Very poor experience with Revolut Business support. I needed to update my personal and business operating address because I had moved home, and my home address is also my business operating address. I provided a council tax bill as proof of address, but the process became unnecessarily confusing and frustrating. I was initially told the document could not be accepted because the address did not match what Revolut held on file, which was exactly the issue I was trying to resolve. I was later told the business address had been set as “office” rather than “home”, which had not been made clear in the original instructions. After changing that, I was told the document had been forwarded to the relevant team for processing. I then had to contact support again and was told my personal address also needed to be updated. I was asked for a selfie and ID, then later told the selfie needed to include handwritten details and further documents. These requirements were not explained properly at the outset. The chat was passed between multiple agents, I had to repeat the same information several times, and I was asked to re-upload documents I had already provided. After all of that, the council tax bill was rejected again because it was apparently cropped and did not show an issue date, which should have been clearly explained much earlier. I fully understand that security checks are needed, but the communication was poor, the requirements kept changing, and the whole process felt disjointed and unnecessarily stressful. For a business banking provider, this level of support is really disappointing and has seriously affected my confidence in Revolut Business.

Firstly may I add that the Rooms, shower, bed Are exemplary. The service couldn’t have been any better. Wonderful staff, who really make the stay complete. Unfortunately the food is wholly terrible. Everything’s macerated in liquid There’s 5 different curries on at any given time, Grilled liver, turkey, braised ox tongue, Bland pasta, barely any fish offerings. This is not 5 stars, genuinely like a cross between a dreadful school lunch, and a the bottom of a bin.I know we’re living in tough times, I really didn’t want to give a low score on the food, but surely the rest of the hotel shouldn’t be expected to prop up this awful offering. There’s enough chefs walking around preening themselves in spotless white jackets, maybe they need to pay more attention to the fundamental lack of cooking skills in the kitchens. Regardless of whatever the cost was for a 5 day break, if you say your 5 star, that means 5 stars in its entirety. I’ll admit I’m not particularly child friendly Please avoid, if this is you. Also, you cannot avoid the smokers. The inconsiderate SOB’s are everywhere. It’s rather disgusting. The fragrant smell of cigarette smoke is hard to escape, breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Lastly if your an art lover, you’ll appreciate The wonderful twattoos, proudly displayed by Englands finest. You have been warned. X

Avoid. My entire experience with RingConn has been awful. I tried buying this ring twice. First through the official RingConn Amazon store, the order was lost. Then I ordered through RingConn Germany (their official supplier and distributor in Europe) and the product was never even shipped. Delivery delays were not disclosed, my refund request was ignored, and support stopped replying. After weeks of chasing emails and being passed between distributor and brand, I was forced to initiate a chargeback. Most concerning: more than a month later, I am still waiting for my refund. What is unacceptable is not just the delay, but the complete lack of transparency, accountability and customer care. For a premium health-tech product, the post-purchase experience has been shockingly poor. I wanted to love this brand. Instead, after two failed purchases and still waiting for my money back, I’m warning others to be very careful.

Great customer service by the agent and the manager. I have ordered mens boxer and delivered womens wear. I have reported the issue on 24th but due to amazon error or something its didn't processed. Tried calling the customer care due to the app error I couldn't do anything. At last today I got a chance to get through the customer care, they are informing me its non returnable item. I don't want to return any item I just asking to deliver my order not something else. The manager werr very rude and not allowing me to report the issue. Only telling its non returnable item. Paying above 2000 ruppes in my boxer and delivered something else by amazon and expecting to use woman's inner. Have some basic courtesy to deliver what I ordered. Order to one product and getting delivered something else and its mistake of the customer. Very good thought process....

I've used booking.com for several years and have had two issues . The first was a hotel in Sevilla that charge me right after I booked even though the payment was for when we arrived at the hotel. It took me several calls but at that time there was an actual human being that I could speak to and the issue was resolved. Now I have an unauthorized charge for a hotel in a country that we didn't even go to and they can easily see that I have reservations in a totally different country and we used the hotels so can't be in two different countries at the same time. Needless to say it's been numerous months that I've been emailing back and forth and provided documents on the unauthorized charge and because it's all ai you can't get a resolution. I've even emailed the CEO and no response. I will not give up !

I had a really positive experience with Emerald Doors. The quality of the doors was excellent and exactly as described on the website. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Customer service was also very helpful throughout the process. They were quick to respond to my questions and kept me updated with my order. It’s clear they care about both their products and their customers. I’d definitely recommend Emerald Doors to anyone looking for high-quality internal or fire doors at a good price. Very pleased with the overall service.

I had got payments from Goldenclix before & again I was about to withdraw my payment today. Suddenly, I found out that my balance worth $1.74 or more have been gone overnight. The site is also behaving weirdly. There is no way out by which you can write about your problems. The forum section is totally nil there. I have been in this site since 2022 and I have never faced this kind of problem but now the situation is totally different from before. I am sad about my lost balance. My balance has been stolen. Total scam site. Pathetic behaviour by admin. Avoid this site.

I currently attended all 3 phlebotomy courses over the past weekend (Introduction to Phlebotomy, Advanced Phlebotomy & the Live Blood Draw Session), where both Mark and Martin ran amazing sessions on showcasing the above courses. They both made our sessions fun, interactive and engaging! All three courses were absolutely worth their weight in gold for the career path that I have now chosen in healthcare. I would highly recommend :) - Also, the live blood draw was super insightful putting theory into practice!

I bought a MacBook Pro from Back Market and saved over £1000. I purchased it as ‘good’ condition and it arrived in what I would describe as excellent condition and practically new, working perfectly. I highly recommend Back Market if you’re looking for a refurbished, good-condition laptop at a great price. It definitely deserves 5 stars and the website/app is fantastic to use.

The company shipped my item, I tracked it. It got within 40 miles of my location, then got shipped back across the country, then overseas. I still have not got my item. God only knows if I ever will. And the company does not care. 2 separate tickets filed and both times they said it wasn't their problem.
