2 Missed Installation Appointments & Poor Communication (Buyer Beware)

We hired Akim Serabia from Home Direct Blinds to replace one torn motorized blackout shade in our home. (Phone: 954.309.6209 or 786.812.4357)
Invoice says 12335 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33182)
Akim came to our home, measured the window, provided an estimate, and we paid a $300 deposit via Zelle.

Unfortunately, we have now had two promised installation appointments that did not happen. We have repeatedly called and texted Akim, including twice yesterday, and were told he would get back to us. He never did.

We are not in a rush and have been very patient. We simply want the shade we paid for installed as promised, or our deposit returned if they cannot complete the job.

We would much rather resolve this directly with Akim and Home Direct Blinds. If they communicate with us and complete the job as promised, we would be happy to update this review to reflect the resolution.
