I was with them for 6 months ni issue couldn't praise enough. I decided use again after a yr and ordering was easy they had few questions and it was dispatched quick. This is where all goes wrong Parcel arrived in a royal mail bag I opened it to parcel being empty. I reported straight away to Royal Mail got a code. Med express chat wasn't working so had to go via email support as no number was advertised to ring. Took 3 days for them say they will replace asked me to confirm my address which I did then no reply. I then managed to get on chat who said they would replace and give me 10 pound credit. They put tracking number in chat but it wouldn't show the numbers and had no email confirmation. Yesterday 2 days after chat I went on chat as had no credit showing or no email. They said credit hadn't been put on so he did it. But confirmed order had been placed but not dispatched. Today I had email saying it was being delivered. Parcel turned up and it was needles only and no injection. So a week later I am out of pocket for medication I lost money as self employed chasing and taking time off to wait for delivery. I got given a phone number yesterday who I rang they said they reordered just but no managers or complaints to talk to. They are quick to take money but not to sort problems.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered some urgent parts to my home address in France- Megabad changed the delivery to a collection point without informing me, did not send me the tracking number and failed to send me the parcel number as well(I only got the name of the shipping company GLS)- It took me hours on the phone to work out what has happened, went several times to the collection shop which can not locate my order, had to call the shipping company many times--- bottom line, 15 days later (order was supposed to be there after 3 days)- my order was sent back to Germany. I spoke to a very unapologetic customer representative who took ZERO responsibility. (I asked for another order I was happy to pay for to be sent again as an emergency and was told that Megabad needed to wait until they got my order back in the warehouse to be able to let me know if anything could be done- and that i was going to be refunded). Also emailed several times and have gotten for 15 days now a generic reply saying that due to high volumes of queries (no mystery there!!!) nobody was able to answer my email that I needed to be patient

Right from ringing Caledonian Travel to book a 4night stay at Caledonian Tower, Blackpool, was so easy. The operator covered every aspect of our needs whether it be allergens, mobility or anything else that may be required. After processing the booking and email was sent immediately to confirm the booking. Before we set off on our break I was sent email to say there had been changes to our departure, also a telephone call to reiterate. Boarding passes were sent and also a tx to once again remind us of changes. On arrival I received a welcoming email from Caledonian Tower explaining what our stay would provide and sights to visit whilst in Blackpool, I found this really helpful. Had a lovely break, room, food, entertainment was enjoyable even the weather was kind. The hotel staff were helpful and will return. Keep up the great service 👏👏

Very bad experience with Akbar Travels online booking service. My ticket is missing my middle name and i want to do amendment, and before my flight I tried many times to contact their “24/7 customer support,” but nobody answered. Their support only responds after 9 AM, and because of this I missed my flight. The next day they simply said “sorry, you need to buy a new ticket.” Very unprofessional service and misleading 24/7 support advertisement. I will file a complaint with the UAE Consumer Protection Department regarding this false advertisement.

WARNING: Do not book through this site unless you are absolutely certain you will never need to make any changes. Once they take your money, you are completely stuck. Modifications, cancellations, or even simple requests are outright ignored or denied repeatedly, no matter how many times you contact them. Their customer service is beyond frustrating and shows zero willingness to help customers after booking. This has been one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the stress and avoid this site entirely.

I'm a native Californian now living in the Central Texas Hill Country. I know everybody here seems to think that Fredrickburg peaches are the greatest. UNTIL they taste California peaches. I look forward to my peach order from Good Hill Farms every year and I wish I could clone them so I didn't have to wait so long between seasons. Everything about Good hill farms has been excellent, from the time of order, customer service, quality shipping and exceptional fruit. I would post a picture but I've already eaten everything! Next month!

Have sent in numerous formal complaints using their own complaints procedure and they are supposed to provide you with a reply within 15 days. Have also what they call a level 2 complaint, sort of a formal complaint about a formal complaint, and guess what, NO reply. So not much point in this useless company having a complaints procedure if they don’t follow their own!! Will just have to complain to the Property Ombudsman about this supposedly property management company!!!

Ordering the external HD was painless quick and easy I paid through Paypal to make sure that if anything went wrong I was covered. We all know that if an offer seems too good to be true - it usually is, but I did my research and everything I read gave it generally the thumbs up, There will always be hiccoughs in some orders but thats commerce for you. I await the hard drive now and will hopefully get at least 17tb of backup onto it.

Decent platform. Took 6 months to win anything that was enough to cash out, playing several times every week......maybe you will have better luck than me....none the less, I finally did win. Games are plenty and diverse and daily bonus is not bad but could be better. They do have a lot of great deals on a daily to choose from and that are affordable. I would recommend.
