Been a customer since my first house in 2007. Been great I'd say the first 10 years but seem to have gone down hill. Perhaps they should stick with what they are good at. Have all their services (whole home protection plan, purchased their furnace + a/c). Furnace runs good but constantly had issues with it kicking out in middle of winter due to protection switch that could not be resolved that turns off furnace if furnace door not closed properly. Then stupid me was sold into buying a A/C unit from them, was told other unit (18 years old) could not fill refrigerant anymore and costing more to run. What a mistake. From day of installation I noticed they just through a composite pad onto an old smaller concrete pad which created an overhang/lip of about 8". I pointed out that this will attract rodents to nest underneath as about a 1" gap between pad and ground, mice are always outside looking for places to nest especially over winter. Was told not to worry about it and the way they always do it.... well if so then lazy and done wrong as should have filled void/gap with pea gravel at minimum or have removed old smaller concrete pad. I overheard installers complaining that they had so many installations that day to do, no wonder they could not take the time to do the job right. Contacted local Reliance (not 800 number as that is a whole other headache) about concern, was told that if a problem arises they will deal with it then. Well after 1st winter noticed activity going under composite pad. Reached out and again told to monitor it. Been fighting with them since 2nd year of installation and not on 4th year. Most mornings I see a couple pieces of Styrofoam from underneath the composite pad on the ground, eventually it will be ruined. They keep relaying the blame, landscaping issue then pest control issue. Pest control came and looked, after a $100 assessment fee was told that even if they get rid of current mice they are always going to run around and look for new areas. One will only return and problem will continue. Reliance can't even get my address right, in Sudbury ON and continuously get rescheduled as technician sent out is from St Thomas ON. 4 times this has happened. Finally got Customer Care team calling me to resolve this issue. Was suppose to have a team come out and put pea gravel underneath composite pad overhang to stop intrusion of rodents. Day of appointment no call but email stating thanks for your service and appointment resolved lol. WTF. Way to go Reliance. Everyone take my word and walk away... actually run. Once these new furnace and A/C units run their lifespan I'm looking elsewhere. 10 years ago I'd give them a 5 star..... now a 0 if possible.

I purchased their World map on pinboard to hang in our dining room for kids to learn about geography. It was very expensive with shipping ( 300$) and I wanted to make sure they get beautiful map with pinboard to mark their travels. We received it with slightly damaged borders but I didn't want to send complaints about it. Several weeks later the glue failed and map started peeling off its pinboard in the center. I sent message to support team with pictures. Their reply was that they could not help and it had been our fault the map was peeling off and blamed us that we had creased it/bent it/whatever. I was trying to attach the pictures I had sent them but there is not option on Trustpilot. The first picture shows two huge unsightly peels running through the whole map. The second picture shows the edge where the peel is obviously a glue fault. It is very sad that the the maps international cannot manage a glue job and blames customers instead of taking responsibility. I am attaching pictures on google reviews and also going to file complaint with BBB. Our advice is not to buy any expensive maps from them. Just get a map in a tube, get a $10 pinboard from Staples, and put it together yourself with decent glue (3M 77). Don’t expect maps international to do it for you.

Couldn't really find the cover I needed at a reasonable price of approximately £1000. So I was not looking for the cheapest cover, but used the Confused consolidation service and then drilled down to really look at the depth of cover, from the contenders and find what would be best for me and my new vehicle. As there was nothing from whom I regarded as reputable, that was less than 2x my initial budget, I used another consolidator and found what I was looking for (above my budget) and took this premium-level cover, starting this weekend. Have updated this following a reply following a "confused" reply from Confused, but my rating stands. My experience was neither excellent nor poor, but somewhere in between, and is rated accordingly. My side comment: Not really interested in Tea, Coffee or Sausage Rolls as a "Benefit"? ... this remains, because they are irrelevant. I had my only no-fault accident more than 2 decades ago, have a decent NCB record, therefore the benefits I look for include well-priced Legal, European and personal accident cover, not perishable goods, which I nonetheless accept, may well appeal to other Confused customers?

I had extensive varicose veins on one leg, which have progressively got worse over the last 18 years so I eventually decided to seek help, as not only were they causing me pain, in my active job, but they were also really unsightly and embarrassing. At my initial consultation in Maidstone, the receptionist, the consultant Dr Nick Railton and the nurse made me feel at ease immediately. The procedure was explained clearly and in detail; there was no hard sell and I felt free to ask as many questions as I needed to. I had my treatment about a month later and I was so happy with the results as the discomfort and pain had gone. I still had a few lumpy areas but these were treated at my follow-up appointment and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was made so easy, thanks to the friendly, expert and professional staff – I would highly recommend Veincentre in Maidstone to anyone considering treatment.

I ordered a birthday present for my friend in advance. But it was not delivered in time - it stayed in a transportation company for 2 days. Moreover, the Aquarelle didn't replace the bouquet with a fresh one, but "promised" that the same bouquet would be delivered next day. They ruined a surprise, flowers came opened (which important for peonies), their helpdesk answered randomly (I was waiting more than 30 minutes in chat for assistance and they came back to me in a few hours, saying they initiated refund). My whole day was destroyed - I tried to figure out what was happening and what I had to do: would my friend get her flowers next day or should I order a new bouquet. Next day they agreed to send a fresh bouquet but the same minute my friend got her flowers finally. Fortunately, flowers were not in a terrible condition (as in other users' cases) and I closed the case.

I would like to highlight Yantong Lin, my property manager, who has been extremely professional and helpful. She responds very quickly and deals with issues efficiently. I had some locksmith and maintenance issues in the apartment, and she arranged everything very fast and kept me updated throughout. This has been a very positive experience, especially compared with my previous property management agency, Foxtons, where it was often difficult to reach anyone, obtain documents, or arrange proper maintenance support, even when I had a leak. With JOHNS&CO, and especially with Yantong’s Lin support, the service has been much smoother, faster, and more professional. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend her.

I bought the eyeliner in black and in blue. I have black hair so I thought the blue would look good. I can honestly say, I have never had an eyeliner like this. I put mine on my water line top and bottom. It does not come off. My eyes water a lot for varies reasons and the eyeliner doesn't smudge, come off or anything. It's still there after a 12 hour shift. Even when I wash my face. Some of it is still there. I need to buy the makeup remover that Wonderskin sells because mine doesn't remove it all. Nor does my face cleanser. If you have doubts. Don't have them. Buy this. It stays where you put it.

The pink safety sunglasses don't actually provide any tint, they're just safety glasses, not sunnies. I had to open one pair and try them on to find this, so I suspect they're going to be difficult about the packaging being opened on that return, but I don't know how you'd find out about the tint without trying them on. And then the online returns process doesn't have a pathway for "product is unsuitable" or anything similar, so I am having to wait on emails from customer service, who don't seem to know the free returns policy on the website, and want me to pay for postage.

I had a 7 min conversation with the dr. Then waited weeks to hear back if my weight loss meds were covered. Took about 3-4weeks for them to check. Then to tell me it wasn’t covered. I’d have to pay out of pocket. ( which I understood) I decided to not take any medication to love forward . ( That call was under a min) I just recently got my bill from insurance. They charged it $750!! For a 10 min conversation and no treatment at all! This is insane! I understand to pay something. But I definitely feel ripped off. They should talk about price from the beginning.

I would highly recommend visiting this superdrug for your travel vaccinations. Dorothy mixes professionalism with humour to make you feel right at home. She was very informative of ways to keep me safe on my travels. The clinic is kept clean. The prices were fair compared to other clinics and if vaccinations didn't cost so much in general, I would visit the clinic more often.

Second time I've bought with cinch and did a part exchange too, both faff free and easy to arrange. I like having the option of home drop off/pick up especially as I am heavily pregnant! The handover specialist Ash B was great, he kept me updated on what time he would arrive and was friendly and let me know everything I wanted to know in regards to my new car.

Boozt has crappy support. I finally succeed in getting a number to call them using AI to acquire it (they hide it on their web page) It took only a couple of days for delivery...it´s going to take more than two weeks to get my refund sending it back - It might just be faster sending a donkey from Siberia with cash.

Currys offers 2/3 months of Apple products fully advertised when you go online to make a purchase of Apple product with them. However when they give you the link it’s only for one month of product service. Then customer service says check t&c. Which is a con. I will be reporting them to the ombudsman
