I thought I was purchasing high-end merchandise on the web site which looks legit, I read the comments & reviews from other customers which are all positive (but I think that’s all a scam as well), and the name of the store makes us believe that it’s in Toronto. Well, they’re in China, so good luck on getting a refund if you ever decide to dispute or return the items. They will make you pay the return shipping costs. I read their return policy which stated that if we're not satisfied with the clothes or if the items are defective or wrong, we get a refund and won't even have to pay the return shipping costs. But that’s so far from the truth. The clothes & shoes I received looked like they came from a flee or street market. There are no labels on the clothes, the shoes were damaged, the sizes & colors were all wrong, but worst of all, it’s the fabric from which they are made. One of the items was supposed to be a cotton blend, but it's 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The other item was supposed to be 100% cotton, yet again, it's 95% polyester and 5% spandex. It's deceptive marketing. The items do not match the descriptions or images on their web site. The prices are way too high for the poor quality of the merchandise. Their web site is misleading and does not accurately represent the products or the company's location. It's a scam, you should stay away!

I am pleased with the product which arrived neatly packaged coupled with a good delivery. I was extremely disappointed with Customer Service / Sales - showing a lack of care, consideration, courtesy and in my view, unprofessional behaviour which misrepresents the company. Staff training and ongoing supervision is required - the phone is answered on every occasion with 'hello, yes' rather than introducing the company at the start. I am sympathetic to be told that IT systems had failed earlier in the week which created a backlog ( having not been notified ). Due to waiting a considerable time for the order, I phoned three times as instructed by the call handling team, from mid day at spaced intervals during the course of the afternoon to work with the representative to politely enquire about joining the orders together in one box to allow delivery to arrive in time for a pre booked photo shoot. During the third call to be told in a casual voice without any apology ' it's now too late ' followed by ' do you want me to cancel the whole order ' in my view showed an ambivalent attitude and is an extremely disrespectful and arrogant way to treat others. Surely every business seeks to generate good rapport with returning Customers to generate a healthy cash flow ? Based on this experience I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Extremely disappointing experience with Virgin Media’s customer retention team. At the end of my contract, I was offered a new rate of €41.50 per month — an increase of €8.50 from what I was previously paying. When I highlighted that Vodafone is currently offering a better deal (same 1GB package at €35 for 6 months, then €40), I still made it clear that I was willing to stay with Virgin Media to avoid the inconvenience of switching providers. All I requested was a very reasonable €40 goodwill credit as a gesture to retain a loyal customer. Instead, your agents repeatedly insisted the price was “fixed” and made zero effort to engage, retain, or even properly consider the request. There was no flexibility, no understanding, and frankly, no real customer service shown. It’s frustrating that a company would rather lose a paying, loyal customer over such a small and easily resolvable request. Customer retention clearly isn’t a priority here. I would appreciate a response from Virgin Media explaining: Why no goodwill gesture could be offered What measures are in place to retain existing customers At this point, I’ve decided to move provider — something that could have been avoided with minimal effort.

SCAM company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They use google to put themselves above the actual hotel you are looking for, And dont tell you when you call they are not the hotel. We booked through them by accident thinking we were calling the hotel. Rooms were already overpriced and I had Over 200$ in hidden fees disguised as tax. Spent a hour on the phone, having to call multiple numbers, trying to get a breakdown becuase they chaged me 40% tax, and told nothing they can do. I will be reporting as fraud. The other issue is they can't guarantee anything you booked because they aren't the hotel. We Requested a Accessible room on the first floor for mobility issues, no problem they said and Booked us on the third floor. They are a booking agency that can't guarantee your booking or get it cheaper than the actual hotel.

I recently completed my SSSTS training course with CTS and had a really positive experience throughout. My tutor, David Howie, was brilliant from start to finish. I have dyslexia, and he was incredibly supportive during the course, making sure I understood the material and felt comfortable asking questions. He made the training enjoyable and engaging by teaching through real life experience and stories, which helped the information stick much better for me. The other CTS staff observing and supporting throughout the course were also very friendly and helpful, creating a great learning environment overall. I learned a lot during the training and I’m happy to say I passed the course. I’d definitely recommend CTS to anyone looking to complete their SSSTS training.

I purchased 4 pulse rotator jets for my pool. We opened the package to examine the part to see if it would work and we determined the job was bigger than what we could do. I immediately called customer service. They sent me an email with questions and I needed to take pictures of the jets. I had the original shipping box and the parts were in their original packages. They were not used - the plastic bag was open. If their return policy is so stringent they should notify the customer upon purchasing. A person can buy, try on and return a bathing suit as long as the sticker is in the bathing suit bottom. I would never buy from this company again.

Not too overwhelmed so far. They discovered an undisclosed claim on my history. it happened 4.5 years ago but my previous insurer let it go due to lack of detail and I had proof of zero claims. To be fair to O C, it's not their fault that the industry is dishonest (how can I have a non fault claim go on my record and me not know about it? My insurer at the time weren't aware of it when it came to renewal!) So I have given 3 stars because they were as helpful as they could be, they told me who my insurer was, the date of the claim. Even the reference number.

Our first table we ordered had a defect. I contacted customer services and spoke to a lady called Erica, she was fabulous. From start to finish all contact was made through Erica, she got the problem solved promptly and was even kind enough to give us a gift voucher for our in convenience as-well as sorting out a replacement table. Our new table has now been delivered less than a week after raising the issue and we love it. Thank you for your prompt and wonderful customer service Erica.

Make sure you like what you’re getting. Got the 6mm Cuban and it was a little thinner than I had expected it to be, filed to return and that was smooth but they’ve already received my item back and I’m still here a week later waiting for a refund and could be waiting for another week. Returned items were unworn in bag with all original stuff it came with. Pretty wild to take 5-10 days AFTER receiving the item already.

I’ve ordered 25 bottles of different fragrances from them over the past 12 months and every single one has arrived quickly, as described, and with no issues. A pathetic ever service. Should be banned and discontinued by authorities. Liars and totally not reliable. Riders lie and never deliver orders. I after 2 months and replacing my order 4th time did not receive it. Rider contacted but did not come and instead gave a feed back with remarks that customer did not picked up call.
