BOOKING.COM – HOW CAN THIS BE ACCEPTABLE? I have been trying to obtain a refund for a flight that VietJet cancelled in March 2026. I booked through Booking.com and have now contacted your customer service more than 20 times by phone and email. Every single time I am told the same thing: "Please be patient, we're working on it." Yet months later, absolutely nothing has happened. Because of the cancellation, I had to pay for replacement flights out of my own pocket. I have wasted countless hours chasing this refund with no resolution. This is completely unacceptable customer service from a company of Booking.com's size. Can someone from your executive customer relations team please explain: Why has my refund still not been processed? Why am I continually being told to wait? When will I actually receive my money? If this is not resolved immediately, I will continue escalating the matter through consumer protection agencies, my bank, and every appropriate public review platform until someone takes responsibility. Booking.com, please contact me today and resolve this matter.

I bought 3 different kinds of gummies, in the past I’ve never had an issue with not receiving all items purchased. I typically leave everything I buy in the package it arrives in to store it away for safety. I just now realized I’m missing 1 package from my order I placed in March. As a slow user and trusting in the company as I never had an issue before I did not check everything was there, they sent a free gummy so I saw 3 packages and assumed I got all the items purchased. I purchased 3 different kinds so I just grabbed the one I prefer most and that was that. After I finally finished the first pack I went to look for my hybrid gummies and they are not in the package. I have reached out to the company and not heard back. So now I’m out of a full pack of gummies which for a full pack isn’t cheap. I really love supporting veterans as my family are also veterans and I’m very disappointed in the lack of support being provided. No reply to my email. Not sure I will trust this company or recommend it to anyone again in the future if this is how they treat loyal customers.

Customer service is terrible. I left my wallet at the gate. I immediately recognized it, but I had already left the terminal. I approached an agent. They told me to stand in one line then another agent tell me that’s the wrong line and for 2 1/half hours I’m waiting for somebody to go get my wallet only for them to tell me that it’s in Lost and Found and that I need to go see lost and found I go to Lost and Found and they tell me that they close at 3:30 and they do not open back up until 8:30 AM. I called customer service and speak with the supervisor and she hangs up on me and I wasn’t doing belligerent or loud.Baggage claim says that they are not liable for my item even though they have it American Airlines does not care about its customers and I will never fly American Airlines again!!! Eugene, Ashley, Damien and Logan did not help at all! I am stuck in LAX because of bureaucracy!

I had such a wonderful experience with Tommee Tippee's customer service. After reaching out with a personal enquiry, both Debbie and Antony were incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. Equity edge is not a good prop firm at all. The only reason they hape up to 4 star on trust pilot is that their customer care service usually request people to drop good reviews for them on trustpilot. I bought a 50k instant funded account and their rules says you have to build a 3% buffer. Now, this 3% cannot be withdrawn. That's like charging a whooping $1500 for the instant account. I made $800 profit, held a trade over the weekend unknown to me that it is against their rules. I tried all I could to at least get a compensation from the profit already made and till today, they refused to compensate me. $800 gone down the drain after all the hardwork.

I would like to rate my Intercape trip from Cape Town to East London 10/10 (06/07/26). I have always had a great experience every time I travel with Intercape. Their buses are always on time ever since i started traveling, which makes every journey stress-free and reliable. The Sleepliner 247 is by far the best—it's incredibly comfortable and makes long-distance travel so much more enjoyable. I also want to compliment the drivers for their excellent driving skills. They drove safely, smoothly, and professionally throughout the trip. Thank you, Intercape, for consistently providing outstanding service. I look forward to traveling with you again!

The system remembered me which saved time. Products arrived quickly even though we are an RD. Product- well, for the first time ever my cats actually eat the raw freeze dried cat food mix - the amount of food I have wasted over the years is amazing so it’s quite something to see the cats eat it and no waste. My dogs- they are unusual in that I have taught them to graze- not scoff- they usually don’t have dried food- but they have so enjoyed the dog food and prefer it over the other food offered! So I’m pretty pleased all up!

From the initial point of contact, Fix Auto Tewkesbury proved to be a fist class outfit. From dropping of the car, to the bi-weekly updates from Jean and the finished product I was very impressed. Even when the car was finished I was unable to colect it due to work commitments and so Nathan even offered to have the car dropped of for me.... Awesome customer service, and in the unfortunate event I would need a car repaired again, I would not even bother to look elsewhere to be honest. Great job team and thank you.

My husband had no idea these kinds of belts existed so I got him one and now it's the only one he wears. He even saved the extra cut peice of leather because it's good quality we've recently had a baby (4 days ago) and i wanted him to have something special so I bought him this along with a bunch of other things for fathers day. Safe to say he loves it and how easy it is to manage. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to surprise him and give him something useful 😊

Rodiffy is such a wonderful company with fantastic customer service. They are quick to answer questions and help out at any time. The jewelry is absolutely stunning and is of beautiful quality. They made me my beautiful custom dream ring when my original was just a bit too large. I will definitely be recommending them and ordering from them again in the future!

Not even worth one star. SCAMMERS. None of the contact info works. I ordered a shed. Waited three weeks for delivery. Thought it was legitimate as they use shopify and track order. Emails bounced back. I tried several versions. I can't afford not to get my money back. I will not drop this. I will get a refund. Do not order from these thieves.

Paid for next day delivery, despite this the item (which was a new home gift which was time sensitive), was delayed!! I wouldn't mind if it tells you this up front, but to pay the next day guaranteed delivery fee, then to be informed minutes later it's delayed, it seems like a bit of false advertising.
