I wish there was a zero star

I wish there was a zero star!
If you buy at Bish’s be prepared to have a horrible experience if you need to use the service department. They love to take your money at time of purchase, but provide bad service and poor communication if you need it repaired.
We bought a 2025 Eagle 5th wheel. Our refrigerator went out and it took over two months to get a new one installed. When it was installed our wall, floor and counter were damaged during installation. We returned for the repairs and we were assured all the work was completed. When I checked, the countertop was not installed. The manager said they had an internal communication issue. We waited for it to be installed. When we arrived at our campsite we awoke to a flooded kitchen due to water line not being properly tightened. They also leave a mess in your rv after any repair. We have had grease on our walls, dirt and debris left on our floor and random extra parts left in our RV. We will NEVER have Bish’s repair our RV again.

Never Trust Bish RV

I purchased a Sunset RV Cloud Breaker travel trailer from bish in Billings Montana. I took it directly to a KOA where I made arrangements to stay for the summer leaving it plugged in and coming back each week using it as a place to stay while I fished some favorite reservoirs. Had to leave earlier than expected but kept it there from June to end of August. When I left the campground I stayed at a fishing access site in Montana. That’s when I found out the batteries were not charging from my truck or the solar panel. I called Bish service department and they made an appointment for six weeks out in Billings. I told them I would take it to Bish Bozeman but they said no. They would not even contact one of their so called other RV partners to get me in as I had a hunting trip in Western Montana coming up. I was not happy but what could I do? I could not even leave it plugged into my truck to run the lites and be able to open the electric propane safety valve. I ended up buying a generator to get through until my appointment. I took it in and left it for four days. Went back after the four days and asked them what they found and what parts they would have to order. They had not even looked at it. I told them to get my trailer pilled out to hook it up and it was buried four deep behind other RVs. I took it to camping world and they found the converter was bad. Camping world in Billings got in touch with Sunset RV, the manufacturer and asked if they could do the warranty work. They allowed them to repair under warranty. Camping world was the best. Ordered the parts and got the repairs done fairly quick. But now the very expensive Gel Batteries were ruined. Bish would not even return my calls to find out where they got the batteries I paid for so I could maybe get them replaced under warranty. I was just out 600.00. I will never step foot on their lot again.

Honestly no one should have to go…

Honestly no one should have to go through this BS. Sent it to me unclean, no walk through, have not fixed the issues and refuse to even call after contacting VP and CFO. Complete shameful and I say this only because it is absolutely true. I would never recommend this location for any RV purchase. Broken cabinet, shower stall not flush, AC mounted not flush, solar charger does not work, dirty with saw dust, metal shavings, fingerprints, no, manual, no response to a new purchase and the unit is different than advertised. Spent hours looking for the version I rec'd - Does not exist. Don't buy anything from this location. Off to S media on this one! This is absurd. I am not mad just extremely disappointed with this company, go to camping World. Never buy online from this dealer.

I wanted to share my experience with…

I wanted to share my experience with Bish's RV in Junction City. I would and will NEVER do business with them again! They are straight-up LIARS. I purchased my motorhome from them, and part of the sales contract was the replacement of a missing bracket on the hood. They didn't have the part and insisted I had to take the RV with me that day and bring it back. The problem is the 110 miles each way I would have to drive. So instead, they sent us the epoxy and had the part mailed to us. When it came, it looked like the wrong part, and instead of offering any assistance with something they were contractually obligated to do, they insisted again I bring it back. It took several phone calls with several employees there, but I finally got them to agree to pay the gas. I still had to take my time (basically a whole day) to get it to them.
Also, they had selected and ordered jackpads for me, which were wrong, and since they had to be shipped, I asked them to pay return shipping, which they refused. So as I was dealing with the hood bracket, I always brought up the jackpads to and was told in the conversation where they agreed to pay for the gas that I could bring the pads in with me at the same time,w/o regard for a closing return window since we were now back into prime camping season. I am sure you can guess the rest. They ultimately refused to pay for gas and refused to refund me for the jack pads. They even had the nerve to say about statements made to me by one of the employees that I had relied on, "he doesn't work here anymore.". So, buy your RV somewhere else and for damn sure don't go into their ridiculously overpriced parts "store."

Zero regard for customer safety.

They just sent me down the road with an unsecured trailer, terrifying. Brand new trailer, just picking it up. Granted I should have checked for myself but assumed the tech at the place I was buying my camper trailer knew, well, how to hook up a trailer…He got the chains connected, brake wire too, did brake and turn signal checks. But wasn’t too worried about the coupler lock and pin I guess..It started bouncing as I was going down the road it’s a miracle it didn’t come off and cause us to roll. After it slammed up and down a few times I finally realized what was going on and pulled over to find the coupler sitting ONTOP of the ball. It’s shocking to me that I made it as far as I did without losing the trailer. I even had my kids with me. I called them immediately after this happened, asked to talk to management and the person I got barely said more than two words to me. I was clearly agitated but I explained what happened and the conversation ended with me asking him to please talk to the tech, he said ok, click. No “Oh I’m so sorry are you and your kids ok?” No attempt whatsoever to engage the information I was giving him directly. They were more than happy to make a sale tho. When they were Gardener’s RV I was happy to give them my business but I can assure you I won’t step foot on that property ever again. I would stay far away. There are plenty of other large dealers in northwest Montana you can visit. And I’ll bet the bulk of them wouldn’t leave your family feeling this compromised. I’m sure the sting will eventually wear off and we will make some amazing memories with this camper. But what I’ll always remember about Bish’s is how we could have seriously been injured and they couldn’t have cared less.

Our experience with Bish’s RV of…

Our experience with Bish’s RV of Kalispell was not good. I believe that they are eager to sell, but uninterested in supporting you after the sale. We have spent months and numerous phone calls/email to resolve relatively minor issues associated with our camper purchase. What we have gotten is: forget, ignore, delay, deflect, deny. My recommendation is, if you don’t like pole-vaulting over mouse turds, buy elsewhere.
Assuming you’re not already bored, here’s the saga. We bought a new Arctic Fox truck camper in May of this year. It immediately burned out my truck’s trailer wiring (complete with smoke and the odor of a slash pile). Larry (sales manager) promised to reimburse us for the damage and delivered the repaired camper a few days later. After that, we heard nothing from him (Ignore!). When we finally got in touch with him, he claimed not to remember his promise. We spent months helping him remember, finally receiving reimbursement in October (Delay).
But wait, that’s not all! Approximately three months in, we found that one of the jackstand housings wrapped, making it difficult to extend the jack stand legs. We contacted BishFix and submitted a warranty claim. Denied! We contacted Bish’s RV for help. Surprisingly, Conner (Service Manager) told us to connect the manufacturer (Lippert Industries) of the Jacks (Deflect!). We didn’t buy the camper from Lippert, so we contacted Damian (General Manager) for help. He contacted Lippert, but ultimately refused our request, citing HappiJac’s claim that the Jacks ‘cannot warp’ (apparently, they are made of Kryptonite). We disputed this assumption in detail. Characteristically, we are still waiting for a response. I’m not holding my breath for a response.
