DO NOT. And I repeat, DO NOT give Opinly your payment information. I signed up for their Personal plan believing I was agreeing to a $53/year subscription. Later, my account suddenly showed $118 outstanding across two invoices. Before those payments were processed, I emailed Opinly support to dispute the billing and explain that I had not agreed to pay $59 per month. They did not respond. Then Opinly charged my card $59 TWICE anyway. I immediately cancelled my subscription and tried to use the “Request refund” feature in their own billing dashboard. Their refund page told me I could leave a review and select the payments I wanted refunded—but the actual refund form did not work. There was no payment selection, rating or functioning submission process. I then contacted Opinly's support agent through their website. The agent explicitly confirmed that the refund form was malfunctioning on my account and that the required fields were not rendering. It also confirmed that it could neither process the refunds nor escalate the billing issue and that the same support email address that had already failed to respond was the only contact method it could provide. So, to summarize my experience: - I disputed the billing before the charges were processed. - Opinly did not respond to my email. - They subsequently charged my card $59 twice. - I tried to use their official refund system. - Their own support agent confirmed that the refund system was malfunctioning. - Their agent could not process or escalate the refund. - I have now had to contact my credit-card company to dispute the charges. I have screenshots and billing records documenting all of this. This has been an unacceptable billing and customer-service experience. Whatever value the software may provide is completely overshadowed for me by how this situation has been handled. Until Opinly refunds both charges and seriously improves its billing and customer-support processes, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

On one fateful morning, disaster struck as permiantrade suddenly and without warning halted operations within the confines of their website - leaving me frantically searching through scattered files on a dead server (although not quite that dire because I also have copies elsewhere). Like everything else these days, code has become ridiculously unreliable in every way possible. On top of this perpetual chaos, it seems like some institutions never learn from past mistakes: I've come across numerous delays over the years regarding updates to 737 MAX software which makes you wonder about their capabilities at handling matters on a grand scale. Furthermore, following an experience with permiantrade that has left me feeling completely gutted because support either refuses assistance or they do nothing in response to your pleas for help and understanding, I realized it was too late: the whole time money transferred directly into such platforms vanished without trace as if these digital systems don't believe one can ever possibly trust them truly. After finding solace only through posting about permiantrade's treachery on a random online community did someone suggest DIPLORISK LTD., which ended up working in conjunction with what had previously given no returns whatsoever but also, I must admit that it isn't really too difficult to see how shady operations are run or handled at their deepest core once all information has been gathered through the simple process of checking some essential dashboard aspects; anyway since then I am utterly tired and annoyed by this digital mayhem still.
