I upgraded from Pro to Unlimited the day after I signed up. They charged me full price for the new plan and didn't credit anything from the Pro plan I just bought. Support looked into it and agreed send $106 back within 14 days. Then out of nowhere they charged me $267 for a plan I never signed up for. They admitted it was a system error. I followed up multiple times over two weeks about the $106. Instead of sending it, they changed their story completely and said the refund was "promised in error" because of some promotional rate thing they never told me about at checkout. So they just decided they don't owe me anything anymore. The last email I got was barely literate. All caps, "u" instead of "you," telling me to cancel the subscription myself. This is after weeks of their mistakes and their broken promises. The AI tools work fine. But this company will take your money and make up a new excuse every time you try to get it back. I've reported them to the FTC and my state consumer protection agency. Screenshot everything if you sign up. Or don't sign up at all to avoid getting involved with a shady business with a habit of evasive communication regarding fraudulent charges.

Brought a Kegerator and after being used twice it broke and now fails to get cold. Its only 9 months old! Have now been told we will have to pay our own engineer to look at it and they will provide any replacement parts needed. This is after it has taken over a week for them to even reply!! There is no phone support and you have to whatsapp videos to them where they then reply in German!! Really would never touch this company again and recommend other don't either!

Only issue is and with other online retailers is the cost of postage and returns. I don’t return much but this time I paid £3.99 for postage and then £3.50 for the return. So that’s £7.50 and left with nothing. Retailers have to charge otherwise they’d be out of pocket so no idea what the answer is but being left £7.50 worse off and having no product is bad. I wouldn’t use Start fitness again for this very reason.

I have had problems sourcing a replacement key fob for my garage for some time. Having found this site the problem was solved. GDP were able to identify my type of garage door and from that the key fob I required. In addition to that they provided very clear and detailed instructions on programming the fob for my garage door. They were very responsive, helpful and friendly throughout.

Impossible to get information from this company, it is beyond ridiculous. I’ve just spent 19 minutes on the phone with customer service for two very simple questions. And even after 19 minutes, I did not get any assistance - I have numerous times tried to get information from customer service and it’s the useless same service all the time
