Avoid staying at the Home 2 Suites Grand Rapids Mi Northeast if you have lung issues, sensitivity to marijuana smoke, and concerns about your health and safety. The hotel is next to a marijuana dispensary. Although there are signs posted that the facility is 100 percent smoke free the staff does not enforce the policy. On the weekends the hotel has a thick smoke in the hallways of marijuana that enters the rooms through the vents. The staff at the hotel carry bottles of Febreze spray that are used in the hallways, on the carpets on every table, walls and given out to guests in the hotel. The marijuana smoke with the Febreze makes for a strong irritant to the lungs. In addition, I was told by a front desk attendant that the smoke alarms are disabled when the smoke is heavy. This hotel has a fire safety issue with disabled fire alarms. The management is not honest, lacks integrity to manage a hotel or deal with guests in a competent manner. If you question the manager about your concerns, he will make accusations that you are a fraud trying to get a free room for the night. The staff uses the dispensary and the legalization of marijuana in the state as an excuse for not securing a healthy, safe environment in the hotel for guests. Lastly, be aware that the key system goes down regularly which means you will have to be escorted to your room, you will be charged an occupancy tax and a destination marketing fee, and you might not be guaranteed your room booking fee and charged a higher amount.

Just completed our pre-completion inspection with HomeSnag and wanted to shout out to Matthew for an absolutely brilliant job. We were nervous about the inspection – first time buying new build – but Matthew put us at ease straight away. He was professional, thorough, and genuinely knowledgeable. He didn’t just tick boxes; he explained everything clearly so we actually understood what he was looking at and why it mattered. The inspection picked up a good mix of things: some external items (ventilation, fixings, ground levels), a few internal cosmetic bits (flooring, radiators, doors needing adjustments), and the usual teething issues you’d expect on a new property. Nothing major or structural, which was reassuring. Matthew’s findings give us confidence that the developer can sort everything before we complete. What impressed us most was Matthew’s approach. He was methodical, answered all our questions without making us feel daft, and gave us practical advice on what to monitor post-completion and when to consider a follow-up inspection. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting it right. If you’re buying a new build and haven’t booked a pre-completion inspection yet – honestly, do it. It’s money well spent. And if you go with HomeSnag, ask for Matthew if you can. He’s excellent. Huge thanks, Matthew. Really made a difference.

Absolutely terrible experience with Flight Network. I booked tickets for my entire family from Frankfurt to Jeddah. The flight was cancelled at the last moment. The airline confirmed that the refund was processed, but Flight Network created an email/account for the booking and refuses to give me access to it. Because of this, I cannot access or receive my own refund money. For more than 6 months they have been wasting my time, pushing me back and forth between the airline and their support team. The airline says the money was refunded, while Flight Network keeps avoiding responsibility and refuses to help properly. And today I received another email from Flight Network saying: “We are unable to assist with your cancellation request because we are unable to access your reservation anymore… Please contact Wizz Airlines.” This is unbelievable. After taking customers’ money, they simply close the conversation and tell customers to deal with the airline themselves. This feels like theft. They took my money and left my family struggling without any real support or solution. Customer service is extremely poor, communication is terrible, and nobody takes responsibility. I would strongly advise everyone: NEVER trust Flight Network. Be very careful before booking with them. In my experience, this company is a complete scam.

Low price for insurance, it all looks good with the defacto rating and reviews. Just be aware that if you actually need to deal with these people, it's a different story, just trying to speak to a person is a mission, and when you do eventually speak to someone, the incompetence and lack of knowledge of their industry is staggering. I had a simple request to change my car with three months left on my policy, they wanted to charge me the difference between the two cars premium for the whole year, not just for the three months left on my policy, I explained this to Daniel and he just said that the computer works it out, I proceeded to explain the error but there was no interest in my issue whatsoever, he just said I should pay it and complain later. I complained to Shanti and was just told it was correct and I should pay the premium. Needless to say, I didn't pay the premium and I'm with a proper insurance company now, LV with a proper customer service team.

A word of warning: this business model seems to rely on shady practices and charging customers for damage that already existed beforehand. I had read the earlier negative reviews, but honestly didn’t believe it could really be that bad. Before taking the car (Warsaw airport) I carefully inspected the bodywork and wheels and took photos of all visible damage. My mistake was forgetting to check the windshield, where there was a tiny stone chip. During the return, the employee knew exactly where to look. Their system instantly “calculated” that they were entitled to take PLN 2,500 from my deposit. The staff are slick and rude — perfectly suited for that kind of 'job'. They are too ashamed to sign their emails with their real names. I’ll happily deal with them in court, because I happen to have both the time and the means. My advice: stay well away from these business geniuses.

Total scam. They have stolen my money and the products I returned. In a nutshell, here's the story...I reached out to cancel my order immediately after placing it. They responded over a week later, saying it had not yet been shipped and they could cancel, and then did not. They then told me to return it once it arrived. I emailed back and forth with them about the return (they sprung a 20% restocking fee on me?!) and eventually I sent back the unopened products. They have yet to acknowledge receipt or refund me - they ghosted me after I sent the items back. I've reached out several times over the past months via different support email addresses of theirs, and have heard nothing. They kept the returned items and my payments, so currently I'm in the hole 2x what I spent. Stay away.

The CSR I worked with went the extra mile for me and helped me straighten out several deferred issues I had. One was with my native Network Solutions account and the other was with 2 accounts I had at iPage that were consolidated into Network Solutions. Chris took care of me in spite of the less than ideal UI provided and the messy handoff of iPage accounts to Network Solutions and even though I'm a "little guy" in terms of my annual spend. We worked for over an hour together and he made sure everything was done properly. (I was frustrated after the call because even the post-call survey didn't work and ended up hanging up on me.) Cheers to Chris in the Philippines Customer Service Center!

By far the worst experience of customer service and product I have ever used. Just a terrible product id give them 0 if it let me. Companies like this give EVs a bad name. The charging schedules dont work, I go to sleep at 12am just to put the car on charge so it charges off peak. Then I wake up at 5am to turn it off as it does not work. This charger has caused me stress anxiety and the company dont know how to fix their product. I really cant see how this company can continue to offer such a bad service, this industry needs an ombudsman as they really dont car about their customers. Avoid at all costs.

What a scam! Forced sign up, requires payment for starter plan, then keeps your info forever. Im looking to separate the vocals and instrumental on 1 track. Showed me the clean split, in order to retrieve it prompts me to sign up for the "starter" plan, which is free 10min, fine no problem. It then "splits the files" (which is already showed me it did). THEN it requires me to upgrade to a paid plan in order to actually download these files, which I wont do. SCAM. I went to go delete my account because I don't want these scammers to have my info. But there is NO way to delete my account. Wow.

I first came to Sol for help with my organic content strategy. We went right back to basics, and he was always on hand to offer constructive criticisms which ultimately helped me to improve as a creator. The community he built has also helped me to connect with other like-minded individuals, from which I have made amazing connections, and even a couple of friends! No doubt everything I learned from him has helped me in getting my business to where it now is. Thank you Sol!

Dr. Robert Lincer is one of the nicest doctors I've ever met in my entire life. He is very knowledgeable and informative. I enjoyed our meeting very much. I would love to have him again in my future. He answered many medical questions that I had and they were all easy to understand. We talked about all of my ailments and he gave me advice as to how I should handle each one. Just a very wonderful guy. You are very lucky to have him work at your company.

I've been part of the Affluent Academy mentor program while building my own marketing agency from scratch. The structure is clear, the content is practical, and the mentorship has genuinely pushed me in the right direction. My mentor Timi has been supportive, responsive, and given me real, actionable feedback — not just generic advice. For anyone serious about building an agency, this is the right place to start.

This company needs to be shut down! Who is regulating these fraudsters ? Orders sit on pending for weeks. You have to constantly chase for confirmation of despatch. They lie to you. They rarely answer emails. It takes 30 to 60 mins to speak to anyone on the phone! Appalling customer service guaranteed everytime. Can't believe I came back for a second awful experience...more fool me. DO NOT USE

Very disappointed with my experience. Both products I ordered came back damaged. The Travis Scotts looked ashy and worn, and the Supreme wallet had stitching issues. I reached out regarding the problem and still haven’t received any real solution or resolution. Now I’m stuck with two products that arrived in unacceptable condition with no help from customer support

I absolutely love this community. The amount of information and knowledge available is tremendous—honestly a bit overwhelming at times, but in a good way. I’m still very new and just need to stay focused and get my journey started. One of the best parts has been meeting really great people and the networking opportunities. Excited to keep learning and growing.
