BEWARE Auto Nation of PA, LLC (APNA Auto Sales) I bought a 2012 Ford Focus with CASH (approx.. $4,500) on 7/15/26 from Milan Brahmbhatt of Auto Nation of PA, LLC (APNA Auto Sales), 7004-B Bristol Pike, Levittown, PA 19057. Milan told me the car only had 82,441 miles on it, but on the Public Records VIN Report it states as of 8/27/2021 the car had 105,508 miles on it. I have had nothing but runarounds and problems with this car. I asked Milan to email or send by U.S. Mail a copy of the 3-month warranty that was included with my car. To date, I still have not received it. Milan told me the car had been recently inspected but on 7/20/26 (5 days after I bought the car) I had to have the oil changed. The back tires keep losing air. Milan had me take it to Kelley’s Auto and their mechanic took out a nail in the driver’s right tire. The next day the back tire lights came on again. (The day I picked up the car Milan was putting air only in the back tires.) On 8/24/26 the engine light came on for the first time. On 8/31/26 the engine light came on for a second time and the engine stopped while I was on Street Road. Luckily, I was able to coast the car to the shoulder. I took the car to Milan. Milan called me and said he took it to “Jamie” at Hay & Sons Car Care Center, 1414 Elkins Avenue, Levittown, PA (“Jamie” told me to pay him $500 CASH for installing the transmission control module – receipt only said $500 cash – no itemized bill for the time he work on car). Milan said he had a “friend” who was a mechanic that would order the part on eBay and that he had to have a different mechanic (Hey & Sons) put the part in because Jason Groff is not certified to do this kind of work. I asked why we had to go through a “middleman” when Hay & Sons Care Care Center could not just order the part and he said he had to go through his friend who knew “exactly what part to order”. I had to prepay $500 CASH to Milan who then gave it to Jason (“Jay”) Groff as a deposit to order the part. Milan told me the part cost $400 and when I asked for $100 to be returned to me Milan then said it was for labor. I then told Milan we paid $500 for the labor at Hay & Sons. Milan then said he would call me back. Milan called me back and said $50 was for shipping and handling (so I only received $50 back). I asked Jason Groff for the Bill of Sale and for the website where he ordered the part from and he refused. I asked Milan and he said I had to deal with Jason. I asked Milan for the name of Jason’s garage, email, and phone number. Milan only gave me Jason’s phone number. I also asked for a 1-year written warranty for the part from Jason Groff and a 1-year warranty for installation from Hey & Sons and did NOT get either. I found out Milan’s friend is Jason Groff, who is the “Director of Field Development” of Net Sales Solutions, Inc. (he is NOT a mechanic like Milan told me). Net Sales Solutions, Inc. is located at 110 Bedford Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.

Our experience with Montway Auto Transport was extremely disappointing. We paid $3,229 for enclosed transport of a 2024 Porsche 911 from East Hampton, NY to Beverly Hills, CA, with an estimated 7–9-day delivery. Instead, Montway arrived with an open trailer without disclosing this beforehand, transported the vehicle to New Jersey, and left it at a facility for 8 days!!!—something we were also never told would happen. Communication throughout the process was astonishingly terrible given their reviews online. We later learned from the supervisor Lily that the original carrier had missed the pickup, yet Montway never notified us. I repeatedly requested updates and calls from supervisors that never came. The supervisor Lily ultimately acknowledged that mistakes had been made and that we had been misled regarding both the transportation arrangements and delivery timeframe. She also acknowledged that she was going to do everything in her power to assist in a refund, but the vehicle would need to be delivered first; which made zero sense. The vehicle was finally delivered on September 14, nearly three weeks after booking. After delivery, Lily with Montway told us she was working on a 50% refund, despite everything that occurred. They ultimately did not issue even that refund; their offer $100 credit….. and we declined. Lily said, it was the best they could do… The best thing THEY could have done was do the right thing considering the mistake after mistake after mistake they made. Between the undisclosed open transport and storage, significant delays, lack of communication, misleading information, and failure to honor even their proposed partial refund, this was a horrible and unacceptable experience. I would not trust Montway with a high-value vehicle EVER again.
