This was our first experience of Newmarket a week on the Cote D’zure staying in Hotel Piccolo Bordighera. Trips to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco/Monte Carlo, Sanremo, St Paul de Vence and Genoa - Newmarkets Tour manager Ellie Cipollina was on hand at any time for every requirement or if additional information or help was needed. She supplied maps and info plus tips to ensure a successful day was enjoyed, she had a pleasant calm humorous nature. Piccolo is a small family hotel, clean, beautifully decorated plus very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff many I believe were family members. We booked 2 extra trips plus the 3 inclusive ones all were perfect. The two additional guides on the coach were brilliant one niggle they need to use headsets for each person not just one small speaker as with back ground noises etc you often could not hear commentary. Food was of a good standard well presented and ordered in advance each night - it was shame a number of guests forgot what they had ordered which caused much amusement to the group and in between things the staff who sorted the confusion out with a 😀 Buffet breakfast was plentiful and if weather was warmer there was a lovely outside dining area, our weather was not suited to do this un fortunately. Bordighera is a beautiful town the sea front/esplanade ideal for short and long strolls plus a massive weekly market. In summary it was a brilliant week superb itinerary thank you Newmarket a never to be forgotten week. One final request please offer regional airport options as using BA via Terminal5 at Heathrow added several hundred pounds to our trip.

After my Dad passed away we were devastated and the greif absolutely consumed us. My Dad did not leave a will so we used right probate to complete the probate during a time we physically couldn't. We put our trust in this company and they did nothing but lie, send private documents to wrong addresses, offer a service they could not provide, delay the whole process and the communication was beyond poor. During a time we should have been greiving they stole that from us with their beyond poor customer service. I requested a reduction in fees due to the inadequate service we received. They offered a measly £250 for 22 months of turmoil which they have upheld as "reasonable". Just beyond disgusting! I will be taking this further and going to a small claims. This isn't about money its about treating customers who are greiving fairly and not taking advantage. I will be donating anything received to St. Peter's Hospice which is a company that cared deeply and supported my Dad with dignity and respect. Something Right Probate could learn from. Avoid at all cost!

We spent 16 days exploring six cities in Greece and it was honestly the trip of a lifetime! We never had to worry about anything; Firebird took care of it all! They communicated throughout the whole trip, made sure we found our drivers at all the airports/ports, assisted with rescheduling our arrival transfer due to delayed flights, rescheduled a tour in the first city to ensure we got to make the most of our time there and were professional throughout the whole trip! The hotels were all top notch! The guides were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. You could obviously tell they cared about the information they were sharing with you and were proud of their culture! In one city, my husband got a chest cold, and our guide helped me locate a pharmacy and translated to the pharmacist to ensure I got the right meds for him. Everything about this trip was five-star!

Ordered the bed on the 4th and did the free delivery as i was having the carpet laid so was in no rush, Had 2 calls off the delivery company one last week to say delivery today and one yesterday to comfirm times, all good so far... Husband has knocked work back today for this delivery which was 10-2 i called to check at 13.55 the times to be told they didnt pick it up!!!! Gave me a number to call for beds.co.uk. Called to be told it didnt pass quality so wasnt loaded ...so your telling me uve not got a few of these made to reload another???? Not one call or email to tell me till i made the call. Now weve no bed for my son as the rooms been cleared and wednesday is the next available day!! Offered 5% refund but my husbands lost 300 plus in wages today to wait for delivery. Fuming is a understatement. Lets see if it comes wednesdsy and actually what i ordered!

My son has had an excellent experience with this tutoring service. Celestine and Mohamed came to me today (16/05/26) with their team, including Tanbir and Umar, to carry out a pre-installation check and connection setup. Thanks to their hard work, perseverance, and professionalism, they managed to get me connected today. I’m very grateful to all of them for the fantastic experience and excellent customer service they provided with Hyperoptic. They were friendly, dedicated, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed successfully. Highly recommended!

These Yum Mega Multivits Senior Dog soft chews made such a difference to my elderly dog's wellbeing and attitude to life, especially after a big operation at the start of this year. For 2 months now they have been out of stock and her decline is noticeable. Are they likely to be available again or do I need to look for something else before her time runs out ?

Received very good service. My soda stream machine gave up so I bought a new one not realizing it was the pink cylinders and not the blue ones I was using. After advice given, we took the cylinders to Canadian Tire and they just swapped blue for pink. Sodastream was very helpful though, kept in touch with me throughout. Very happy with them.

Absolutely love my jacket! A great timeless piece that I will be wearing for many years to come. The customer service team were also super helpful and responsive. I unfortunately misplaced the cuffs that came with my jacket after already owning it for over a year, and L.Cuppini were great in helping me arrange a replacement pair.

So unhelpful when you phone them up. Had enough now so will be closing my account in the next few months. As for the online account - simply awful. Hardly ever works and the request for support is incredibly slow. Wouldnt recommend to anyone - especially when there is so much other options out there at the moment.
