I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent subscription purchase and the failure of your company to honor its advertised 45-day money-back guarantee. On [DATE], I purchased a CyberGhost VPN subscription based on your publicly advertised promise of a risk-free 45-day refund policy. However, after completing the purchase, I experienced serious issues that prevented me from using the service: The CyberGhost applications could not be properly downloaded and/or installed. The service could not be used as advertised. Repeated attempts to obtain technical support were unsuccessful. No effective assistance was provided to resolve the technical problems. As a result, I exercised my right under your 45-day money-back guarantee and requested cancellation of the subscription and a full refund within the applicable refund period. Despite my timely cancellation and refund request, the refund has not been processed, and no satisfactory explanation has been provided. I consider this conduct to be a serious breach of your contractual obligations and a failure to honor the terms under which the subscription was sold. Advertising a money-back guarantee and subsequently refusing or failing to process legitimate refund requests may constitute an unfair commercial practice and could potentially violate applicable consumer protection laws. Accordingly, I hereby demand: Immediate confirmation of the cancellation of my subscription; Full reimbursement of all amounts charged to my payment method; Written confirmation that the refund has been processed. If this matter is not resolved within 7 calendar days from receipt of this notice, I reserve all rights to pursue further action, including but not limited to: Filing a chargeback/dispute with my card issuer or payment provider; Submitting complaints to consumer protection authorities; Reporting the matter to relevant regulatory agencies; Seeking any other remedies available under applicable law. Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a written response without delay.

I have had Gift A Hit do (2) songs for me in the past month and there is more to come! There are a lot of other type companies out there and honestly no one and I mean no one will take a candle to this company. Not are they only reasonable with their prices; They actually provide quick customer service. When they ask for special notes, what I want in the song I actually send an attachment with words that came from the person I wrote about. I know they actually read the notes and these are long notes because in the song they put in the special moments both times in the two songs have made me emotional and crying and it’s not about me in the song it’s about the person I was sending it to. Sam, my contact has been an angel and very kind. He responds back to my emails and personalizes his response about my notes. He reads the notes or they read the notes! if you’re looking for a company who actually reads the content I sent to them; this is your company? I’ve seen the pricing on other companies and some of them are twice as much. Both recipients I sent songs too thanked me for the special gift and told me how special it was to them. Gift a hit is amazing and I promise you I’m sending several more requests to them because of their incredible talent and mostly because they make it personal and they listen! A big Shout Out to Sam for all his help. My experience has been truly aloha! Mahalo “Gift A Hit” for all you have done to make a difference in lives forever.

I am extremely disappointed with WeBuyAnyPhone and the offer I received. I sent my iPhone 11 Pro to them based on the online valuation of £112. After they received the phone, I was informed that it had raised screen. I strongly dispute this claim, as there was absolutely no such issue when I sent it. I was fully aware that the phone had some scratches on the screen and a few marks on the body, which was reflected in the condition I selected. However, the phone was 100% functional, with no dents, cracks, screen defects, or structural issues. I was initially offered just £5 for the device, which I refused and requested that my phone be returned. I was then offered £30 instead, or alternatively asked to pay £15 to have my own phone sent back to me. Reducing a valuation from £112 to £5 based on a condition issue that I do not believe existed is unacceptable. The subsequent increase to £30 only made the process seem even more questionable. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I want to say a huge thank you to ATG Tickets for their excellent customer service.I accidentally purchased a general admission ticket when I meant to book a ticket for Disney's The Lion King. When I realized my mistake, I was very upset because I had spent £52 and didn't know if anything could be done. I contacted ATG by email, explained the situation, and was amazed by how understanding and helpful they were. They kindly issued me a voucher and allowed me to buy my ticket for The Lion King.Their flexibility turned what was a very stressful situation into a happy experience. Thank you again, ATG, for your outstanding support. I am really pleased with how everything was resolved and would happily book with you again.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I booked my hotel 6 months in advance, I called 2 weeks before my check in date to confirm that they hotel had my booking only to find out that they did not. I called and emailed trivago deals repeatedly to see if I could get this issue resolved, but every time I did I got the same thing "We will be escalating this to our back room team". After days and day of calling, my issue never got resolved. I gave them to the final day and still no new information. I had to reserve my room through different means. I can only hope that I will get a refund from trivago at this point. What a waste of time and horrible company. I will never be using them again and I hope no one makes the same mistake I did.

Well I've had the head unit for almost a year now. Nothing works like it was supposed to. Was promised all kinds of help and never received any of it. Now they won't accept any of my videos that they asked for. Now the screen's going out and they're not doing anything about that. I don't know how you can sell something that doesn't even work yet but they get away with it. Yeah hopefully somebody can make them figure their stuff out and make them make things right. They should. You're paying enough for it. You should get what you asked for I wish mine would work just like the ones in their commercials but I guess not

I ordered an eSIM a few months ago and was initially overcharged with extra fees and shipping costs. Though they refunded me after I emailed, it was already a frustrating start. Recently, I upgraded my phone and needed a replacement eSIM. They charged me an excessive £18 just for a digital replacement. I paid it, but it has now been 10 days and I have received absolutely nothing. I have sent multiple emails to customer support, but they are completely ignoring me. Maybe others have had a good experience, but mine has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. I will definitely not be using this company again.

All right this is my third review of Blidz. After repeated attempts to have Blidz cancelled, and have them respond to my reviews, they are still trying to charge my account every week. My bank and I continue to decline the charges. We have attempted to block them from charging my account but somehow that's not working. So Blidz if you are out there and you are looking at your reviews, it's time you escalate my situation and take me off of your books. Any company that you sign up with where you cannot cancel it's not worth your time to do business with.

I am a relatively new user and so far I am blown away. The range and depth of the tools available are amazing, and so far the only limiting factor has been my ability to make the time to implement some of the processes. Even more amazing -- they are continually adding new tools and improving the existing ones! As far as I can tell, customer support is chat only, but for the price I'm paying it would be unreasonable to expect 24/7 live support. I'm a big fan!

Truly a virtual card making game changer. I use this platform for sending virtual cards both personally and professionally. I use to use other platforms but this one is my favorite and its a keeper. You can also invite others to personally create a personalized note(that can include emoji, gifs or pictures) and sign the cards that you create making it a much better card for the receiver. Thanks for creating this awesome space for virtual card creating.

I received my pillow on a day that we had downpours. Because the pillow was not packaged in plastic, the pillow was soaked and had brown stains on them. I received a replacement pillow, (the same way so thankfully it wasn’t raining again),but the pillow was so soft and comfortable! I would recommend the pillow for comfort but they need to work on their packaging. They were very accommodating to my needs however and apologized for the delivery.

I first got told that someone will arrive 12 and will receive a phone call once they’re on their way - it’s now 11:55, nothing. Then I called and queued for 10 mins on the phone - said it’ll now be 2:00-2:30 and will keep me posted. It’s now 2:33, still nothing. I called again, said appointed me another engineer, he’ll be there before 3:30. It’s now 3:30 and I’m waiting this review.
