I placed an order with KaTom for a kettle and some others items to begin a kettle corn business ASAP. When I placed the order, there was zero notification that the kettle was on backorder for a month until the order was placed and yet, our money was taken. I have emailed several times in attempt to cancel the order and to receive email confirmation that the order has been canceled and no one has answered. Have stolen our money for a product that apparently does not exist. I have already been discussing this issue with 3 different members of your team since May 9th. All of which are now unresponsive. I expect a refund for the kettle and I also attempted to return the rest of my order and was to be charge to return. I expect a refund on those items as well. We aren't made of money and life is becoming more and more expensive. These were supposed to be tools to help supplement the rising cost of living. Instead, out money has been stolen and held hostage. Please refund the money today. I will be disputing the charge with my card issuer and filing a complaint with the FTC.

Steer well clear!! Bought one of their Beckwood sheds after reading some good reviews. Chose a delivery date, booked the time off work, and lo and behold on the morning of the delivery I get tracking link. Half hour later a text saying they were no longer coming and would come the next day! It did arrive the next day, delivery guy helpful. However, the floor was damaged. So I couldn't erect the shed! Another wasted day off work. New floor arrived. Started building shed. The quality (if you can even call it that) is SHOCKING. The shiplap isn't cut to the same lengths so the panels don't sit tight. Got to the doors......missing parts. And that's where I'm still at. 2 weeks later! Still no parts and still a half erected "shed" in the garden! I haven't decided what to do as yet as I've mentioned the poor quality but the hassle of sending it back is just a bit much!! Do NOT buy one of these. They will just ignore you when you get in touch.

I can't believe how unprofessional these people who work there are! I am suffering from depression for the first time i got medication which works for me. All was ok with me until this pharmacy gave me a different brand of the same medication but didn't realise it will have a different effect on me! I called GP they told me to call the pharmacy! The pharmacy told me they don't know what brand they use to give me i just couldn't believe what im hearing!l how is this possible they dont have this information on the system?? She said: you need to tell us what brand you like like its ordering a coffee!!! I feel so sick and bad. Its absolutely dreadful left me feeling like this! I have several allergies for some medication and i did report it, so how is it possible they don't have a clue what they were giving me which didn't have a bad effect on me so they can give me the same!

We stayed at the Lincolnshire Buck for a large party this weekend (28 of us) and the accommodation, service and location was exceptional. Having a pub to ourselves including a Guinness keg we ordered and a private riverside beer garden was a magical experience and none of the guests have stopped talking about it. Liz and the team at Big House Experience plus the house owners couldn’t have been more helpful from the point of booking through to the stay itself and the quality of the accommodation is the best I’ve ever seen - the rooms, appliances, bathrooms and comforts were all clearly purposefully chosen for maximum guest comfort and it really shows. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Big House Experience again. We just need to find an excuse to go back!

WHATNOT is full of **** waiting for a refund since 7th april, keep being told its been refunded it will be in your account in 3-5 days, waiting doesn't arrive, contact whatnot, they say there is a dispute with PayPal contacted them they have no idea about any issue and no refund has been issued, contact whatnot again oh sorry its been issued wait another 3-5days, contact again as STILL not received refund and they say oh there's a dispute with the bank now contact the bank and guess what?? no dispute at all WHATNOT ARE FULL OF CRAP. KEEPING £75 OF MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!

RETRACTION - I few weeks ago I gave Rover a bad review. This was because I misunderstood their invoice terminology. I thought they were charging me very high fees but I was wrong. Rover is a great asset. The odd thing is that when Rover replied to my original review they didn't explain why I was in error. Had they done so I would have replied positively right away. I gave a 1 star rating now so the people who saw my first review would now see the retraction.

It's 4:20 Somewhere is Awesome. I love the site. They have nice products. I love the piece i bought. It arrived quickly and wrapped up securely and safe. The item smokes like a dream. The Order was received very quickly and came with a cool sticker to boot. Very pleased with the company and customer service Thank you!

As an employer I can verify that the 1 star reviews are more along the lines of what you get with this company. I have been hiring for many years and decided to give them a shot. Wow $550 for 12 applicants with 0 of them qualified. Even the highly "qualified" candidates were not even close to what we are looking for.

This online store only launched about 1 year and 3 months ago, yet some reviews claim customers have been shopping there for around 2 years. That’s a strong sign of potential fake reviews. Also, several of their electronics are listed at more than 50% (over £100) below other budget retailers, so stay alert.

Jose did a wonderful job as our wedding photographer. He captured all the perfect moments and even curated a beautiful compilation video. He’s super accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with. We had our beautifully edited final photos within a week of our wedding. Thank you again Jose!
