While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. DO NOT sign up unless you want sneaky, expensive fees added to your account. They will refuse your refund because their policy is hidden in the fine print.
DO NOT sign up.
They have no compassion for customers, they are money grabbing scums.
It’s pretty much a scam
When you buy a cheap test for less than two dollars, they automatically sign you up for a forty dollar subscription and won’t refunded when you get the surprise charge on your card. The test results are basic and have a numerical value that doesn’t seem to link to anything.
They have terms and conditions that allow them to scam you legally, so even though the only service I used was the test I paid for separately, they’ve essentially tricked me into donating $39.99 USD to them and they won’t give it back. There should be laws against automatically checking boxes for paid subscriptions, especially for tests that leave you in a vulnerable state and unlikely to read the fine print.
The first red flag was that you had to answer the entire test before you even find out that there’s a fee. The second red flag was no social media accounts where they’d be exposed as scammers.
ADHD
You guys being very supportive dealing with someone who has ADHD which is commonly a reading disorder thanks for scattering my brains just for a five minute test...
Didn't like that it said free test then…
Didn't like that it said free test then made me pay just be upfront
It’s not free
It’s not free, they want £2 from you to show the results after asking you tons of questions… scam website, avoid.
