I didn't make that purchase

I don't have much experience. I purchased a prem for my baby money was deducted but I didn't get the prem. I received an email saying the subscription was canceled. I asked for a refund. I haven't received it so far

They stole my information and charged me for it when I made a purchase from an unrelated website.

Don't ask for further details because I won't provide them.

You can improve by not taking money that don’t belong to you

I was given a refund to the subscription agter finding a charge on my account.

Easy to deal with

I appreciated the prompt response which gave me the feeling that you guys are genuinely trying to assist me with resolving this matter asap. I live in the Caribbean and the exchange rate is high and I lost a few hundred dollars when my credit card was compromised. I hope that the refund will be processed soon.

I never signed n ed up for anything yet you keep taking money out of my account I as k edit for proof that I bought something and they can't give me any proof,and they won't cancel my so called membership at this point I'm over this BS and just want all my money back

it was easy to get a solution

I was charged for something I didn’t realize I was signing up for. I freaked out and contacting my bank but also emailed the company to cancel right away. I received a response right away to be refunded and any memberships cancelled so thank you.
