RUN and Run Fast! This is one of the most incompetent companies we have ever dealt with. 1st we were told wrong about their billing. So we canceled before ever using and now we have been dealing with over 5 months to get them to stop asking us to update our records and give them billing info. We have sent well over 50 emails and have personally spoken to over 10 people... holding forever on the phone. We really thought the last person we spoke to was able to properly cancel an account we never used and today we get yet another email to update things. Run as fast as you can from this company. They have the worst customer service ever and if they cant address this simple request, i cant even image what they are if we actually were using their services. To the company... stop the emails and get your stuff together. We will report you to every agency we can to help others not get involved with you. UPEDATE: Since ticket number has been issues we at least have a person looking into things further. We hope this person follows thru. We are hopeful for better results. Thanks Trustpilot for the integrity you have to try to give businesses and customers to get better results. Hopefully we can go back and change this review once they resolve it.. We at least have a person at mudflap that sees why this is happened and is hopeful to resolve for us. Because of that we have raised it to 2 stars from 1.

DermaDream: I was excited to receive the products I paid for (1 MyoGlow device +6 Bo of serum for $184 + tax. I received it and subsequently i was bombarded with 5 calls i did not anticipate. I did not pick up any call except for 1 call just to confirm that i received the merchandise i paid for. After over a week, i was charged $51.33 on my PayPal account which was unauthorized by me. I did not order any more product or any type of service from them. The purchase I made on May20, 2026 for $184.00 is purely for the device and serum (6) and nothing else. I called 1-786-442-2626 on June 3rd and they said it is for a serum. It is wrong, I do not need any more serum. The call was transferred to someone who can help me but the receiver hung up. Why does My Derma Dream practice illegal ways to do business? This practice of taking out monies from someone’s credit card is illegal and punishable by law. I would like to spread that this company is deceiving customers. This company My DERMA Dream is practicing illicit practices to do business that is unacceptable and dangerous. The best way to restore my trust with this company is to please REFUND the amount of $51.33 which was taken out from my PayPal account on June 3, 2026 without any prior explanation. AVOID MY DERMA DREAM TOTALLY.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Jaden Bolger I cannot thank Jaden Bolger enough for the help he provided in securing my car insurance policy. I had been struggling to find suitable insurance and was feeling discouraged by the high quotes I had received from my previous insurer. From the moment I spoke with Jaden, he was professional, understanding, and genuinely committed to finding a solution that worked for me. In a remarkably short space of time, Jaden went above and beyond to secure a policy at a price that was actually affordable. What impressed me most was his determination and willingness to do everything he could to help, rather than simply offering a standard service. Jaden may feel that he was just doing his job, but what he may not realise is the significant impact his help had on me. He took a stressful situation and turned it into a positive outcome, and for that I am incredibly grateful. Thank you, Jaden, for your dedication, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. We booked the Very Best of Japan Tour which was clearly advertised as having an experienced Tour Manager. There was not one. Perhaps Distant Journeys hoped that if they did not mention this we would not notice? The Tour in our opinion and that of other travellers was that the trip did not run as smoothly as it should have done with the lack of the Manager. There were lots of issues but for us the main problem was the ridiculous long queues for breakfast. Queuing over an hour for breakfast stood up with nowhere to sit down is not my idea of a smooth running trip. The group ended up having to go to breakfast at most locations as soon as breakfast opened which was usually 3 hours before the coach left. So days were very long. It took Distant Journeys over a month to reply to my initial complaint. Their reply when it arrived was excuse after excuse and an insulting token payment. They probably saved more by not providing the Tour Manager. When I said was not happy with their reply they took yet another month to respond( in line with their complaints procedure) We will not be booking with them again.

I purchased a pair of eyeglasses, including the frame, from your store around May 2025. After almost one month, I received the glasses with a defect in the lens, have to wait for almost another month to have the new lens after correction. 3 weeks ago, I visited your Dartford branch because the left arm of the frame had developed an issue. The elastic/metal internal part has become displaced from the end section of the arm, making the glasses uncomfortable and unsuitable to wear properly. I explained the issue to the staff member at the branch, who informed me that I would need to pay £28 to replace the arm. I respectfully discussed with her that this appears to be a manufacturing defect rather than damage caused by misuse, especially considering the glasses are less than a year old. When I asked how this could happen if it was not a manufacturing issue, I did not receive a clear explanation and was simply told again that I would need to pay for the replacement. It is really a disappointing service.

Where to begin. I got a shell s3 brand new as a gift. After singing about 5 songs on it, the volume button quit working. I contacted the company about it. No matter how many screenshots I included, theyd keep asking for the same info the screenshots provided. They agreed to replace the defective product for free. I asked if it could be credit towards a better one and I would pay the difference. They agreed and sent me a discount code after I sent the defective product back to them. I ordered the shell s1 and paid the difference. They created a label and never dropped the package off. After emailing multiple times, they finally responded and said they are sending a replacement unit for the replacement unit... Its been 3 weeks and 30+ emails back and forth since I sent the original defective product back. This company has some of the worst customer service Ive ever come across.

I purchased autocad through Wowcher, when first installing my antivirus flagged it up as a threat. So we got our technician to install it. Installed, was easy to do and it worked fine. until the following day, when we get a licence error every time we try to load autocad. I’ve spent two weeks trying to get help, they only offer you remote access, but this is on a work computer and I can only allow that when our IT specialist is about. But all I can see this doing is making it run for 24hrs before we get the licence error. We managed to get it reactivated yesterday and again today I get the licence error. I have emailed, live chat is impossible as you wait hours for a reply, then it comes in at 4 in the morning so by the time you see it to reply, they’ve closed the chat. I thought I was purchasing a life time version, not 24hrs.

We had a terrible experience in Sardinia with them. Paid for everything uo front, was turned away due to not being allowed to use American Express to pay for fuel deposit and excess upgrade (even though we’d paid for booking with the same card and had to bring it along) Booking refused, no refund issued, hours of emails back and forth I contact consumer rights in Italy and taking it up them. Go with WeRent or Centauro much easier and reliable. Just to be clear I offered visa, Mastercard Amex and revolut. There was no upgrade involved. I was asked to pay for a fuel deposit refundable on return with a full tank and excess removal. All very basic things. Hopeless. They are trying to keep my $1300aud which is paid upfront. I will take this matter to the Italian consumer authority if no refund is given.

I contacted earthlink about a late fees charge which should have not been on my account in the first place because I have automatic payment set up. Nor was i informed about my account due to the fact I have overdraft in place. This company tell you nothing about your account unless you bring it to focus they just pull money no question ask. Why have a card on file if you all charge late fees. The service on last for three weeks on high speed then the rest of the month you on low speed going in and out .Earth link we are tired of being walked over because we live in rural areas. We deserve to be treated just like the others servicing you provided in the city limits.

Up to this point the service provided has been very easy to use and very friendly, only downside is the original email states that you will be contacted within 3 working hours, however I contacted them after the 3 hours had elapsed because I hadn't had any contact. On calling them everything was dealt with swiftly and with a friendly response. The lady on the call was very thorough and explained everything to me in an easy to understand way so I was not confused or left unsure about anything.
