Taxi fraud
Early morning on 12. 06, 2022. little before 05,00. I called your service to order taksi with my phone number +38598895463 I ask taxi ride from Katriinantie 8, Vantaa 01530 until Helsinki airport, Vantaa 01530. The taxi driver didn't have a visible display with the price and amount that I have to pay and I didn't notice what price he charge me before I leave the vehicle, because I was in a hurry and he know that. price that your operator said should be was 21 euros, and the driver charged 35 euros for that distance. I almost every month go by taxi to the airport and prices is, of course, course different from 18 euros to 25 euros but this was to much and it was on a very bad way what makes me feel unsafe if use your service. And I want to say the taxi driver was a rude person because he make a joke about my country Croatia, he pronounces my country like Kurvatia, which sounds like a very bad word in east European Slavic country. Besides he still money from me I also feel humiliated after using your service and I will report this to Finish police when I get back to Finland on 04. 07. 2022.
