My experience with Vestiaire Collective has been mixed. I've bought smaller luxury items such as sunglasses, wallets, and hats. Some arrived exactly as described, while others didn't. Whenever I contacted customer service, the response was usually that I could simply relist the item. Since these purchases were relatively inexpensive, I decided to keep them rather than lose time over items worth around €100. However, my experience with expensive bags has been much more disappointing. The first bag cost over €3,200. When I received it, the leather was bleeding badly—the color rubbed off onto my clothes. I reported the issue& returned it to Vestiaire Collective for investigation, and after about two weeks they sent it back, saying they couldn't find anything wrong with it and that I could relist it if I wasn't happy. I didn't feel comfortable selling a bag with such a significant issue to someone else, especially when it wasn't mentioned in the listing. It later became obvious that the bag had been repainted, but not professionally. Even now, more than six months later, the problem remains. and it's especially frustrating during the summer when the heat makes the problem even worse. The second bag also had issues. Overall, I was happy with its condition, but before buying I specifically asked the seller whether it had any odor, and she confirmed that it was odor-free. When the bag arrived, I noticed the interior lining had been covered with a white powder, seemingly to hide the stains shown in the listing. The powder transferred onto my laptop when I put it inside the bag. After washing the lining, the original stains became visible again, which honestly didn't bother me because they matched the listing photos. What did bother me was the strong vintage musty smell that the seller had denied. I've tried every trick I could find to remove the odor, but nothing has worked so far, so I'm just hoping it fades over time. I didn't report the issue though as I knew what the answer would be. Based on my experience, I would still consider buying smaller luxury accessories through Vestiaire Collective when I don't find them somewhere else, but I wouldn't purchase another high-value handbag. Their authentication process doesn't seem to catch all issues or verify that an item fully matches its description. If a seller omits an important defect, it doesn't appear to be addressed during authentication. In my experience, when problems are reported after delivery, the resolution process has been disappointing.

Fantastic concept…let down by Poor Quality. I have spent in excess of £450 on these shower heads, I have watched all of the videos and here is the ongoing and consistent scenario I experience: *In total I have purchased at least 4 Hello Klean shower heads and around 8 spare filters since the system was launched. *When I come to change the filter the unit never fits back together properly meaning the water leaks out making the shower head unusable. *When I try using the tool to remove the back again and re-attach it in the hope it fits better with no water leaking out; the dome part that latches onto the tool simply snaps off and breaks. This means the only option is to buy a new shower head while the new filter just fitted is thrown away. This has happened 4 times with every Hello Klean shower head I have purchased, I have now given up with hello klean I am purchasing another system in the hope their components are manufactured to a better standard and therefore enable the filter replacement procedure to be carried out successfully. Thank you for your response and for investigating the validity of my review. As part of your investigation you insist I supply a ‘reference number’, if I fail to do so, you state you will claim my review is not genuine. This is a super way to get Trustpilot to remove a perfectly valid review! I have no reference number, I am a customer who has purchased a considerable number of your products and found them to be of poor quality. I have written two honest reviews of your products based on my factual experiences. I last purchased your shower heads in November 2025 along with spare filters, I have not retained my order number/s however. The replacement filter process your shower heads employ is poor and I would not recommend people purchase due to this, I will stand by my comments as they are 100% factual.
