My experience with YSense has been extremely disappointing. I woke up one day to find that my account had been suspended without any prior warning or explanation. I immediately contacted support to understand what had happened and asked for the specific reason my account was closed. Unfortunately, despite multiple communications, I was never given a clear explanation of what rule I allegedly violated. The only activity I used ySense for was playing games and completing offers to earn money. I always tried to follow the platform’s rules and requirements. At one point, ySense even requested identity verification, which I completed successfully, so I believed my account was in good standing. What frustrates me most is the lack of transparency. If there was a genuine issue with my account, I would have appreciated a clear explanation and an opportunity to address it. Instead, I received generic responses stating that I had violated the Terms of Use without any details about what I supposedly did wrong. I also had earnings in my account, and it appears that I may not receive those funds despite the time and effort I invested on the platform. As a user who believes they followed the rules, I feel unfairly treated and disappointed by how this situation was handled. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be aware that accounts can be closed without detailed explanations, even after successfully completing identity verification.

Had a fault on our seven year old washing machine, fortunately we took out an optional ten year warranty so called Miele service centre and arranged a site visit by an engineer (Michael Powell) who was excellent, he updated the software which temporarily fixed the problem but said he would need to order a part to ensure it didn't happen again. I didn't hear anything back from Miele about a return visit so rang them and they said vaguely that he'd be back on the Friday .... nothing happened. After being away for a week I still heard nothing so rang Miele and they would not accept that a return visit was required despite it being logged on the work sheet, I had to argue tooth and nail for 30 minutes to get them to agree to a return visit, obviously they were trying to save money and hope I would go away ... not my style I'm afraid so i emailed a complaint about which I've heard nothing back . Anyhoo Micheal arrived to fit the part which he did no problem but it turns out Miele tried to blame him for the poor service. Michael was an excellent engineer and I was shocked to hear this and told him in no way was the complaint against him, rather the poor customer service from the contact centre. I paid the extra for a Miele because of their reputation but perhaps that reputation isn't deserved any more, maybe i'll go with Bosch in future.....

I was peacefully gooning to Sabrina Carpenter edits at 3:17 AM while edging my aura levels to maximum skibidi when I got the most diabolical notification known to mankind: "You have 74 Educake questions due tomorrow." My soul instantly left my body and started mewing in the corner. As I opened Educake, my Chromebook began smoking like it had just lost a ranked Fortnite match. The loading screen took so long that my future grandchildren graduated university before Question 1 appeared. Then Educake marked my answer wrong because I forgot a comma. A COMMA. At that exact moment, Sabrina Carpenter emerged from my wardrobe, looked at my homework streak, whispered "that's kinda mid", and fanum taxed my entire GCSE grade. I crashed out. My nan started hitting the griddy. My dog developed sentience and began explaining covalent bonding. My uncle got mogged by a Tesco meal deal. My aura dropped by 67 million. The Educake AI then stared directly through the screen and asked why I wasn't locked in. Bro I was trying to revise, not survive a psychological horror game.

This is ridiculous to be our national postal service I got an email Saturday to say my item will be delivered the next working day and then it never showed on Monday than on Tuesday I try to get through to the live chat and it didn’t work and than contacted the WhatsApp to no reply than I said after a few hours I would ring so I rang to wait 30 minutes on hold and than they say “it’s on the way to the local sort office and will be with you tomorrow “ and I said ok and than Wednesday still no updates in the app since Saturday than contact the live chat and they say “there’s a delay in sorting it will be with you in 1-2 days” this is ridiculous and for the sorting offices they have there shouldn’t be a wait time like this for a small parcel it’s absolutely horrible and even trying to deal with them then they never reply it’s a joke

Daniel went above and beyond for me today! 2 days without Internet as my activation code was never provided for installation and finally this absolute hero stayed on the phone with me to ensure it was set up properly then has told me how I can email him directly with further issues. Not many people would do that for a person and it is greatly appreciated as a mum to neuro-diverse children I thank you for my sanity returned haha 🙏(one star taken away for Gigaclear giving me no Internet for 2 days)

June 2026. Experienced software problems on two laptops due to having two different versions of CleanMyMac software which "disagreed" with the two-laptops subscription. Support assistant recognised the problem by seeing the different "screenshots" and offered simple instructions on uninstalling the old version and re-activating the latest one on the back up laptop so now the two-laptop subscription is valid on both.

They helped me secure a vintage rolex with strict specifications and sent it to me while I was on vacation. Communication was excellent and they shipped it to me from Germany to my residence in Monaco prior to F1 week within 2 days of purchase. I would highly recommend Leon and his team for any of your needs. They handle everything with discretion and finesse.

Scammers, dont use it. First they want 25USD for check (same check coss 0.21USD on unlockbase), then i paid 60USD for standard service unlocking, waited 12hours just to say that i need premium service and pay 120USD more. Dont use it. They refund me as credit note which i could use nly on their stupid service, didnt refund on my credit card. DO NOT USE it.

Explained exactly how our shutters work, opening them correctly etc. excellent service. all looks fabulous and would definitely recommend Darran.
