As a woman of color, finding a program like NACA honestly felt too good to be true at first. The idea of an achievable path to homeownership with no down payment and no closing costs seemed too good to be true, especially living in such an expensive area. But, going through the process so far has made it feel a lot more possible and less intimidating. One thing I’ve really appreciated is how patient my counselor has been. They’ve taken the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and clearly know a lot about the different options available to me. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but having someone explain things in a way that actually makes sense has helped a lot. I also like that the portal is easy to follow and organized in a way that doesn’t feel confusing. The videos have been especially helpful because they break up a lot of information into smaller, digestible sections instead of throwing everything at you all at once. Overall, the process has felt supportive and educational, and it’s made homeownership feel more realistic for me.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour, which included Nami Island, the Garden of Morning Calm, and the must-visit Gangchon Rail Park. Our guide, Ron, met us at the designated pickup location and was calm, polite, and soft-spoken throughout the trip. We were a group of around 12 people traveling in a comfortable mini-bus. We started the day at the Garden of Morning Calm, which lived up to its name with its peaceful and serene atmosphere. After spending some time there, we headed to Nami Island, with a short lunch break along the way. Our final stop was Gangchon Rail Park, where we enjoyed an amazing rail bike ride. The Gangchon Rail Park experience was the highlight of our trip and one of the best adventures of our entire South Korea visit. We highly recommend including it in your itinerary. A special thanks to Ron for being such a patient, friendly, and professional guide throughout the day. He made the experience even more enjoyable.

Absolutely horrendous business practice. I bought a "Lifetime License" for their software (Exploit Pack / Control Pack). Months after the transaction, they suddenly demanded a "VOF" document to verify my identity/firm. This was NEVER mentioned during the checkout process. It is a retroactive, hidden clause. I submitted my details, but they arbitrarily rejected them, locked my account, and permanently revoked my lifetime access. I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this, but they completely ignore all communications. They essentially use this "VOF validation" as a dirty excuse to purge lifetime users and steal their money. Do not trust exploitpack.com. You will lose your money, and they will lock you out of the software you paid for. I have reported them to the Dutch ACM and initiated a payment dispute.

Previously had no issues using seagm but when I used it again recently to purchase a monthly pass for a mobile game, they cancelled my order and refunded me the amount that was LESSER than what I paid for. I checked with their customer service and they mentioned it was a game charger issue on their end but due to bank handling fees, I had to bear the refund fee. It doesn't make sense for them to charge the customer a fee when it was their issue. Told me to submit feedback to their help desk which told me they had no intention to help me. Poor customer service and they didn't even try to update the customer on what was the issue before refunding and making me bear the bank handling cost was the issue was their fault. I went ahead to purchase on another site with the same exact details and it worked fine.

I’ve tried many different trade copiers but in all my time, Tradecopia has given me the best experience. I get near perfect fills on all my followers accounts, and slippage is minimal, it’s precise and reliable and I don’t need to pray every-time I place a trade that it’ll work, I just know it will. Support team has been amazing and quick to respond, and their in app tools are plentiful. Overall great pick and is better value for the same price as Tradesyncer.

The best part of SAINT is their design. Gear genuinely looks better than most options on the market. However, at the price point they are at I cannot help but be disappointed by the build quality. Loose stitching and buttons falling off after 6 months of use. Unfortunately their contact support is not well armed leaving me with no support. A real shame as once again I do really like their designs

My son went through this course and it will do the job of having all the materials and a test, but prepare to be upsold HARD. There is a lot of fear mongering making you feel like you have to pay $40 for rushed emails of your certificate. My favorite part is the dramatic video showing people waiting in line at the DMV. This will not be the cheapest option for you.

What can I say? Other than? I would definitely recommend to anyone especially if you have been struggling with your Credit and Credit scores by doing Goode lockbox it helped me save as well as helped my Credit report and scar. I have done this twice now so I recommend the user experience the service and the payment is all easy and pleasant experience

Not happy with the emails sent to me cofnfiimg.the quantity ordered and then another email asking to change quantity because of a inventory problem and then a THIRD email asking for permission to refund part of a portion of my money back which took approximately 3 weeks until it was figured out. NOT ACCEPTABLE! NOT PROFESSIONAL!
