I am an attorney who was assisting an underaged family member with this company. The technician showed up 4 hours late. They then installed the device improperly so that he wiring was giving a faulty signal and then took 5 days to schedule an appointment to repair. They kept referencing an inspection fee when the signal the company was receiving was showing it was a wiring error during installation. The visit to repair the improper wiring was hours late as well. The customer service is beyond poor. They disconnect a call when they don’t know the answer or if you ask for a manager. The hold time has never been less than 15 minutes and is often in excess of an hour. It is difficult to understand the customer service reps who give inaccurate information. They kept advising that they sent a message to the service center but failed to advise on Friday that the service center didn’t open until Monday morning. They have hidden fees and tried to charge for the first month that was supposed to be free. EVERYTHING about the experience has been disappointing, time consuming, and highly frustrating. I highly advise against using this company as you have to go through MVA to get approval to disconnect the device. They clearly rely on this roadblock and know that once you’re with them, you’re likely to stay for at least a few months if not the entire period. DO NOT GO WITH THEM

I booked a family holiday through On the Beach, expecting a reliable service, but their complete lack of empathy and refusal to help after a severe safety incident on our flight is utterly disgraceful. During flight XQ596, my wife and young children (aged 6 and 2) were forced to witness a heavily intoxicated passenger become physically violent and assault his partner right next to us. Because the cabin crew completely mismanaged the situation—even offering the violent passenger more alcohol—I was forced to abandon my paid seat and cram into a row with my family just to keep them safe. My children have been left deeply traumatised by this, struggling to sleep and living in fear. When I contacted On the Beach to report this distressing experience and address the failure of the flight providers they booked us with, their response was completely cold. Not a single word of sympathy, no apology for what my family went through, and a flat-out refusal to offer any assistance or mediation. On the Beach are happy to take your money, but the moment things go dangerously wrong, they wash their hands of any responsibility. They do not care about customer safety, and they care even less about customer support. Avoid booking with them if you value peace of mind or basic human empathy.

My first order was $93 for 5 packs (buy 3, get 2 free). At checkout, it stated that the renewal would be “same as total,” which clearly implies the same price as the original order. I did overlook that it was set as a recurring subscription, but it did not say it would renew monthly, nor did it indicate that the price or quantity would change. When the renewal processed, I was charged $195 and only for 3 packs instead of the original 5. The price more than doubled while the quantity decreased, which was never disclosed. Nothing on the checkout page suggested that the promotion wouldn’t apply again or that the renewal would be at a completely different price. As soon as I received the email saying “We’re getting your order ready to be shipped,” I contacted them to cancel. They told me that once the order is processed, they cannot cancel it, even though I reached out immediately after receiving the shipping notice. I requested that they honor the original price and quantity or issue a full refund, but they refused. The lack of transparency around pricing, subscription terms, and cancellation options was extremely disappointing. I would highly recommend thinking carefully before purchasing from them, especially if you expect consistent pricing or clear communication.

We, Elena and me, have just lost the pigeon on the beach but I lost already my head on the sand. What was the focus of yesterday lesson? Maybe my breakfast like always? I don’t remember but I promised to Elena a review at five stars about our lesson. What to do? I will search for the pigeon in a glas of blueberry that is my favorite yogurt like almond milk is the only milk that I love.I should try to put our pigeon on the breakfast table to run around the daily words and so the pigeon will steal my Blueberry fruits from the table and so it could also become a blueberry and come in my mind. But this transformation isn’t interesting. Is it maybe?

I needed to reduce my screentime on my PC, and after doing a quick research, I bit the bullet on Cold Turkey. And it's the best decision I've made! A powerful PC Blocker which you can use to block certain websites, or even your entire PC. I've used both those features for time-wasting social media sites, as well as using the 'Device Block' feature to completely shut down my PC at night (to not go on it for too long). One thing which I'll give feedback is to maybe add a customisation feature to colour your schedule blocks, helps label them better. And I hope the developer makes an app for iPhone & Android phones one day!

You wont believe how bad i got scammed by procryptomarketrading like its literally actual trash they stole everything from my account and i couldnt withdraw a single cent i was so stressed out crying in my room lol idk why im like this seriously for being dramatic but i was literally broke anyway i talked to FriDoSanltd and they casually sorted the whole money issue out for me so im good now but seriously stay away from that garbage site turn around dont look back turn around.

I had an issue with my Waterdrop unit, but Kimberly made the entire process stress-free. She was responsive, professional, and consistently followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. When the issue couldn’t be resolved, she promptly arranged for a replacement unit and kept me informed every step of the way. Great customer service and excellent communication. No customer support. Their off brand shipping company has misrouted and has not delivered my package. Even though the tracking says delivered with no details, pictures confirming actual delivery place. I have a ring door bell and no delivery was made on or around the time they timestamps. Sent two communications to them, 1 on website and another directly to email. No response, not even a generic. Thank you for the email.

First time using was frustrating, 2 hours to send a card after non-refundable ransom was paid. Two days later, tried sending my daughter a birthday card, the website wouldn't load. Fool me once. For stealing customers hard earned money, management should have their fingers crushed in an old fashioned printing press and find a new line of work. Will be certain to spread the word, American Greetings is a scam.

I ordered the token holder and tokens for countries we've been to for my husband's birthday and he loved it!! The token holder is great quality and the tokens were absolutely perfect! I've already ordered more tokens to give him for Father's Day and will be ordering more later for Christmas. Even our kids are talking about getting him some of the tokens because he loved it so much.

Great product for fair price. Easy to order. Bought cover for fire table & it fits perfectly and kept table dry during a rain storm Also has drawstrings at each corner to prevent cover from blowing off. Plan on purchasing a cover for our lounge chair. We plan on leaving the cover on the fire table this winter so we will see how durable it is.
