I am writing to provide feedback on my recent purchase experience, which unfortunately reflected poor customer service and inaccurate sales advice. While I appreciate that Harvey Norman promptly refunded the amount deducted for the bed, the process leading up to this was highly unsatisfactory. Prior to purchase, I explicitly provided the sales team with the dimensions of my staircase. I was assured that the bed could be transported up the stairs without any issues. Furthermore, I was initially told delivery would take one month, but during billing, this timeline was extended. Ultimately, I waited 2.5 months, only for the delivery team to find that the item could not fit through the staircase. It appears the sales team prioritized securing the sale over ensuring practical feasibility and customer satisfaction. Regrettably, this mirrors a similarly poor experience I had with an appliance purchase four years ago. While the financial resolution was handled correctly, the overall experience has left me highly dissatisfied with Harvey Norman's service. I hope this feedback is used to improve the training of your sales staff.

Do not waste your time with EarnStar. This platform has severe technical issues that directly rob you of your time and effort. My active dashboard glitched from 30 games down to 7. I downloaded "Drill & Collect" to start a fresh 30-day offer, ground out progress all night, and woke up to find the entire game completely wiped from my account.On top of deleting active progress, their system does not pay out milestones properly. I am currently on Village 39 in Coin Master, yet the milestone for Level 35 remains completely locked and unpaid. This isn't the first time either; they previously rolled back my account levels 20 levels and wiped my progressive progression points, labeling it a "mistake."Support claims these are just "display issues" and tells you to wait while they investigate, but it directly stops you from earning your rewards. They actively remove valid games you are working on while leaving broken, unpaid milestones on your dashboard. Avoid this app.

I started the course with GatedSeller about a month ago, and my experience has been positive so far. Ben has been extremely helpful—he always answered my calls and took the time to respond to all of my questions. The training materials were good, although I felt they weren’t always enough on their own. However, with Ben’s guidance, I was able to learn more—especially how to use tools like the free version of Helium. So far, I have successfully ungated two products, as I prefer to take things slowly and learn properly. I’m currently waiting to ungate a third product, and once that’s done, I plan to send everything to Amazon. Before joining GatedSeller and connecting with Ben, I relied mostly on YouTube videos, which are often focused on the US market. With GatedSeller, I feel much more confident and have seen real progress in my journey.

Norwegian cruise line canceled 5 ports on this trip, the last being São Tomé. Perfect blue skies, 1 mile from port, no wind, calm waters , everyone ready to get on tender boats, AND they cancelled.everyone was mad because we were all looking at flat perfect water and the cancelled due to swells. The truth is they cancelled due to port fees. The company stopped, faked like we were getting off, and then cancelled. We all could understand if the weather was bad or weather coming, but it was as perfect of weather that you could wish for. So, never ever trust Norwegian Cruise line. If the ship is not full, they will cut a port or several ports out. Oh, but they will try to upsell you all day as well as overcharge you. Never again

Away from home on business, I am sadly not able to be with my Mum on her special day. I discovered Moon Pig, downloaded the app and was very impressed with the outstanding range of cards and gifts to send anywhere. Their customer service is excellent (as I had a query) which was resolved very quickly, Sam was amazing and I thanked him so much. Now Moon Pig Bosses take notice... Sam on your chat service is very lovely, warm and he certainly knows his onions! He's bright and I think with the right encouragement and support, he will go far. He is a credit to MP and Sam's star is clearly on the assent. It is my pleasure that I am able to leave this genuine & honest review, and I wish MP every success.

The young man, called me at about 11.45am to ask me if he could come early, as he was at a loose end, he arrived at 12.15pm, he was very polite and informative and helpful, he completed the work in about an hour, allowing was up and working to my complete satisfaction, which was surprising, considering that the 2 men from Kelly's who came 3 days earlier said it wasn't possible to connect the broadband because of an internal problem with wiring at St John's Court (please see their visit report for full details) and obviously leaving me without broadband for a further 3 days, making a total of 2 weeks without broadband, please explain. All in all Open Reach delivered excellent quality of service.

This is our second time booking with Simply Maldives and once again it was fantastic. We stayed at the Dhigali resort and Amit was incredibly helpful throughout the process, taking the time to understand exactly what we needed and sharing multiple options before we made a decision. The Simply Maldives YouTube channel was also really useful as we could see the rooms and resort before booking. Dhigali is an amazing resort for young families — there were lots of other young children there, the beach was calm thanks to the wind direction and barriers, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!

Flower size looked absolutely nothing like there website size missing chocolates card said happy birthday instead of happy mothers day sent a pic of the flowers in an email offered a $20 credit on next order said chocolates did get delivered.Never again would i buy or use this company such a VIP off flowers looked like a $20 coles bunch i paid $160 absolutely no accountability from this company do not use them.

Just had a holiday with jet2 with Assisted Travel. Excellent service I have to autistic teens who would not be able to travel due major anxiety and being overwhelmed. First holiday with them abroad. Jet 2 staff made it so safe for them through belfast airport through to.malaga airport and back. Thank so much for making their experience so pleasant 😊 they both can't wait to travel again 😊 ☺️

there’s way more games on here than i expected. i mostly play slots and found a bunch i hadn’t seen on the other sites i use. the homepage feels a little crowded at first and i kept missing the provider filters because they’re tucked away more than they should be. after a day or two it made more sense though. been using it during evenings this week and overall it’s been decent.

I was able to book online on arrival at the airport. My only suggestion is to specify the bay the bus will stand at or the bus number. There was a range of bays given, and the bus was marked UEA. I had no idea what that was, and almost missed the bus as I went round asking the various bus drivers if they went to Cambridge. One of them gave me the bus number. Thanks.

I always use Autoreisen on any of Canary islands. Never had any issues, no hidden costs, full insurance included and stress free service. My only complaint would be that fuel tank is not full when I pick up car so you have to guess how much full to put in when returning car. Apart from that everything is great and will use them again.

Just had cupboards installed in the alcoves of our lounge. Good quality and excellent service from our installer. Prompt, professional and cleaned everywhere after finish.
