Used a delivery company that delivered my order to a completely wrong house, with a photo provided by them as"proof" of delivery. Despite losing an order of over €150, probiotics.ie did not even return emails, in one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced online. Be very wary with this company. Edit: amended from 1 star to 3 star as they eventually reached out after seeing my trustpilot review and tried to fix things. Ultimately I had already found my parcel by driving around looking for houses that matched the delivery picture in my own spare time. The product and intention behind the business is good but the delivery service used is poor, and email spam filters prevent them receiving important customer emails. How to get support is not well flagged in order emails. Hopefully, the feedback allows for useful improvement and it's not intended to damage the business, just to give feedback on one personal experience. Ultimately a delivery company represents your business if delivery is the key part of the customer experience.

I started using Apify while exploring ways to build automation and scraping tools, and honestly I didn’t expect it to be this beginner-friendly. I’m still a college student, but I was able to understand how Actors work, deploy projects, and even learn about monetizing them. What stood out to me most was how much infrastructure Apify already handles for you. Instead of worrying about servers and deployments, I could focus on actually building things. Their docs are good, the platform feels polished, and support was helpful when I got stuck. I’ve mainly used it for web scraping and lead-generation related projects, and it genuinely feels like a platform where indie developers can build useful tools and potentially earn from them. There’s definitely a learning curve in the beginning, but once things click, it becomes really powerful.

Zoomer (Nozomi), was absolutely wonderful. I really felt both seen and heard with a result that I am so happy with. For context I dont get my hair cut often and for the past 10 years I have never stayed with hair dresser. This has genuinely been the best experience I can remember. Zoomer talked me through how to style my hair giving me added confidence too. Its the first time I have had my hair cut at Vivo Avonhead and I am excited to be coming back. As an added bonus, as I was leaving the mall, another patron of the salon stopped me to compliment my hair. She was a first timer at the salon too, and with a different hair dresser and was equally happy with her result too.

I returned a 21KG faulty item and paid £20.70 for shipping. AliExpress approved my evidence but keeps forcing a restricted $27.75 COUPON on me instead of a cash refund (AliExpress Balance). I have rejected this coupon 5 times. Their "Senior Team" is just spamming me with automated bot emails (latest at 06:31 AM today) and ignoring my Supervisor Escalation. I have 5 specific questions about the coupon restrictions that they refuse to answer. This is a violation of consumer rights. If this is not resolved manually within 24 hours under Case 2053807917566229, I will initiate a Chargeback (Dispute) through my bank and report this to Citizens Advice (UK).

I am neurodivergent and order the wrong size screen got cms and inches mixed up at first they accepted my mistake and was happy for me to return for a full refund. I have tried over the last six weeks to return the parcel which is too big to go in my car. I tried to use their preferred courier EVRI who did not collect on four occasions, I contacted them direct and they arranged for another courier company to collect and we’re going to charge £9.99 which I was happy to pay and the courier didn’t collect on the agreed day😡 I will never buy from this company again and willing place the pulldown project screen on eBay for free just to get rid of it.

LOVE these puzzles and the behind them. We've ordered from Wentworth for years and shipping to Canada is fuss free! I always receive tracking from the company so I can see where my parcel is, which is great as the puzzles come from England. The packaging is beautiful and there is no needless inserts like pictures, the picture on the box is perfect for me, and sometimes I don't even use that! The last time I ordered I had a slight issues with a puzzle and the customer service team fixed so quickly. Thank you Wentworth!

I absolutely LOVE hey harper jewelry. The quality is amazing I basically live in it and only two of my pieces have slightly begun to tarnish after never taking them off for months lol. I contacted customer support about it and they’re sending me replacements because of their color warranty. Amazing customer service they’ve been so kind and quick with responses and sending me the replacements fully free of charge. I would 1000% recommend this brand trust me you won’t regret it!

Argos is usually a reliable go-to. I’ve shopped with them for years. In-store is fast, clean, well organised, and the music isn’t bad either. Their website is user-friendly with easy click & collect and delivery options. The big downside is their reliance on Yodel for deliveries. Time and time again they fail to hit next-day promises, leaving you with endless delays and frustration. Definitely go for in-store pickup if you can.

Shipment was bad. Before used UPS for shipping now use Amazon Shipping and I never get my items . Tracking number said Delivered but I never got the package. Also no pictures was show after delivered. P.S. I placed this order because I want to buy them as birthday gift for my wife. But never got them. I known I will have a full refund but I don't have Birthday Gift for my wife on her Bday. That's the reason I was upset okay.

Terrible price unclear about the price charges extra for the download fee doesn’t stay logged so you can’t cancel subscription ($50 usd a week) And a $1 usd download fee on top of each pdf you download. Inserting an image to a file and downloading it again does not match the file shown in pdf guru to your files and is off Faulty overpriced product that won’t compensate for any of it Better off using google docs

I was offered free meal from Leipzig to Istanbul. Also I did not buy the seats but they gently offered to seat with my family as we purchased separately the tickets and were not able to select seats while checking in online. Overall great experience if you don’t overpay of course. My ticket price was fair but often the prices are somewhat more expensive than competitors.

Aria greeted us warmly upon arrival at this excellently situated property. The accommodations were spotless and thoughtfully designed for functionality. One minor note: while this is a designated non-smoking hotel, we noticed a faint residual smoke scent, likely from prior occupants. Despite this small detail, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
