Epic journey, Ben is the guy! I loved not having to worry about anything and just travel to Brazil and let Ben and team handle everything. from logistics to local knowledge, he clearly is enthusiastic not only about the pantanal but also ensuring we had a great experience (which we 100% did). highly recommend, can't wait to return for another tour.

The bedding was great. No lie, that may be the softest paper bedding I have found yet. But the first box of hay I ordered from SPS was amazing. No brown, dead hay, hardly any dust. I just bought the 178L bedding/10# hay combo box. The hay was not as good as the first time. First thing I noticed were lots of brown, dead hay, and a sad lack of those good cat-tail looking pieces they all adore so much, and which were bountiful in the first hay box. So a bit disappointed in the seeming dip in hay quality, but quite pleased with the bedding.

Customer service is first-rate! Happy to see results for our dogs!

Woofz is a scam! They double charged me and will not refund. Worse they charged over twice as much as the advertised price. This is a foreign based outfit (Cyprus) and they are out of reach from legal remedies. Stay away from these crooks!

We got our little guy, shipping was great. He arrived very tame could tell he has been handled not skittish at all. Ate great on Friday without any hesitation. Clear instructions came with snake for newbie owners like myself. All together a great experience and excellent breeder!!
