmed Jaffry a dentist at Truly Dental and this Company at all costs. I received dreadful treatment at Truly dental in Dun laoghaire. This branch is closing down shortly. Dr Jaffry will now be working out of their other practices on different days. BEWARE. I had an Implant procedure done with him and am still experiencing dreadful pain and trouble with it. From day one he left a lot of cement residue on the top of the implant. Which has left me in pain and severe discomfort. I had asked him to remove this on a few occasions. He ignored my requests. He then Denied that he used any cement. I have had it confirmed by a dentist that there was cement used. I had an appointment with him for treatment for pain in other teeth and also what was to be a scheduled follow up appointment on my Implant, which was agreed on before procedure. He took an x ray and sent me out in agonizing pain with no treatment and completely ignored the fact I was in pain with teeth. He came to reception and said to charge me 100 euro for that visit. He did not try to get me out of any pain which I was told he would do when I booked that appointment I explained that I was also booked in for what should have been a mandatory check up for my Implant on the same day. He then took me back into the surgery and quickly checked it. He was dismissive of my questions and concerns on my Implant and teeth. He was very ignorant and rude towards me and made me feel very uncomfortable. He just brushed off any questions I had and ran me out of his surgery. I had already paid a huge sum of money to him. I reported this to the Company and he admitted that he took it out on me because of the problems he was experiencing within the company. He was willing to leave me in pain and charge me more money and dismiss me because of this. I received an unsatisfactory reply from the company saying another of their dentists would be a "perfect fit for me". What type of a reply is that after what one their dentists had already put me through. I would have no confidence in this organisation after their unprofessional and uncaring treatment of me. They took a very large sum of money off me and left me traumatised and in pain. I would have No confidence or any trust in Any Dentist in The Truly Dental Group because of this. They are ignoring all of my correspondence now. I cannot get to talk to anybody. They do not want to be held accountable for their horrendous treatment of people.

The card quality is great, but the printing times are a pretty big negative for me. I currently have three orders with Proxyprintery: PRO-107800, PRO-106044 and PRO-108343. Before using them, I had been ordering from an American company for a long time. Shipping to Europe was slow, but their printing and dispatch were usually done within two days, and the orders would arrive around 10 days later. It was a pretty consistent 12-day turnaround from ordering to receiving the cards. A friend recommended Proxyprintery because they're based in Europe, so I expected the turnaround to be much quicker. I figured that with printing taking a couple of days and European delivery being faster, I'd probably have my orders within a week. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. My first order took quite a while to print, but once it was dispatched, it arrived in just 2-3 days. The total turnaround was 11 days, which wasn't as quick as I'd hoped, but was still a day faster than my usual American supplier, and the shipping was cheaper. The problem is that the printing time seems to have got even longer. I placed my second order on August 11th and, as of August 25th, it still hasn't been dispatched. That's already at least 14 days, and if it ships today, it would be about 16-17 days before I receive it. My third order was placed on August 18th and is also still showing as "Printing", so I'm not expecting to receive that one until September. I contacted customer service for an update and was told the second order would be dispatched by early this week. As of today, it's still sitting in "Printing", and I haven't had a response to my latest request for an update. It's a shame because I really have no complaints about the card quality or anything else with the service. If the printing and dispatch times were more consistent, I'd be very happy with them. Unfortunately, waiting 2 weeks or more just for an order to be printed when an American service can do it in 2 to 3 days is a major downside and, for me, a pretty big dealbreaker.
