..worst car rental company ever.. listen to me and don’t rent from them.. they are zero help in terms of customer service.. not only that but they also ignore you… …they deal with fraudulent car rentals and when I called them they said “ sorry we can’t help you as we are only the broker and we don’t know the car rental company.” I made a mistake and rented through them twice and it was really bad. Avoid them at any cost Their reply is as a lie as their commitment to service they claim to have. They hung up on me and they ignored my emails. Don’t trust them. Believe me. They are crooks and don’t care about the client . They support the rental company over the client to keep their commission. I never left a negative review before but this one I am committed to after being stranded in a foreign country without a car and they didn’t care. My booking was fine, my credit card was fine but because I chose not to buy the extra coverage on the car ( which is covered by my credit card) they cancelled my booking right there and then. They are fraudulent and thieves.

Before you consider spending a large sum on a pair of Trickers (superb) footwear you might want to be aware of their (farcical) lack of aftercare towards their customers. To attempt to rectify a faulty pair of (new) footwear (which has been accepted for replacement) I have now attempted the following (unanswered) communication 14 emails 3 emails from a different account 4 messenger messages 17 facebook messages 3 phone calls (messages; unsurprisingly no one answering) It beggars belief that such a prestigious company would have such a crass disregard for loyal customers. Be very wary of purchasing

The customer service of this company is very pathetic I mistakenly ordered there e ink smart notebook and there is no option for cancelling the order I send them 2 mails before the order confirmation on the same day regarding this but they didn't respond on that then I get a call yesterday from them regarding this issue and the person is talking so rudely. That's how these people help there customers regarding any issue My only advice is don't order from them they because if you get any problem from there side they will not help you, they don't know how to talk there customers

Unhelpful. We tried to top up, which had issues so we were forward to an assistant. And then she told us she couldnt sort it from her end, its often not the support fault, at this point i was ok with it all and happy with the service despite it being useless. But instead of asking if there is anything else she hung up on me mid sentence! I needed more help with the issue, I had more questions... So I'll be moving my Mum to Giffgaff or O2. Unfortunately didnt get a name for this call centre worker.

Just follow the rules and FFF will deliver. I'm very happy with the service, support, rules and how things are handled in a timely manner. There is always room to improve! By looking at how the account front-end is being updated frequently and stating clearly the payout rules, they are doing just that! I really hope FFF continues in this direction, stays true to the current culture structure and only change for the best of both worlds (company and their traders)! FFFive stars!

Don't buy the photo towel! It is not a towel! • The material is really strange. It is not towelling material. It won't dry anything! • I'm unable to use it as a throw or a play blanket because of the way they printed my Grandson's photo on the 'towel' looks ridiculous. It would be funny if it wasn't so expensive. • The stitching on the edge of the material is really poor and messy. I paid £24.69 including delivery. After several emails, they refunded me £15. Not good enough!

well where do I start? bought the 2018 Ford escape, after 90k miles the motor blew (design flaw by YOU GUYS.) all the lower liter models have been recalled but not my 2.0. what's the wait about? I spent 12k replacing it. then the trans went. another 3k. I spent a total of 30k on it and it's worth zip. I wish you would stand behind YOUR products. what's the wait on my recall? pay me back for YOUR DESIGN FLAW. seriously I'll NEVER EVER buy Ford ever again. hunk of junk.
