I had a very negative experience with InterServer during a critical incident on my server. The server was hit by a DDoS attack and shortly after that, what appears to be a “null route” was applied, completely blocking all inbound and outbound traffic. This took all services offline with no direct mitigation options available on my side. The biggest issue was the support. I opened a ticket immediately, but I waited hours without any response. In an environment where downtime is critical, this already causes serious operational impact. I also tried contacting support by phone and was initially answered by an operator with an Indian accent who stated the issue would be transferred to the appropriate department. After that, several more hours passed with no resolution or follow-up. On subsequent attempts, the phone line was stuck in an endless queue with no actual assistance. Tickets also remained unanswered. Another major concern was the complete lack of proactive communication. There was no email explaining the block, the reason behind it, or any guidance on how to proceed. Additionally, the advertised 24/7 support did not match the actual experience, at least in this critical situation where urgent assistance was required. Regarding DDoS protection, the experience was also disappointing, as even after manually mitigating part of the attack by blocking IPs via script, the server was still placed into a restricted state without any coordination or communication with the customer. For services that require high availability and fast incident response, this does not feel like a reliable infrastructure provider.

Be very careful in dealing with this company!! They may try to buy your property for pennies on the dollar of it's real value as they did with me!! I just received a letter offering me $6000 for a property I purchased recently for $190,0000! That's crazy!! I'm wondering if they're ignorant of my property's real value or they're just hoping I am? In both scenarios it sends me a BIG message to stay far away from them! They even had the audacity to send a binding contract hoping, I assume, I would sign? I do question the legitimacy of a number of their 5 star reviews and wonder if they're fake as a number are written on the same calendar dates? I also question whether their main goal is to buy property from those who may not know the real value of their property? As someone with a background in real-estate acquisitions my free advise is to NEVER SIGN anything with anyone until you are fully informed of the real value of the property you own by someone, who's not connected to a letter writing scheme, until, you've consulted with a few licensed realtors in your area and are fully informed of your property's real value! To those who receive letters, don't be fooled by the "family owned business" sales pitch, it means nothing other than a cute sales pitch to get you to sell your property, for potentially (as tried with me) a fraction of it's real value.

Zero rating for this company. They dont understand the necessity. If you dont understand the severity of delayed delivery of medicines or cancelling it after prolonged delays, then stop doing this business and stop fooling people. I have ordered medicine for my mother who is staying in other state, on 3rd May 2026, expected date of delivery shown during 7-9 May. Post confirmation of order, they changed the expected date of delivery to 11 May. After some days, again changed the date of delivery to between 15-17 May. This morning (16-May-26) I got message that your order is canceled and amount is refunded. My mother is without medicine since last 4 days due to indefinite delays of delivery. Now what options are left for me? Tata 1mg its 2nd time you did with me. Last time also the delivery was delayed for many days. I will never go with any single service from Tata 1 mg, zero trust on this company.

I contacted Telstra at Rhodes with an Internet problem and a young lady answered the phone immediately, whereas elsewhere was a long waiting list. I was told to come into the store at Rhodes and they would be able to help me. I arrived and the young lady called Dilshad was incredible. She was so lovely and friendly and so helpful and she is the reason I’m giving a 5 star rating along with the young lady who answered the phone. Dilshad was outstanding in her lovely manner, showing care and explaining what happened. I was offered help straight away. Dilshad also wrote “Happy Mother’s Day” on a notepad with her name on it, as I said I’d give her a 5 star review. Thankyou Dilshad. I hope that you will be able to help me again if I have any further issues with Telstra. I hope she reads this. Kind regards, Maureen Hanley. .

the fitting of my engineered wood flooring is diabolical, they only screeded half of it first, the floor is not level and is already coming apart at the ends of planks and lengthways at the back door only been down 16 days, the methyr tydful branch wont address the problems or send the good fitter i was promised by the salesman Dan, the fitters contractors were unprofessional, i got shouted at and felt intimidated being a disabled wheelchair user, they were also sly getting me to sign their satisfaction sheet and pay them before i had chance to scrutinise it as they had put my wheelchair outside, they dont even deserve one star the manager has gaslit me everytime i ring up horrid company i will never use them again

About a month ago, I signed up for Creative Fabrica to simply take a look at the website. At the time, however, I was not aware that I would be charged for the website. I did not subscribe to any plans myself. I only found out about the charge today when money was deducted from my account. I have already contacted the company’s support department to request a refund and the cancellation of my subscription. I hope that they resolve this for me soon and give me my money back. I would also suggest that you make the terms of the subscriptions clearer for the users of the website.

My family sent me flowers and although they looked okay in the wrapping the flowers were wilted or broken. The flowers are dispatched with the stems pushed into a block of damp oasis but it is not enough to sustain the flowers during delivery. I emailed the company twice with photos and spent 30 minutes and five phone calls to try and get a replacement delivery. They finally agreed ed and sent new flowers. They also arrived in bad condition. Do not waste your money sending flowers with this company. I would post photos but can't see where to do this.

I ordered a suit, then called to confirm it would make it in 1 week, and was assured it would be here. Then I received the tracking info 2 days later and called to try and expedite, I was told no problem, we will take care of it. The next day tracking updated and it was not expedited and was going to show up a day late, so I called again to get a manager basicly got the run arount the I was promised they would overnight a suit... NOTHING HAPPENED! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The service at the shop is good, however please improve on your online and delivery services. I had to chase up so many times for my packages I ordered online as only few arrived and after being told by Zara and ed that they re-ordered and it still did not arrive which led me to cancel the remaining orders and ask for a refund. The customer service is quite sloppy and online delivery services need improvement

Same story as everyone else. Accidentally bought an add-on I had no interest in. Tried to cancel on the patient portal within 10 minutes of purchase. You cannot cancel on the portal. The "person" who had been very responsive by text suddenly went silent. Now I'm waiting to get charged $209 for something I do not want.

I'm horrible at taking test but got a 99 out of 100 because I think the information was very clear and also much like research I've done on my own before taking this test. I think it's great to give this opportunity in these trying times with the opportunity to freather yourself with this program when you're able.

When I saw that the bag I'd bought from Australia was being shipped from China I did an image search. Could have got the same bag for $20 less from Temu or Aliexpress. At least then I would have known I was probably buying rubbish instead of being tricked into thinking they sell quality goods.
