Please assist me urgently

Please assist me urgently. I am from South Africa. I logged into help find my stolen phone and it said it would cost R15 and I got the notification of the money coming off but a day later I just received a notification that 750 Rand was taken off my account?? What is that amount?? I need a refund urgently please contact me about this I did not authorize that amount to be deducted from my account.
