Do I have to give a whole star?Ordered over $300 worth of homewares from Myer and the items arrived smashed to pieces due to appalling packaging. Multiple dishes and porcelain items were loose in a box with virtually no protective wrapping whatsoever. I cut my hands unpacking broken shards and now also have to deal with disposing of dangerous broken goods myself. After DAYS of back and forth, being left on hold for over an hour during business hours and chasing missing items, Myer’s response was to offer a pathetic $40 gift card. Not only is that insulting given the damage and safety risk involved, but they also initially expected me to keep unsafe shattered items in my home and organise disposal myself. This entire experience has shown: Extremely poor packaging standards Terrible customer service No accountability No understanding of consumer rights or basic customer care A premium department store charging premium prices should not be sending dangerous broken goods through the mail with no care taken in packaging. I will not be ordering homewares from Myer online again and I encourage anyone else not to.

Awesome team! Working with ClipHaus and Peter has been such an amazing experience. Every budget is well spent, every request is granted, they are fast to action, and very nice to talk to. One thing that really stood out was how natural everything felt. These guys genuinely understand internet culture, and what keeps people watching. After seeing this and thinking it was a great idea I ordered a custom order for my partner for christmas. The wait time was no where to be seen on anything I read. After waiting 6 months for it to turn up, it arrived with no QR code to get instructions on how to build. They did send the QR code in a bot chat on the website but it only lasts 7 days and if no reply gets deleted. We now have a half-finished car (of which some of the pieces are missing) and no way to finish it. I have sent off chats on 3 more occasions to try and get them to send the instructions but no answer. Would not recommend buying to anyone. Such a waste of money

Used to be a 5/5 casino, been over 6 weeks that I've been trying to withdraw my money from their sister site luckynuggetcasino. I get the same answer back from support each time. Our operations team is reviewing your withdrawal. They requested documents and I provided them with EVERYTHING and more. Account finally got verified again, and I am being told my withdrawal is still under review. How is it fair to hold a customers winnings for over 6 weeks... Is anyone even able to withdraw their money or is all of this a facade?

As soon as I hit a little bit of money I raised my bet 20 cents and spent all the money on one after hitting several hot chilies and all three of them were lit up in flaming all the way and spent every single dime until the last and didn't hit nothing. Basically they just let me hit some money and then took the money back I give this two stars and I'm only giving it to because I got excited when I hit that money it really deserves a one. Not a very good gambling site. Selling dreams I don't get into s*** like that

Absolutely disgusting. Terminal cancer patient ordering for my wife for her birthday. Ordered well ahead of time. Deluxe arrangement with chocolates. Got a small bunch of flowers which fit in 1 hand and box of favourites with bar taped to side. Only specification was dont deliver between 1pm and 4pm as would be at specialist. Was delivered at 3pm. Supposed to be something nice for my wife who is also my cancer carer. Ended up with rubbish.

Agent gave a quote for the price of the room and asked if we wanted to book it because it would be non-refundable. He failed to indicate what the total fees were with taxes, hotel fees and service fees. After he processed the credit card and the confirmation was emailed that I found out the final cost was $50 higher than what was on booking.com. When I wanted to cancel, the agent said it was non-refundable.

Terrible customer service. My package was marked as delivered with a random scribble used as a “signature” that looks nothing like mine. I repeatedly explained that I was not home and never received the package, yet Farfetch kept sending the same copy-paste response without providing actual proof that I accepted the delivery. Completely unacceptable for such an expensive company.

I have bought two sets of the relaxed and refined linen bedding. It’s the nicest bedding I have had and I will for sure buy again. I had a problem with one of my new covers and the team very quickly replaced it for me without any trouble. I still cannot believe they were so good. It is not cheap but it is well worth splashing out on.

The swimsuit is beautiful and fits perfectly. I really like the adjustable straps and it feels high quality. They had much information about sizes etc on the website which helped me choose the right size. The delivery was very fast too. Overall very good experience and I would highly recommend!😊

I bought formal pants from Daisy Grace. I really loved the quality and the fitting. Being a tall girl, It was really hard to find the right size and the length. I loved how the pants fit me and I wear them almost everyday to work.
