Avoid using this company, they are scammer and wish I had read other customer reviews prior to placing my order as it looks like I ain’t the only one that been scammed!! I have used other companies in the past and I measure and weigh everything I send. I sent a parcel on 30th March using UPS and was quoted £34.15 (which in my experience / and in comparison to other quotes was about right to send a parcel). On 22nd April I received a charge is £1.91 as they claimed it was underpriced and took the payment automatically and I thought that was the end of it. On 15th May this ‘company’ has taken a further £169.06 for the same parcel!!! How!! Claiming it was undercharged!! I have not authorised this payment and raised it with my bank who inform me that these guys have me set up in their system so can take money as and when they wish. I’ve cancelled this with the bank and contacted Parcel Compare, both their ‘customer support’ is shocking. I would never use this company again and would advise other to avoid them. How can you change and extra £170.97 on a £34.15 parcel that was going from Birmingham to Doncaster. I would of drove it there myself for less then that!!

Received a billing 6 weeks after the accounting period ended. Possibly due to delayed information from the property owners. The payment procedure on the dataenrgy webspace is a waste of time. They previously accepted a credit card payment, but this no longer works. Furthermore, direct payment via so-called 'bank app' does not work when selecting "Make a one-off payment", then following the link to "manual web login". This method failed (multiple times), so I resorted to setting up a Direct Debit, with a short expiry date to prevent repeat DD for the same amount. Itemised billing does not exist for all of the utilities usage - cold water, heating & electricity. A single consolidated amount is shown for all utiliites - UNACCEPTABLE, again possibly due to tardiness on the part of the property owner. Would love to go back to Octopus, but I have no control over supplier.

We ordered a bench table and chairs which we thought was from the range. We found out that it wasnt through the range but a third party. We ordered the furniture on the 2nd of may was told it would arrive on the 14th but we are still waiting. Very disapointing, went to thd range and the manager sent an email to head office and thats all they can do. Terrible service wont be ordering from them again.

I love that Polar Hair Dye is made from a natural plant, mushrooms. It doesn't strip or damage the hair somewhat. It does the job of covering the gray hair. It leaves my hair feeling nice and soft, not feeling harsh, after washing it out. Another big plus too is that it doesn't stain anything else, it can be easily wiped off. I strongly recommend this friendly loving hair dye for all hair type.

Order processed and delivered quickly. Product in sturdy resealable pouches. The collagen powder dissolves easily in my cup of coffee and I can take the required daily amount in one go. Have only been taking it for a couple of weeks so a bit early to tell if it is going to make a difference but everything seems to be going well.

Danny is a professional, friendly technician, and I’m very happy with my windscreen. However it’d be very helpful to narrow down the time slot in advance as you can only select 8am-6pm. And I’d have chosen the ‘rain repel’ option, however you have to buy wipers with that and I’d just had mine replaced before my windscreen cracked.

They were quick to reply to any communication and even went out of their way to correct an order that I had changed my mind on last minute.
