The My Heritage consultant (Daniel?)  was friendly, helpful & provided solutions for my particular situation. He was not pushy or aggressive at all in his sales pitch, but understanding and thoughtful.

Three weeks ago, they claimed they were still waiting for approval from their accounting department to process the refund, and unsurprisingly, there has been complete silence ever since. This company is blatantly violating EU consumer protection laws by refusing to refund a falsely delivered product. Their conduct is dishonest, abusive, and completely unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone affected to immediately initiate a chargeback through their credit card provider or bank before this company continues exploiting more customers.

From the 5 min with my advisor, it was ok. Wish he was a bit faster so more information could be provided. But all in  all a good service.

All these negative reviews made me think twice about using E-ville to buy my new TV set - but I'm glad I did!

I bought a discounted TCL 65C7K TV with 3 weeks estimated delivery time and I am impressed with the handling of E-ville. 
When the estimated delivery date was closing in they offered me a slightly more premium TV instead but the following day the C7K came in from the supplier and they sent it. Got it two days later.

Clean delivery, affordable price and efficient communication.

I love the different activities and being able to save money shopping, but I miss the old video offers, offers that were fun and didn't require downloading something. I also miss the Swagit videos. Also issues with TapJoy, most of the higher paying offers do not credit or are too hard to do, involve downloading something or buying something. I would also like to see a bridge award on the daily trivia game, If you miss one question you would get 7 SB, two or three questions, 3 SB, and then after that 1 SB as it is now.
