Another scammy Pakistani “book publishing” company pretending to be a professional USA-based brand. They target international clients, especially authors in the USA, with fake promises of bestseller marketing, Amazon rankings, ghostwriting, and “full publishing support.” In reality, it’s just low-quality outsourced work, copied designs, and aggressive sales tactics. They talk big before payment, but once they get the money, professionalism disappears. Missed deadlines, poor communication, fake marketing claims, and zero accountability. Most of these companies are just rebranded agencies operating from Pakistan while pretending to be established American publishing firms. Writers should be extremely careful before trusting these fake publishing brands. Always check real reviews, verify their actual location, and don’t fall for polished websites and scripted sales calls.

I called a Public Storage phone number to have them find a location and storage unit for my car. I did not select the unit myself; instead, I explained my needs. They set me up with a location nearby. When I showed up to store my car, there was a 9-inch square curb to drive over to get into the unit. No way I could get my car into that unit. No one was in the office even though it was during regular hours. I left a message, and they called me back to come in and try a different unit. It didn't work. I have called so many times to get a refund. They keep saying they will escalate it and give it 5-7 business days. Customer service won't give a phone number of a higher-up. No one ever calls me back. The front-line people in India are very good at reading their scripts when apologizing and saying they understand how I feel. It's been three months-- no refund yet!

Stuck in an AI loop to fix a simple solution of a profile update for date of birth change. Specifically, their site states you need to contact support as you can’t update this information on your own; however, when you complete the form for assistance you then receive a non helpful AI generated message that states they can’t help you and will get someone from support. I then wait a few days and receive no response until I receive another AI generated message stating they assume the issue was resolved as they didn’t hear from me. I reply to the survey stating the issue is not resolved and they create another ticket - still no human contact. As such, if this is how difficult it is to have a simple issue resolved, I can only imagine how terrible it would be to deal with this company for a larger issue. Avoid at all costs.

Poor poor poor service. Never ever again. I have to jump through hoops to return an item. The fact they didnt not supply a returns label, they are expecting me now to go find a shop and print out a label somewhere. 2026 and customers need to print a returns label. Or they expect me to book a day off work and sit in the house for collection. The other option is go to a ups location and they can print it. Non of the ups points have printers by me. Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. My 1st and last order from jpg

The Jumpzylla website was very easy to navigate and the promo codes were a great deal as well. When the trampoline arrived the box came beat up from the shipper. The customer support from Jumpzlla is top notch. They are very responsive and willing to help with any issues. The instructions are very easy to follow and the trampoline went together smoothly in about two hours. I have already recommended this company to friends who are in the market for a trampoline for their children.

I recently booked a holiday with Blue Lotus Vacation and had a great experience thanks to Anne. She truly went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. As it was my first time booking with them, I felt quite anxious, but Anne was so polite, caring, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I really appreciate her support and would definitely recommend booking with Blue Lotus Vacation!

I got a subscription thinking it had unlimited access but it does not. There is no way for someone to cancel their subscription themselves. Their own subscription terms page says that a member can cancel a subscription in the settings under the account section. The settings page or account management page either do not exist or cannot be accessed because they cannot be found anywhere. I have contacted support and they have not come back to me.

I’ve been using Forest & Shore for a while now and I am a big fan. I started with their different hair oils, which are really good, and I have recently added their newest shampoo and conditioner to my routine. The quality is consistent across the board. The new hair care line leaves my hair feeling very soft and healthy without any harsh chemicals. I really like this brand and their commitment to natural products. Highly recommend!

My experience with Starel Stone continues to be a total joke. It is almost impossible to reach anyone in their customer service team, they do not respond to emails in a prompt manner. I have been trying to arrange a refund from them for well over a month now. They now have my returned items but I still have not received my money back. They have had our tiles back in their ownership for over two weeks. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Excuse any spelling or grammar mistakes :-) In this world there are 7* Dubai hotels And 1* price inflation for a loaf of bread. Snus boys from me are getting 7* Thanks guys.

Good quality furniture. The dining table and chairs we purchased look really good and seem to be well made - we enjoy using them. The area where improvements could be made with this website is with the delivery - we had minimal information given about when to expect our items and then the deliveries were made on 2 separate days for some strange reason.

The 3 Stars are for trying. As a Develop Only experience it didn't work for me. Two of the 3 films, despite assurances to the contrary, were overdeveloped. I would have given 5 Stars for film sales, packaging, care of negatives (no watermarks, dust, or scratches etc), but the density and contrast of developed negatives do not work for me.

Purchased the Yo Yo Desk Slim (desk converter) - single monitor in white (which by the way actually fits both my monitors)
