Great shop, bad sending this time

I always order here and they are great, but this time the DHL person just ditched my package somewhere in my street, while I was at home whole day.
On top of that the Joycons I ordered were unpacked and done in the sending package, and the joycons original package was flattened and put in the sending package as well, that is not cool Allyourgames, please change that, thank you.

Bought EA FC24
