I was getting so many error messages from your portal while logging into my account or while ordering.

You need to fix those bugs sooner. thanks

I had your Carafe machine less than 2 months. 35 days out of that time I spent struggling to get 1 gallon of water to be processed in a full day. I contacted you about it and they said it needed to be descaled and they would send me a descaling kit. That took 2 weeks because they said they were out of stock. I finally was able to descale it and it didn't help., so they said the pump was probably plugged as it was making a strange noise. So I sent it back for a full refund. I was willing to try changing the filters, but they said since our water was so hard in this area it probably wouldn't help. I really liked the machine and the water I did get was very good. Your company knew my zip code. Why wasn't I warned ahead of time that there might be problems??

Received my single (black) filter for the under sink water RO system. It came well packed shipped with care.

The energy company has a website issue and she got my billing amount from the back door.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I have had a dispute with this company since August 2026. The funds were never issued to me to pay my bill. They removed their customer service number from their website and only have email contact. They are unresponsive and never respond. I reported this to my bank and STILL waiting for my charge to come back almost 2 months later. DON'T DO IT!!!

Great product and excellent customer service! The machine is convenient and easy to use. The customer service team is very responsive, efficient, and helpful. They handled my questions promptly and professionally. Overall, a great experience with Waterdrop!

We ordered the 3600 Jackery for our camper and home use. It has shined during the last few weeks of camping. Looking forward to getting the 3600 battery pack at some point soon.

This CARRIER SUCKS! THEY "INTRUSIVELY" put AI messages into your PRIVATE text messages saying that this fake A AI BOT is sitting there with your loved one right now!!! 😡😠🤬 This is at the TOP of the text messages from your people. Then you CONSTANTLY GET FAKE A VOICE MAIL MESSAGES TRYING TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP FOR FREAKING VOICE MAIL!!! I DON'T HAVE VOICE MAIL FOR A FREAKING REASON. I DON'T NEED YOUR FREAKING MESSAGES TELLING ME TO SIGN UP FOR THIS BS. YOUR MESSAGES IN OUR "PRIVATE" TEXT MESSAGES HAVE TO BE ILLEGAL! T-MOBILE BOUGHT OUT CONSUMER CELLULAR AND HAVE HAD TO PUT UP WITH THIS BS EVER SINCE. THE ONLY WAY TO IMPROVE THIS FREAKING COMPANY IS TO CLOSE IT.
